We have had such an incredible experience with both of the Saras! So genuine and helpful and kind. Really feels like they are on my team! Very thankful for them!

Today was my first experience at High Hopes! Sara has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and got us in right away! We had our evaluation today with an SLP and my little fella had a blast! Im looking forward to watching High Hopes help him grow leaps and bounds! The place was clean and excellent covid measures were taken. I 100% recommend this place!

If there was a 10 star rating i would give it and more! Finding High Hopes is truly the best thing that has happened to me as a mum needing therapy for her child. The team is so amazing! Saras passion, love and genuine concern for helping my child reach his full potential is something i cant put a rating on as she goes above and beyond a 5 star rating. Ive observed several Occupational Therapists working with my son over the years. They were wonderful individuals, but I can say with confidence you cant ask for a better OT than Sara Weirich. She is very talented, intuitive, creative, energetic, caring and fun! She has an amazing positive attitude; her enthusiasm and drive for her client to succeed goes leaps and bounds above and beyond! Very highly recommended!

We were referred here by our pediatrician and I am so thankful we were. High Hopes was our second try at OT (our first was unsuccessful and did not help at all). We noticed sensory issues when my daughter was 2 but didnt discover High Hopes until she was almost 7. She struggled with clothes and getting ready for school lead to many mornings that are cringeworthy and full of meltdowns. She stopped activities she loved because she couldnt tolerate the clothing required.It was heartbreaking to watch her lose it over socks, pants, etc. I spent so much time trying to find sensory friendly clothes only to realize my child hated those too. Now, I have a child who wears a variety of clothes, gets ready with no issues, and has even gotten back into those activities that she stopped doing because of the clothes. I never thought I would get her to this place. The added bonus is that she LOVED therapy! We stopped therapy over a year ago and she still asks to go back because she had so much fun. We didnt get here overnight, the change was gradual, but we made it to this place and I couldnt be more thankful.

I am so thankful for Sarah at High Hope’s Children’s Therapy for helping my 13 month old daughter be able to eat table food . We started seeing her two months ago and she wasn’t even able to eat a cracker without gagging . Sarah showed me so many ways I could help her desensitize her gag reflex & get off of purée baby food . Sarah we will be forever thankful for all the help you have given Emily . She enjoys eating now and I’m not stressed daily trying to figure out what she won’t choke on . I couldn’t recommend this office enough !

I love High Hopes Therapy. We were on a waiting list for OT until we met Sara and her amazing team of therapists. She was willing to work with our schedule and found a day and time that worked best for our son. Our Son loves going to OT and we can truly see a difference in his fine motor skills . High Hopes is a wonderful place with amazing staff. I highly recommend it for all your child’s therapy needs.

I am so happy I found this place. My 5yr old has been coming here for over 6 months and has made great progress. He used to fight all the time. Fight at home, with his teachers, other kids in his class because he struggled to do things other kids can do but now he is so happy and confident. He loves coming to his appointments because the therapists here are so nice and they really connect with him. I highly recommend this OT practice.

All of the therapist at high hopes children’s therapy are amazing! They’re great with kids and are dedicated to helping kids reach their full potential. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of an occupational therapist

Sara and her team are great Occupational Therapists! I am a speech therapist and love referring clients to them! We have a great team based approach and work closely together! RS Goldring Inc share space at High Hopes Children’s Therapy Clinic (located in Alpharetta). It’s always nice to have a team based approach and so convenient for parents to have their child receive OT and ST back to back

Sara is the best OT my son with Autism has ever had, what I truly find amazing is that she gives me a work at home list and feedback for every session in writing and I love that!
