Terrible service and pandemic control measures.- First visit, the Dr. I saw was great but she quit the practice before I had a second appointment.- Got no response for medication refill from their automated refill service.Had to get my primary to take that on.- NURSE AND OFFICE STAFF DO NOT WEAR MASKS. These people were in my face at checkin/checkout, handing me paperwork, talking, without a fricking mask! Should have walked out at the start.- Patients were sitting in waiting area with masks pulled down. No one enforcing proper wearing of masks. This is a practice for people with CKD. Youd think infectious disease control measures would be followed, especially with Covid-19, which damages the kidneys.Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. No complaints on the doctors, (whom Ive only seen at the hospital) but to be able to see the doctors at the office you have to get through the staff and well, Good Luck!We called at least 4 times during 1 week, were told on 2 occasions that we would get a call back. Never received one, had to call a 5th time waited over 11 minutes on hold , at first I felt bad for the staff, thinking they must be over worked, super busy, etc. After talking to Omni (sp?) felt like I was asking for a favor to make an appointment. Several sighs, several let me place you on hold after a long initial hold, I felt like I was trying to pull someones teeth out when I was trying to explain the doctor themselves requested I must be seen by a certain time-frame. I dont usually hide behind the computer, I addressed my feeling directly with this person and she said: I fell sorry you are interpreting things this way. It has already been a bad experience and I havent been to the office. Beware.

Awful customer service. Was placed on a prolonged hold multiple times, and each time the call was dropped -- or the facility hung up on me -- before anyone answered. Attempted reaching the facility many times between attempts, but only reached voicemail despite speaking to a receptionist minutes beforehand. The office staff should be fired and replaced.

My first visit to Metro Nephology went smooth. However, the second time I needed their services, I called Dr Madhu Reddys office a day in advance to get couple of blood tests ordered. The lady who picked up the phone informed me that they will fax it over to Labcorp. Next morning I was at Labcorp at 8 am only to be told that they did not receive one of the important blood test order. Upon being contacted after waiting an hour till 9 am thats when they open office, I was told that the doctor wont order that test because he was not my primary care doctor. Upon enquiring why was I not contacted and informed, the lady had nothing to add. I did mention to her that my purpose was to get all tests in a single appointment with a single prick. I wasted an hour waiting for their office to open, only to be told that wont order it. Now I do have the order from my PC doc but I have to go tomorrow to give sample, again. The issue would have been just a communication issue except that there was not even a hint/courtesy of an apology to a customer who has been genuinly inconvenienced by you. I am never going back there.
