I would not recommend anyone to try this business... and I would also recommend that the therapists who work here try to find a different place to offer their great services to people in need. I stopped using thrive works at the end of 2016. Around September or October 2017 I received a random bill that was sent to my residence inside of a handwritten envelope. No one called to give me any information or to contact me about the supposed bill. For all they knew I couldve moved to different residence and never received that bill in the first place, and never knowing that they felt that I owed them any money, because there was zero personal contact. I called the number on the bill to ask questions and the person could not answer the questions. This is because the number that was put on the bill was not for the billing department. It was for the booking department, which is pretty stupid if you ask me. They said that they relayed my message to the billing department and someone would call me back. No one has called me back and its been like a month. No matter how good the services are, and the person named Julie Day gave me some good service there, the people who run the place have no freaking clue how to run a real business. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs help with their mental health, because this business will exacerbate it more than help it. I say this because of the experiences that I had with the management while receiving services from a therapist here even discounting the random Bill described above. At any rate I hope you find a different place to go to, because you deserve it.

Thriveworks is AMAZING! My therapist is thorough and truly helps me feel comfortable and willing to share unlike any other therapist that I have seen in the past. Availability to schedule appointments is seamless. I recommend Thriveworks to anyone looking for an office/therapist that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

You have to be careful what you tell employees of thriveworks as they may use it against you when scheduling another appointment. I had my second appointment cancelled without notice since providing guidance become too large of a burden from the councilors perspective. I cant say this goes for everyone there but it does for at least one current employee. I didnt realize that something marginal could immediately terminate guidance. Well off to find someone else who has thicker skin.

This practice has it all together. I reached someone in person on the first phone call!!!! The whole team is truly professional, compassionate and made me feel important and first on the priority list. I was able to see my therapist at my convenience. The therapeutic aspect was top notch. I do not recommend this establishment if you take seriously your mental health and counseling needs. Unfortunately I called after performing immense research on their website to find the right clinician for my needs, was contacted by the clinician directly the day before my appointment to inform me that she didn’t take my Eap benefit. This contact was via email which I could’ve missed if I wasn’t one to check regularly. Huge miss for an organization focused on helping people heal and “Thrive”in life. Very disappointing that despite my efforts spending over an hour to resolve with their management I was unable to get an appointment within the same timeframe that my original appointment was scheduled for. Mind you I had waited two weeks for the appointment. Imagine having to start all over again after waiting and only to be told the next available appointment would be next month with a counselor over an hour away. Avoid the headache.
