I can be a little picky sometimes but she accommodated me in every way possible! she made sure i left very happy and did everything i asked! i cut off about a foot off and now my hair is just past my shoulders and i’ve gotten so many compliments! she has had the best customer service and she was so nice. recommend her 100%!

WOW. Okay so I’m very self conscious about my hair because it’s very thin and fine. I get so anxious going to the hair salon because I just know it will never turn out how I want. When I tell you Alexis made all of those fears go away immediately, I 100% mean it. She gave me hair I never thought I’d have and I am OBSESSED with it. If I could give this place less than one star I would. But this review is specifically regarding Amanda Tyson. The first time I went to her the service was just ok. I was happy with my hair so the service part didn’t matter as much. I went back for a refurb on my extensions and the service was terrible. Any time I tried to say anything she cut me off and had a comment on it, she got very snippy with me. She would raise her voice so everybody in the room could definitely hear. I tried not to say much after that as she made it very uncomfortable. She was very rude to her assistant as well talking down to her in front of me and other customers. Ironically telling her that she needed to learn customer service skills. Most of the time her assistant not Amanda was working on me. But when Amanda was working on me she was very rushed and ripping at my hair at times.When I got home two of the extensions were already coming apart and there were several sections where my hair was looped into other parts of the tape. I sent her a text and asked about it and she just got nastier nastier in her responses. Not a stylist I would ever recommend for a friend or relative. If you are going to go here I do recommend looking at one of the other stylists. Brittany seemed very friendly and easy to talk to and her clients looked great when they left! I feel that if you go to a stylist you should be able to talk to them easily about your needs and wants. Amanda gets very hostile with you very easily if you do not agree with her so keep that in mind.Update: One week later I had to go to another salon to have my extensions fixed. I was getting terrible headaches and they were matting in the back. The stylist told me they were installed improperly. All overlapped and grouped toward the back of my head. The tapes were not completely removed before they added the new tape and there was even an extension without a sandwiched back to it.

I visit this salon frequently for both color and extensions. Both Amanda and Brittany are outstanding. They offer very fair and competitive pricing for all services. The have just relocated to a larger solan and its great! It’s clean, there’s more space, and an overall positive environment!

I scheduled an appointment online for haircut and styling.Upon arriving and talking to the stylist a bit, I requested a trim off of the bottom, thinning and face framing layers. That is not at all what I got.I specifically said I did not want to add layers as I like my hair being all one length in the back.What I got was a completely botched haircut, with uneven long layers. Didn’t even trim my bangs or add my face framing layers. All layers in the back were so choppy and uneven that I had to go to another salon (Van Michael at Avalon) to have it fixed.

My daughter and I both go to Brittany. Shes amazing...I have always had trouble explaining to a stylist what I want and she just somehow knows. The owner Amanda is wonderful, and so accomodating to her clients. You feel special when youre there and leave feeling even better. Wonderful women who do amazing hair, dont give you a stuffy salon experience, and want you to have great hair and feel comfortable while youre there.

WOW! This place deserves 10 Stars. Amanda is a true/ authentic stylist, and I would say one of the best I have ever met. After having her do my hair for the last 4 years, there is no way I would ever go somewhere else. The entire experience from the time you walk in to the time you walk out is just amazing. Amanda has her own hair extension line that I have been wearing for 3 years now ( I cant live without them) and have to say they are my absolute favorite brand. I used to wear Bellami and I can confidently say hers hold up way better in the long run. My daughter and I had Groupons for haircuts, shampoo and dry. It said we could only use one of two stylists. We phoned and got a message:due to increased business (actually more like no money or time for someone to answer the phone) they were taking online appointments only. My daughter called the owner and was told to do it all online Obviously, they didn’t have the money for anyone to design their website. We could schedule nothing: the windows weren’t active and there was no place to request either of the two people we must use.. In desperation, I decided to go to the salon. I had a hard time finding it. It was inside a place called Phoenix in a shopping area. I finally decided to walk into it. Sure enough, there were two small rooms with names of stylists on them, with no sign of the two we were limited to using. Neither stylist was in. There was nowhere to leave any message, nor any instructions.My conclusion is that they are sorry they ever opened their business to Groupon and hope that these people will just go away and leave (without their $25.) They have made themselves unreachable by not caring to leave instructions when they are not in their cubicles, not taking calls (and when they do, pointing people to their non-functional website.) Trying to get our money back from Groupon was impossible. We have a month to select another Groupon with our “credit.” This reflects very poorly on this, loosely termed, “salon” and Groupon as well.

Love this place and my hair loves it more! Sheena does an amazing on my color ( covers my grey ) high lights/low lights and keratin treatment to calm my frizz. You will not be disappointed.
