I came here twice in two days for my birthday spa weekend. I dont regret a single thing (or dime!)!! I booked everything online which is convenient. They were what I expected them to be, very friendly even upon walking in and coming back the next day, extremely clean facilities, excellent masseuse and esthetician.I received the 60 minute hot stone massage on day 1. It was heavenly!! At some point, I think I drifted off to sleep!! The next day, I was back for the signature facial. It was a great facial and she didnt use too many products and didnt slather products on my face. If youve had those kind of facials you know what I mean. Plus, she also massaged my arms, shoulders, and neck! Wow!! +++++Parking is a tad bit of an issue in this area but there is a free parking deck which has an entrance leading to the spa. Get there a little early to secure your space.

Very disappointed..I booked massage services for a group for a 40th bday celebration 2 months in advance. When I called to confirm the week of they only had 2 service booked. They offered me nothing for their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am not one to write reviews never have never will be but this place goes above and beyond. I recently bought my best friend a gift card and she lost it. I called having the doubt they would not be able to help since it was my friends fault. They were able to find the Gift Card and Redeliver it to my email for her! I cant thank you enough for the support and Barb for being on top of giving me a call back. I have been coming to this spa for a few years and have nothing but great experiences from all the staff and treatments. Thanks for being the best!

***PSA***- the website for the Alpharetta location indicates pedicures are available but when I called to schedule a pedicure appointment, I was told no pedicures at the Alpharetta location? I just moved here so disappointing because I wanted to check this place out. Looks nice
