I highly recommend Dr. Weiss. He is probably the best surgeon in his field practicing in the Lehigh Valley. Like we say in Hecktown nix bessar.

I had a ganglion cyst in my left wrist that seemed to have been pressing on a nerve in my wrist. Dr. Weiss was really good about explaining all my options to me. I decided to go with get it surgically removed and he did a wonderful job of explaining everything that was going to happen to me. He also was very specific about resting until it healed. Very good specialist and I would highly recommend him.

He is really nice, and personable Dr. and as a surgeon, he has a good bedside manner. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a sound Dr. since Im going to see him again for other orthopedic issues Im dealing with. He has now done two successful surgeries and I am going now to have a third surgery sometime.

I first met Dr Weiss in 2005. He was referred by Lehigh Valley health network. He helped me to correct problems I had with my wrist. He was clear and concise in his plan, the procedure, and his care after the recovery. The care he gave, helped me to live a very normal, full life. Fast forward to 2019... I broke my radial ulna on the same arm during a fall. The plate and screws he had installed in 2005 seemed to suffer no damage. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and professionalism of the staff/procedures at OAA. We are not done with this issue, as its only been 2 weeks...but I am positive that Dr Weiss will make the right decisions regarding my injury, and have the utmost confidence that he will get me back in the swing of things... I saw Dr. Weiss for a second opinion for Kienbocks Disease. After the visit, i had a much clearer picture of what my options are and I feel confident that he is the surgeon to perform the surgery. The whole experience was informative.

Dr. Lawrence Weiss was terrible to deal with! Talked me in to getting 4 surgeries on the same day, which included my left dominant middle finger, wrist and elbow.The trigger finger surgery he did on my left middle finger didnt go well, I dont even think i needed trigger finger surgery. Since day one of the surgery I have not been able to bend or straighten my finger, which I had no problem before the surgery. He said he was dumb founded and didnt know what to do, thats pretty sad! Now I have to live with a deformed finger and he wont compensate me for this, not even the money for the trigger finger surgery and tests I had to have done, let alone all the pain, discomfort, and struggles with everyday life! I will never go back to OAA or Dr. Weiss in the future and I dont recommend him! Very disappointed!!!

Dr Lawrence Weiss at OAA is my surgeon of choice for any and all hand and forearm surgery! He explains everything in an easy to understand manner and Ive had three surgeries with him, all wildly successful!

As a result of a bicycle accident, I splintered a bone and tore ligament in my hand. Dr. Weiss was able to mend the bone using plates, screws, and a graft from my wrist and repair the torn ligament. All of this was accomplished with relatively no post-op pain, and I am now on my way to recovering full use of my hand. Dr. Weiss is an incredibly skilled surgeon.

Dr Weiss seems to treat all of his patients like family and he is extremely behind all of his patients!

Was referred to Dr. Weiss after a hunting accident. He was quick to make assumptions and really didnt believe me. Sent me for an EMG which he told me found nothing. However, not more then 6 months later, had another EMG from a different physician and carpal tunnel in my left wrist was found and Im being referred out to orthopedic surgery. I knew there was something wrong with my wrist and hand yet he pretty much dismissed me and failed to find my carpal tunnel that now requires surgery. Thank doc!

I had broken my wrist & needed a surgeon repair my wrist , so I called & made an appointment with Dr Weiss . He operated on my wrist & put a plate & 9 screws to repair it . Dr Weiss did a great job . I have no problems with wrist ! He also recently operated on my finger it’s , still healing , but doing fine !!

Dr. Weiss corrected a misdiagnosis by another orthopedic doctor and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He takes his time with me and explains everything very clearly.
