I recently moved to Alpharetta and was looking for a gym that not only had challenging workouts but that also had a fun and welcoming community. I found all of that here at Breaking Boundaries North. Teri, the owner, was so incredibly welcoming and made me feel welcomed day one. I recommend this gym to anyone, the community and members here are so awesome!

We started CrossFit Breaking Boundaries in 2010 and love it. Teri and Larry have created a place where you can challenge yourself, get fit all while being part of a community. It really is more than just working out, it is “doing life together” in a faith based gym. Me, my wife, kids and sister all go there and it is always the best part of my day.

I’ve been training for over 30 years and these are by far the best trainers I have ever had! And super cool, fun and motivating environment!

Been working out for two years and just joined CFBBN three months ago, the coaches there are so tuned-in to each members specific body dynamics and know how to encourage performance without allowing injury. Love the members - all around awesome..perfect place to get your beast mode on..
