Phenomenal and caring doctors and staff. They address all your concerns and take their time with you first doctors that Ive seen that didnt treat you like a number.

My children went here and the doctors were nice but our insurance was verified on a lie. We were told everything would be covered by insurance and turns out everything they did wasnt covered. Never would have brought them here if that was the case.

They lie about verifying your insurance coverage telling you everything will be covered and then send you an invoice because nothing is covered. Thieves.

Dr. Boaz is Amazing. He really listens, takes all of your concerns seriously and honestly cares! The office staff is very helpful and nice! Wouldn’t change them for anything!

Avoid it! Before routine annual physical began I was offered TDAP vaccine. I was all up for it, but i explained that i had Covid vaccine scheduled for a next day. Nurse assiured me that there is no problem, they going to use the other arm, thats all. Next day, i took time off from work, drove to vaccination place where i found out, that because of TDAP vaccine i have to wait minimum two weeks for Covid vaccination. Now i have to begin registration proces all over again!!I will never go back to that place.

It is kind of a mixed-bag when it comes to wait times and customer service, but overall everyone is friendly and competent.Update: over the years care has really declined. Today was the last straw as billing insists on charging me $85 dollars per visit, regardless of my insurance. I have coinsurance and my billing record clearly shows I usually pay anywhere from $8-12 after my insurance. Instead, they require me to pay the 85, and then I have to CALL AND REQUEST a refund check for the rest. Its a bad practice that makes the patients feel like dollar signs. The usual policy for coinsurance plans is to bill the insurance and then the insured, or at the very least just look at the coinsurance percent and charge accordingly.We wont be back.

Not the best feeling like things are rushed almost all ways on the hold when calling in.

The other day I visited the place for annual checkup and many patients dont wear mask. Also the front desk said someone is positive for covid-19 and they didnt close the place for 2 weeks. Please be careful because these doctors want money and dont care about safety...wait for wellness visit since it is not safe now with positive case inside.

Doctor Mark Gloderner rushed me and my mom out of the exam room. When I still asked him questions, he already sprang out of his chair to dash out of the room. He spent 10 minutes with us, that’s is. My mom’s leg hurt, so he ordered X-ray. His medical assistant called to inform that the X- ray was normal, that’s it. We don’t hear anything else from him or his office for a follow-up or instructions such as should severe pain felt again, call the office or go to ER. I don’t know where his medical assistant got trained from but my blood pressure, my dad’s blood pressure and my mom’s blood pressure are always the same 😳. By the way, my dad was diagnosed with hypertension. We made an appointment ahead of time but always have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half.

My dother is their patient for 4 years . I went there to fill out an immunization form for school registration. I told the reception today is the day i have to submit the document to keep her seat in the school but she said we can print out the form because we are busy. We call you when is ready. I told her this is the day I have to submit it but she didnt care. This is not the first time I had the problem with the reception in this office. They are very rude and not respectful. I think the doctors should consider the customer service is very important for their business.

This is where well be going from now on. I love this place and everyone did their job quickly and with a smile. Facility is clean and our doctor was so nice. We were in and out before I could even finish the paperwork. Great team 😀

Great staff. Descent wait times. Dr Mark has always resolved my issues and takes the time to hear what I have to say. I drive 35 mins from my home to this location just to see him.

For all of the times Ive been here, Dr. Mark Glodner never spent more than just a couple minutes in the room. Havent been convinced that he knew what he was doing especially when he ordered unnecessary costly tests that came back normal and I had to go to another doctor to get the correct tests done and get it properly treated.

One of the best physicians Ive ever known. Truly best bedside manner, speak volumes for Dr. Glodeners character

My son has seen Dr Gizel Glodner since he was born! I love her! Shes very informative and thorough with any visit regardless of importance. She kind and loves her job! The other employees are spectacular and kind as well!

I would give zero star if I could. Did not feel that the ped doctor had genuine interests in my childrens well-being. She interrupted me so many times when I was trying to explain things to her. I felt that she got offended and didnt control her emotions too well when I questioned about certain tests they performed on my kids. The nurse was very sloppy and rude too. Weve seen quite a few pediatricians in various states, and it was the worst experience by far.

Love this practice, they have taken care of me and family for years. Dr Boaz is wonderful and I will be sad when I have to leave due to work insurance changes (Kaiser!)

This is the first review Ive ever written online. Ive been a patient of Dr. David Boaz since 2002. He advises with a peaceful & kind manner. He is an incredibly detail oriented listener, making note of every important detail about your symptoms, as well as about you, as a patient. He diagnoses with accuracy & always makes certain to reccomend your best holistic or OTC option to avoid over prescribing so not be excessively hard on the body. That care defines what a physician is held at oath to do. The office is always quiet, orderly and run with efficiency. Dr. Boaz, Miranda, Tinsley, the Jennifers, other PAs & Doctors are all INCREDIBLE & always have been. The newer office staff member, who I HAD to report to my Doctor and PA after my first experience with her, JENNY.... well, she is extremely rude, cold, inconsiderate, unprofessional & conveniently forgetful when asked to have refills called in & delivering messages in general. I have ex-workers who have said the same of her poor customer service yet dont see reviews from them, so I emplore others to speak up about Jenny, bad or good of course, but please say something so she is held accountable. I care a lot about this place and value and appreciate them and I would hate for their reputation to be tarnished or to miss out on patients, whod be blessed to call SFPM their pediatric or GP, because of one quite rotten, bad egg.

Dr.Boaz is one of the best doctors I have ever seen very compassionate and great doctor covers all angles of a illness so you can get well sooner.

M.Glodiner and G.Glodiner are professional doctors and our favorite physicians. Even this is not our location and the road takes about hour we trust them more.

Giouzel is an amazing doctor! We were asked to not come back to our original peditraian due to disagreements with vaccines. I did not allow them to vaccinate her and they didnt take that very well. Luckily after we called around we found Giouzel and our daughter has a safe open minded doctor to come to that doesnt require vaccinations! What a relief!! She is very nice and personable and offers great advice. Very professional and never seems to be rushing us or in a hurry. I literally do not think there is a better pediatrician out there. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr G has taken care my children for years. She is very personable and thorough. We wouldnt take our kids anywhere else.

Dr. Mark Glodener is the best doctor Ive ever seen. He is never in a rush, always listens to what you have to say and helps in any and all ways he can. When I first met him I lived in Alpharetta and had insurance. Now I dont have medical insurance and I live in Austell...about an hour from him. I still drive that hour and pay out of pocket to see him because I refuse to choose another doctor. This man is wonderful!!!

Dr Mark Glodener is a 5 star primary physician, but his knowledge is so much more than that, the staff at South Forsyth are courteous, knowledgeable, true professionals.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Mark Glodener for the last 10 years. My 5 year old son has been seeing Dr. Giouzel Glodener since my son was born. They both are extremely knowledgeable, excellent listeners, and take their time in giving great advice and providing a collaborative plan for care. The staff is very responsive, respectful, and genuine. I have recommended my family, friends, and colleagues to South Forsyth Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Im proud to say that everyone I have recommended has been life long patients of Mark and Giouzel. If you are looking for true family care and/or a long term partner in your health care, South Forsyth Family Medicine and Pediatrics is the best place to go.

I cant say Im happy how things ended with Dr. Glodner saying he wouldnt be my primary care physician but in the end I understand. Dr. Glodner was was always polite and I know he cared about my wellbeing but once I finally got insurance he said he couldnt be my primary care physician, originally I was upset and couldnt understand why but I understand why he did what he did basically he set me free from my own prison of a cycle of taking meds I felt I needed but Im going to be okay with out them. I have alot of respect for Dr. Glodner and I was happy to have called him my Doctor for close to 7yrs. I would recommend this wonderful man to anyone looking for a doctor.

I like his ped, Giouzel Glodener. However. I dont like the office receptionists, nor the on call dr. I found a much better pediatrics.
