As a provider specializing in assessment, finding great options for my families that needs counseling is incredibly important. I hear such positive feedback about the experiences my patients have at this office and feel confident in the referrals I make to this practice. To find a practice specializing in DBT and taking insurance is incredibly rare!

I really wanted to like Lorlita Spann but I didnt feel any real self improvement after each visit. She is nice but not exactly effective in her treatment plans as the coping mechanisms she advised could be self taught with some research. Her credentials at Duke University and North Carolina Chapel Hill was what first impressed me at first, but good schooling doesnt equate to good counseling. I would go with a counselor with a little more experience and professionalism.
