For 4 days Ive been screaming in pain because of a bad tooth. They got me in today, extracted it and now Im on the road to recovery. The ladies were very thorough and thoughtful through the process. I would definitely recommend going here.

This place is wonderful. Compassionate and kind. Great with Kids and adults. They made room on their schedule for our 9 year old daughter who had a broken tooth and they couldnt have done a more professional, yet personal job. So thankful for them and their kindness.

So pleased that Dr. Broers got my husband in to see her in an emergency. He was put on a cancellation list to have an infected tooth extracted. A week later he was in for the extraction and she also took out the tooth next to the broken off infected tooth. Dr. BROERS is so caring, gentle and pleasant. It is a pleasure to have her as a dentist.

I have always had a good experience. All the ladies are friendly and knowledgeable about the job they are doing. They tell you before hand what they are going to do also before anything happens. They call the day before to remind you and have very early appointments for workers. I dont mind going here. 10.

I think they may have a new staff because they seemed perfectly nice and accommodating to me, I usually go to Oscoda but recently had an exam and cleaning here. Loved my hygienist, Nichole I think? Im bad with names! Dr Browers is the best, shes had a huge impact on my overall health, not just my teeth! I might just switch over from Oscoda! Much love!

These folks are so caring. Called for emergency. Got me right in. I have anxiety, they kept me comfortable with small talk. Understood how nervous I was. Constantly making sure I was ok. We even laughed. Thank you all very much for helping me so quickly and fixing my issues. Much much appreciated.

Our dentist and other medical treaters were awesome, but the front desk staff are absolutely horrendous...dismissive, rude, and obstructionist, and completely contradict what our insurance company and prior providers have ever told us in terms of scheduling, authorizations, and office protocol and in fact refused to let us speak with our dentist or even schedule an appointment unless we first complied with onerous and uncesseary steps our insurance doesnt require. Its a shame this practice requires you to go through the Cairo Peace Accords just to see your doctor and makes you endure such disrespectful and upsetting treatment from the front desk staff, particularly when youre already suffering from painful dental problems youre simply trying to get treatment for. Shame on you!!!FOLLOW UP: In less than 3 hours we found a new dentist, had all of our records and x-rays emailed from our former dentist out of state, insurance coverage attended to, and an appointment scheduled for Friday morning...all of which we were dismissively told by Alcona would take 8-10 weeks before they would even schedule an appointment with our dentist.Wed love to hear from Dr. Samantha in the event someone actually in charge would like to address these concerns.
