I was very impressed with the services provided and the staff. I got there in a lot of pain. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the name of the registration lady, she was professional and very nice. The nurses were super sweet and helpful, the doctor was nice, very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable! The facility looked clean and sanitized The best part of all, I feel a lot better now. Thank you to the entire team that took care of me.

I received the Pfizer booster Wednesday. I’m having a bad reaction. The injection area is large and hot. The whole staff from the office staff to the PA were absolutely wonderful to me. They were very professional and kind. I give them 5 stars.Thank you.Joyce Smiley

Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Sells this afternoon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr.Sells was terrific explaining her diagnosis and treatment for my condition. I walked away very impressed with my overall experience and highly recommend this clinic.

With multiple visits over the past year, Piedmont Urgent Care East Roswell has offered wonderful care and efficient service by a dedicated staff! Covid PCR test results are rapid, sometimes provided before I reach home.

Setting up a COVID test appointment was super easy and quick. The staff here are very professional and caring.

Stopped in for a Covid PCR test for upcoming travel outside of the country on a Monday around 12:45pm. The wait wasn’t bad… only about 15-20 mins. Overall a quick visit. Only hiccup was the test results were supposed to be ready and available to me within 2 hours but I had to call to get info at 3 hour mark. I was told my info was pending write up into to “MyChart” file but once I called the assistant loaded on the spot.

Went in for Covid-19 test needed for entry to wedding reception. Easy, quick, friendly.

This was the easiest and most efficient Piedmont Urgent Care I have ever been to! Need a fast appointment? Sunday afternoons, I was in and out in 5 minutes! The ladies were so pleasant and made the process easy! Thank You! Got PCR Test Results back in less than an hour!

My experience was great, my daughter tried scheduling for a sports physical online and I just brought him in and from beginning to end was great.

Definitely worth the trip. Other Urgent Care locations closer to my home couldnt see me for an x-ray but they made it happen here! Everyone was helpful and nice and should have info in 24 hrs. Thanks to everyone!

The doctors are great. Very nice, concerned, helpful.The two receptionists however, are rude. I was not greeted warmly. They did not explain the process to me at all, causing me to waste an hour of my morning. I thought I had an appointment at the time they gave me. I was there on time. I waited 20 minutes past that time and went inside to ask. I was told to keep waiting and 2 people were ahead of me. After another 30 minutes I went inside again. I got the impression they skipped me because they took me in immediately at that point (I asked if they tried to call me and they said NO). The receptionists need to treat people better and take a minute to explain! We are customers! We are patients with symptoms and it would be nice if you dont assume we know how your system operates (you are there everyday and know this, but I am not!) I think these two young women need a lesson on customer serviceIronically on the way out I noticed a white board with the Google Review scores. If the reviews matter to you, why arent you nicer? Your score just got lower.

I had a retest for the covid virus. I was seen quickly as I had booked an appointment on line 2 days prior. The staff was great, friendly and professional. I know there were a number of patients to be seen, but Dr Sells took her time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. She was great!!! It was a very good experience!!

I was a walk in and was told their next appointment wasn’t for another 2.5 hours. I took the appointment and ended up getting a call saying they could see me about an hour earlier than scheduled. Once I got in a room I was seen right away. The nurses, the doctor, everyone there was so nice! They were very efficient and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is the best urgent care around the area. The staff is always very kind and compassionate. I will always go there for all of my urgent care needs for my family and myself.

Ive been coming here since 2018 myself and my daughter. We love it here. They are always very quick and very thorough. The staff is so nice and the doc always explains what going on with us very well and shes so understanding. I love it here I couldnt imagine going or taking my daughter to any other place when we are unable to get into our doctor la office. 🤗

Signed up for Covid testing appointment online. There is also a virtual screening option. I preferred to go in.Takes about 30 mins after check-in to be called in for testing. You must wait in your car during that time. After testing, you wait another 15-20 minutes to have the doctor do a check up. The process took longer than expected but received good service.Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Piedmont urgent care on Holcomb Bridge Road is such a great facility for the community. I went there with the typical sneezing, coughing, blowing my nose and just needing to get checked out. I was so happy to see Dr. Lynette Sells there because she’s definitely my physician of choice although I’m sure they are all good.The building is very clean and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. The doctor fixed me up with a shot and a prescription to fill if needed and two days later I am feeling so much better. I have confidence when I go there.

I have been going here since they opened. Great doctors and staff and rarely a significant wait time. Dr. Sells is the best!

Quick and friendly service. Got checked out for lower back pain and my prescription was forwarded to my preferred drug store in a timely manner. Will certainly come back if any other health issues happen in the future.

Taking swab sample from nostrils was very rough and hurtful. It was rushed in a careless fashion.2. Drawing blood for tests was very rough and hurtful. She could not find the vein for several attempts even though I have very large and visible veins. I’m 50 years old and I had my blood drawn hundreds of times.

Everyone was very professional caring and considerate. They were efficient and the facilities were clean clean. Wait time was minimal. I highly recommend this facility!!!

I came to this facility for the first time and they took good care of me. I was seen by Aueyer and she did a very good job of making me feel comfortable. She’s the best!!! She truly cares about her patients! I never felt so comfortable in a clinic before. Definitely will be coming back and seeing her. We had a little hiccup at the end from the front desk staff due to a issue on their end but they were friendly and did everything to take care of the issue for me. Thank you!

Great location and the staff is always helpful, caring and friendly… only thing I would suggest is that when a patient walks in, the receptionist shouldn’t be allowed to ask “what’s the reason for your visit”. The waiting room is open and people are sitting there listening to “the reason for your visit” and I might have a situation where I don’t feel comfortable saying it out loud.

Came in for covid test. Made appointment online and was taken back very shortly after arriving. Great communication from everyone and experience was perfect. Very clean, friendly, and efficient.

This place is great when you need to get in and out! Got in and out with ease. Dr. Sells was very through and personable during our appointment.Only thing was the front desk person was not very good at explaining the check in process... I get it you are dealing with people who do not feel well... but she could have been more helpful and give a little more detail on the process. I also tried to hold my place in line via the website but could not get it to work. But I could see that there was no wait so I just went on in.

I am so appreciative of the care Dr Padoan & the Med Tech provided my elderly mother. Dr Padoan was thorough in her examination and ensured all the appropriate tests were completed. She explained test results in a manner that was easily understandable. As well Dr Padoan and the Med Tech were so kind & friendly. It is rare to find a doctor that is so personable and caring.

I have been coming to this location for years . Its extremely clean and I’m always seen quickly . Lynette Sells is amazing( I usually see her ) and I always leave very very satisfied . She has mastered her craft and is a wonderful doctor . The nurses are all so kind and everyone is every welcoming and knowledgeable . 10 stars if I could !

The experience was very good. They handled COVID-19 protocol well by sending everyone back to their cars to complete their paperwork electronically and then would call your phone when a room was ready. The doctors assistant asked questions but I was never examined except for breathing. No test, he just took what I said and prescribed medicine I said i needed. Guess that’s more COVID protocol..

Im visiting Roswell from CO due to an injured family member and developed a horrible upper respiratory allergic reaction to the lovely green and lush plants of GA. Having no local doctor, I went to Urgent care and was greeted warmly and taken care of. The medications were promptly ordered to a nearby pharmacy. I even returned to have a COVID test to make sure I didnt have it since Im with a fragile family member and they all celebrated when I was negative. Id highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care if you are unfortunate to need medical assistance.

Spoke to the reception at 7:15 pm on Saturday and was told come in but its walk in and we have only one spot. I got there 5 minutes later, the receptionist and 2 employees are looking concerned they that they close at 8 pm. Refused to see my 3 year old because obviously they are more concerned about leaving to go home on time. Nobody in front of me nobody else in the lobby. Its an urgent care for gods sake. The complete disregard to health and providing for patient needs was apparent but unexpected. I called Northside family urgent care and they welcomed me at 7:45 pm into their facility. I am disgusted by piedmont wellsreet for being so inconsiderate and not realizing that this is healthcare a profession that has social responsibility. I will be entrusting Northside moving forward and I suggest others do as well.

Nue and the entire staff at this Urgent Care made me feel so comfortable. Ms. Nue took my blood with ease and was super gentle and did not hurt me at all! I’m terrified of needles so this was a big deal for me. Thanks Nue you’re an asset to this company and a great person💕

A few years ago my PCP moved to this facility. Thank goodness a few months later they started doing primary care and I could continue to see my doctor. I was informed today that this had been canceled. So imagine my predicament when I showed up to see my doctor and was told that unless something was specifically wrong I couldnt see my doctor and that they would not be able to re-up my maintenance medications. You would think this would be something that could have been mailed to me so I could have prepared for the change. Now I have to find a new doctor and do so on short-notice. Thank goodness its not heart medication.Maybe they should drop care from name.

Went to the Roswell location for testing yesterday for an international trip. Got in quickly and nurse, NP and receptionist were great. Went in during the 11 o’clock hour and was told I’d have results by midnight as advertised since I was there before 1:30 pm. Got my results at 11:51 am the next day after my boyfriend sat at the clinic for over an hour and a half checking on my test (his came back at 9:50 pm the same day so that was good) and after I went to the Norcross clinic to see about taking another test. Scarlett was great and doing all she could. Piedmont did not meet their advertised expectations of same day if in before 1:30 and then I missed my flight today spending time in the morning at the clinic while they researched. Now had to buy $1k more in airline ticket costs to leave the next day because of time tracking down this test. Horrible horrible experience.

Appointment 5:30. Seen 8pm. Understand that you are busy with Covid, but why schedule appointments if they are meaningless? Shows zero regard for peoples time. Just do first come first serve as opposed to making people think that they will actually be seen at a scheduled time

Easy online tool to reserve your spot in line. They saw me right away and gave me 2 different treatment options (stitches or glue for my wound). They were all very professional. They provided thorough treatment and got me in and out of the office pretty quick. I would go back again.

Unprofessional and doesn’t care of their patients time. I signed up online for a COVID testing appointment for 9:30. Once I checked in at 9:00 I told the front desk that I had an appointment for 9:30. He told me that the online scheduling was false advertisement because they will see you when they can. He promised it wouldn’t take long. After waiting in my car with a 2 year old and a 5 month old for 2 hours I had enough. I went inside and explained I have two kids with a schedule myself and we have to get seen and get on our way. He told me we were next, still waited for another 15 minutes and I just gave up. After seeing numerous cars pull in get tested and drive off I do not understand how their system operates. Now I have to spend the rest of the afternoon rescheduling my other appointments due to Wellstreet. Thanks for nothing. And you should probably disable your online scheduling and just plainly state walk-in only.

Went in for an 8:10/8:20 appointment forms filled out and checked in. Door didnt open until 8:05 one person in-front of us no appointment got checkin and tested and left by 8:30. One person behind us seen before us and left before the 9 am. We’ve spent an hour in the waiting room. Once we got to the back nurse and Dr professional and quick. Checkin extremely slow with appointment.

This is now my second visit to this doctors office. They are always friendly, everyone is so helpful and the wait is never long.

Piedmont Urgent Care is FANTASTIC, THE VERY BEST! I came to them several times and ALWAYS their doctors helped me right away! Last time, and a few times before, I saw Dr. Linnette Sells after I fell on my back from 8 ft tall leather. She examined me in every detail, did xrays, prescribed medication... Dr. Sells is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions, gave me an advise and refereed me to a specialist (orthopedic doctor) in case I continue having problem. Later, the same day she called me with the results obtained form a radiologist. DR. SELLS REALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS!

Unfortunately my experience felt very rushed and I didn’t walk away feeling that I had been properly diagnosed and the front staff was underwhelming. The nurse was pleasant though.Showing concern and care for the patients is also very important and should never be made to feel as if your just a number.Bedside manner goes a long way. After all doctors are in the business of caring for patients by choice. How disappointing.

Exam was given in a reasonable amount of time. Diagnosis appears sound for a virus similar to COVID now found in the South but not COVID. Appropriate medications given and I am feeling better already 2 days thereafter. Sites 8 am to 8 PM hours 7 days a week are great. No issue with taking my insurance. Very good experience.

From the moment I walked into the clinic I knew I was in good hands. The staff were professional, friendly, and totally caring. They were prompt and kept me informed. Dr. Sills was very thorough, gentle with the exam, and explained exactly what she was doing, what she found, and next steps. This office provided some of the best care I have received in years! I went in looking for a temporary solution until I could talk to a specialist and this team went above and beyond to help me with answers and treatment. I am so thankful for their time, expertise and genuine care!

I have contacted billing numerous times since October 2020 with proof of payment for months with no resolution. I paid my copay the day the service was rendered, yet after emailing and speaking with billing for months, they never resolved the issue. After reassuring me numerous times this issue would be resolved, they continued to send bills. Now they have sent it to collections.I already paid the day the service was provided and have proof of payment. I am so incredibly frustrated at the lack of professionalism and competency. I was told this would be taken care of. Now this could potentially affect my credit for your companies inability to do your job. Your billing department should be sued.

I love the registration registration process! There’s very little interaction with front desk, but the interaction is professional, warm, and efficient. Once registered we were seen by nurse, diagnosed by nurse practitioner, prescribed meds and out the door within 30 mins. The visit was a efficient and not rushed which is a perfect combination. Everyone was nice and they were wonderful with my 8 yo son!

This was our third visit here. The staff is Friendly and Professional! Grateful to have this location near where we live!

The wait was super long (the place was empty i was the only one their on the waiting list) & definitely not worth the wait. I was told that the reason why i was having hand pain was due to me being pregnant, like what?! That doesnt make sense, and i told her the pain had been their for long & i proceeded to ask what i could do to make it stop hurting (you know not to mention my hand was making a popping sound) she flat out just told me “dont be pregnant”, that when i gave birth the pain should go away. Definitely wasted my time here for some bs.

I went in for a covid test and everyone there was fantastic. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Both the nurses and the doctor made taking the test, which was sticking a long Q-tip like applicator up my nose, as painless as possible.I would highly recommend this location.

I went in for Same Day PCR COVID test. While it all ended well - I got the results on time - it took a few calls and visits for this to happen.Two reasons for not giving 5 stars:They rarely pick up the phone at Johns Creek location. When I had issues with the results, I had to drive to the location to speak to them in person.When I had no test results within promised timeframe (same day) Receptionist responded with I cannot give any guarantees. Given I (or my insurance) paid the nearly $200 premium to get the results the same day (as advertised), I expect that guarantee was promised. In my case it ended well, but it took some driving and stressful conversations.

Let me just say, this Piedmont clinic is the BEST! Its pretty, clean, and organized. I made an appointment for my COVID19 tests, and it was so easy to do online! The MyChart app they use is great too. The staff is really friendly and happy. Levi, Sarah, and Jess helped my husband and I with our tests, and a few paper work issues with a breeze! They are so friendly, happy, and knowledgeable anytime we came into their facility. Thank you for making us feel safe and comfortable during an unstable time in our lives. This is an efficient location, and everyone was pleasant (well, not so much the front desk gal). My only dissatisfaction with PUC, in general, is that the PAs are in & out in under 3 min. If the place is very busy, I could let that pass. But I was the only patient in the building on this occasion.

My teenage son needed a Covid PCR test due to exposure and mild symptoms. We are moving my mother-in-law into a nursing home today, so it was urgent that we know my sons Covid status before that happened, as we obviously dont want to expose her to anything. Piedmont UC advertised same-day PCR results on their website, along with signs all over this locations parking lot. We used the Save my spot option on the website for a 10:10 am visit, and arrived at 10:05. The receptionist was not the least bit friendly or helpful. We waited over an hour before being called back. The nurse who administered the test was kind, and that is the only reason Im giving 2 stars in this review. She said we should have the results by 10pm last night. It is now 10:30am on Monday morning, we have no results, and Ive been calling continuously for 45 minutes - no one is answering the phone. I used the chat function on the website to inquire, and the representative said Im remote and not in the clinic, so I dont know why they arent answering. I will stick with Viral Solutions for future Covid tests, where we have never had to wait for the test, we get results in about 18 hours, and they are friendly and welcoming.
