The staff are very friendly. The complaint I have is what they call walk in service. You call the day before to schedule a walk in but then when you arrive it is a very long time. I understand others have/had normal scheduled appointment,however, only one staff member checked on me while I sat there. Maybe set aside a day of the week for walk ins.

I went for a full set of dentures with medicaid coverage and the entire process has gone extremely easy and fast compared to the average expected wait times. I have always come earlier than every appointment scheduled by being on a call list in case of a short notice availability. The nurses are so easy going and great. Ive been treated by two dentists and all of the staff is highly recommended and super knowledgeable. The front desk staff know me by name. I feel very comfortable and welcome here. My teeth came out perfect and the dentist even took the time to explain some questions I had about about the bottom teeth which seemed to protrude some due to some relaxed muscles in my jaw. She explained in a way that I could understand. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I would most definitely recommend this office. Thank you dental clinics north! Sincerely, Sarah McIntyre

The ladies in the office are super nice. My nurse explained everything to me as she was doing it. They asked repeatedly if I was okay. If I had questions. Amazing place. 10/10 would recommend

I got to my app a little early and they didnt leave me waiting. They used that time to do a over due cleaning. A new set of x-rays. After pulling my tooth which went very smooth. The dentist suggest I could save 1 extra trip by doing my first set of impression then. They scheduled me for a filling and my second impressions. Im very happy very the friendliness of the staff and every one i was in contact with. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend your office to anyone.

I have had a great experience being a patient with dental clinics north. They have performed extractions as well as multiple fillings and cleanings on me. I never had any pain except the healing process which is to be expected. They give you multiple options and they are always happy with your choice, even if it is against the dentist recommendations. Bring them your business and they will strive to get you a healthy smile

Horrible Dentist. Initial service was great. I am very nervous going to the dentist. I had an exposed nerve and needed to have a molar removed. All of staff was very nice and accommodating - UNTIL next visit was to be scheduled. I was flatly denied any further service UNLESS I rescheduled in 6 months. They did not want to put it in writing, so I audio taped response. Also, I was given my tooth back which is considered a biohazard.I was willing to start going once a year (after 13yrs not going) as compromise, however, I was not met halfway by Dr. So I will have to pull all my teeth instead of being a walking income every 6 months.Also, exceptionally LOUD music, patient faces the wall, and gift pack is generic, not taking into account individual allergies or spacing of teeth. Just confirms my dissatisfaction with government dentistry.

I had my first appointment today! What a nice experience. Dental care was fabulous and the staff couldn’t be nicer. They have the latest equipment for all dental services and the place is super clean with modern decor thru out. I highly recommend them.

We were thankful to get an appointment, but the dentist was less than tactful in her comments. The practice is overly concerned with standardized practice and isnt willing to make exceptions. We left without receiving any treatment.

This is a good place to go for the dentist and they are really nice i had all my teeth pulled there and soon im getting dentures there i recommend them

Very friendly staff. Good with children. However after almost 3 months of waiting for a letter to have work done on my childs teeth Ive received nothing. Not even a phone call.

They were very quick with getting me in, very passionate and caring as well. I was very anxious and scared but they were very patient and made me feel comfortable. I couldnt be happier with the service I received today. I recommend this dentist to anyone who wants a great experience as well as a dentist that knows how to take care of her patients while making them feel at ease and comfortable.

This is the only place I know of that will dismiss people and children and never let them make an appointment again for 2 missed appts! Things happen, people have to reschedule and some times you cant help but to try to reschedule the day of your appt! Im 37 weeks pregnant and having bad contractions so I tried to reschedule my daughters appt that was an hour away only to have to deal with a VERY rude receptionist telling me that she doesnt know if illI be able to reschedule my child because I didnt reschedule 24 hours ahead of time. Absolutely ridiculous!! Things happen that you cant ALWAYS predict and reschedule 24 hours ahead of time.
