The entire staff here is so friendly and has great communication skills. I just completed an eye and contacts exam and every single person I interacted with was great—the receptionist was organized and welcoming, the man who did the eye puff test was super nice, Dr Gonzalez explained everything clearly during the exam & answered all my questions, and the woman who helped me pick out my glasses was attentive and set clear expectations for when to expect my glasses and what to do for my follow up appointment. I randomly picked Perspective Eye Care from my insurance list and glad I did bc it was a great experience

I loved going to them a few years ago, but our insurance changed. Now that its covered, I went back. The doctors are still there and the staff is still helpful and friendly. Dr. Stefanie was helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for 2 years going on 3 years come April 2021 and I really like them. I was having trouble seeing my computer and was in need of an eye doctor. Dr. Coronado came highly recommended by an associate of mine. Dr. Greg Coronado Coronado is very good and very patient. He is easy going and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. The staff is always nice and friendly and it always a pleasure giving them a call or coming in. They are always helpful in assisting me with my eyewear. I highly recommend them for your eye care.

Tried to make an appointment here and failed because the person on the other side of the phone said I had the insurance name wrong, or my insurance wasnt insurance, or that they were out of network even though I found them through my network site, or that I wasnt covered. I called my insurance and they confirmed I had vision coverage, I called back to confirm and I dont even think they tried looking it up. Proceeded to call another optometrist and they had no problem finding my coverage and setting up my appointment promptly. This place may need to train their service staff better because they could be pushing away customers because they just dont know better.

Had a great experience here. not had an eye exam for over 10 years so I wasnt sure what to expect but all my questions were answered and everybody was very friendly!

My son has never had to see an eye doctor before (8 years old). He was very nervous upon his first visit. Dr. Gonzalez was just the perfect doctor for him. She explained every thing so well so that he could actually understand what was wrong and why he needed glasses. She was very patient and understanding with him all with a smile on her face. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. They greeted us promptly with a smile, answered all of our questions and helped us get in and out as quickly as possible. We will always use Perspective. 👍UPDATE: Brought my son back for contacts this time because he hates his glasses. Was upset that I had to pay for a whole new eye exam even though it had only been 11 months since his last exam in their office. Dr. Coronados opinion was that he was too young and he stated so multiple times. Instead of listening to what we wanted and why, he kept stating his opinion and he got into my sons head so that when it came time to try the contacts, he was terrified. Upon scheduling our visit, we did a ton of research and he knew exactly what he was walking into and he wanted to try contacts anyway. We scheduled the appointment specifically for contacts and they shouldve known thats what we wanted and been prepared for it but instead I felt I had to push it because he wasnt going to allow it. I feel like my son didnt have the support he needed to do this and so of course, he failed. I even overheard the woman who was supposed to train us say, Ill try with a doubtful tone and even she was a little negative about it when she came in. He was scared by the time he got to the training session and ended up getting glasses. They wouldnt even let us take the lens home to practice. I ended up paying for the training and exams and couldnt even take the lens home. We left feeling very disappointed and upset for multiple reasons. My son plays sports and has children his age in his class who wear contacts and he felt prepared until we were shut down multiple times. I dont think we will come back now. I think we need to find a provider who will listen to our wants and needs and help us achieve our goals. I spent a lot of money to have left as disappointed and frustrated as I did.

Ive never worn glasses before when in my 30s I notice my eyes feel strained and I cant read as well as I used to I knew I needed an eye exam. I didnt want to go just anywhere, I wanted an honest diagnosis & someplace I could trust. Perspective Eye Care had excellent reviews on Yelp and Google and when I called to make an appointment they got me right in. They made it really easy and smooth to have an exam and let me know I wouldnt need to get my eyes dilated, which was important since I needed to drive myself after the appointment.I was greeted with friendly smiles and was seen at my appointment time. Dr Gonzales was so kind and did a thorough job of examining my eyes, answering all my questions and explaining her findings. Confirming my need for reading glasses I was extremely pleased to find they have a store on-site! I was able to peruse all the glasses they had in store while they processed my insurance coverage for lenses. I picked a great set and within four days they had filled them with my prescription & were ready for pick-up.Glad I found Perspective Eye Care & Dr. Gonzales

I visited Perspective Eye Care today and saw Dr Coronado. It was a great experience! Dr Coronado was very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions and then some. I was in and out in a timely manner and well. I highly recommend this office for your eye care!

We used them for our annual eye exam this year since we were new to the area. Clean establishment, the doctor was very friendly and the process was quick. It was a bit pricey and the thing we had disliked was that everyone has to do a contact fitting even for my husband who has worn contacts and the same brand for 10 years. We didnt like that it was a requirement as we have never had that issue at any other place. However the doctor did make an accommodation for us.

Dr. Coronado and staff are the best! They are always kind, courtesous, and professional. Weve been going there for years, and their level of service exceeds my expectations every time. I highly recommend them.

I have waited 4 weeks for my lenses to be finished. I finally sent my husband to find out what the issue was and they told him they dont care because their perscriptions always come back wrong take your money back and leave. Im sure it had nothing to do with him being black. But the owner and the clerk Loretta were rude and made disparaging remarks to him.

Wonderful place, I developed a severe corneal ulcer several years ago and they booked an emergency appointment at a specialist for me. I highly recommend them to everyone and will never go anyone else.

The eye doctor and most of the staff are absolutley fantastic , but recently when I went in for a new pair of glasses ( with a current prescription from the dr there ) , I came in appx 30 minutes before closing time. The young girl in the eyeglass/ frame section was borderline rude as if i was inconveniencing her by spending 500.00. I had a friend with me whom i had told about this being such a great place . She commented before I even had a chance about the poor attitude of the girl who was helping me... I did not like one pair of frames and she had the audacity to question why I didnt like them ....I explained to her that they were nice but it looked like a pair of childrens glasses on my big head... It only took about a total of 20 minutes and I was gone before they closed as another customer walked in...I shudder to think of how she was treated. Unfortunately , after about 10 or more years of using Dr Coronado, I will now be forced to find another optical center , because i refuse to be treated like I was by someone who is making money from me and they dont even have to work for it..and then for them to be rude on top of it.....thats enough of a reason for me to let everyone here know how poor and what a bad attitude some of the staff ( younger girl in glasses section ) have at this place. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK ANYMORE and i really hope that Dr Coronado himself takes the time to read this, because I will not be returning if that is the tyope of staff he chooses to hire. I bring my money and time to someone, they could be a bit friendlier when they are making a commission from my purchase.. This commentary has not been embellished and I highly recommend avoiding the staff working in the frames area.....unless you like to be treated like you are making their day difficult
