Filthiest restroom I have ever seen! And in Allen, TX! Pandemic or not, I’ve never seen something so filthy. And they didn’t even have soap! Absolutely appalled. I’ll never shop at this CVS again because they clearly have 0 concerns for their customers. I feel bad for the employees. Saw on another review that they go to the Walgreens next door. The health department should be called. People are getting vaccines and medication in this place and their restroom is a cesspool.

So yesterday I needed to fill my sons prescription (very specific and difficult to find antibiotic), this CVS was the 4th pharmacy I tried. The young man who took my info, asked questions noone asked me at the other 3 places I checked. Once I gave him the notes he needed, he was able to get me this VERY specific concoction and I didnt have to pay the $200 it costs out of pocket, because he used my sons info as a reason to discount me and I only paid $68. This is not covered by insurance and even though I was willing to pay whatever the cost, this young man went beyond my expectations, and today my son has his antibiotics. Very thankful.

Worst service possible, after over 31 minutes on hold they decided not to help me and hang up. At this CVS pharmacy all the staff make sure to show you are unwelcome there and never lift a finger to help...God forbid if you ask a question and bother them.

I deleted my review last year because when I went there again last time people were so helpful. Even when Im using the self check out he was still trying to help us.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.Pharmacy errors constantly.Waiting for 45 min for a medication right now that they PUT BACK despite telling me to come back today to pick it up. Was told itll take 15 min to pick it up today after they correct their error. Its now 45 min later. Theyre not even busy. Went through the drive through AGAIN-- was told its not ready, 5 more minutes. DO NOT COME HERE. And Ill make sure to tell all my patients not to fill scripts here (if they cant get a simple fill right, safety is for sure an issue), nor will I ever send a prescription here.Go to the CVS down the street. Consistent good service there. Avoid this place at all costs.Not worth these people treating medical services like a joke. Not ok at all.

I literally walked in without a mask 12 YEARS OLD and the cashier lady was so rude about me bringing one. they need new NICER employees.

Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes and no one has even answered to say they will be with shortly. This is completely unacceptable when you are needing to have your medication filled.

Worst pharmacy ever. After 40 minutes on hold for pharmacy, drove to location and was told they don’t have a pharmacist there today, but they were trying to find one. WTH is that??!!!

Filthy dirty bathrooms. When I told the cashier I was told they go to the bathroom at Walgreens next door.The rest of the store is in shambles also

I have always used this store for gift cards and greetings cards as well as others items. Today I went in to buy a gift card and greeting card. It was in terrible shape. Didn’t even look clean. The card rack was in shambles with cards all over the floor vacant racks for greeting cards, etc. I got past this and went to check out. There was one checker and a line at check out. After waiting several minutes and the same person was at the front of the line I finally put my merchandise back and walked out. Went next door to Walgreens..Your Store was always my store of choice but today was awful.

My prescriptions are never ready on time. The last straw was when they canceled one of my prescriptions saying that my doctor made a mistake, despite taking it for 4 years. I even tried to explain but they wouldnt listen. I had to get my doctor involved and their excuse was it wasnt submitted properly, again despite doing it for 4 years. Im going with another location.

If you stop to buy something here and find yourself needing to tinkle PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BATHROOM.It is DISGUSTING on levels I cant explain w words. Like it hasnt been cleaned in years. And this is during covid. GROSS and dangerous.Stop elsewhere. Theres a Walgreens next door.

I went in to get my COVID test and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the drive through window I was told my appointment is cancelled because I was 30 minutes late. I called 3 times when I was in line and could not get a hold of an associate at all. I needed this test to get back to work and I was refused. They would not reason with me or anything. They did not care about me or the spread of COVID 19 at all. They head lady at the pharmacy refused to speak to me and was very hostile and disingenuous. I was very sad and on the verge of tears because I was worried I had COVID 19 and all she could tell me is get out of the drive through lane and that I was getting her and myself no where. This company does not care one bit about the spread of COVID.

I used to be happy with them until a recent encounter with one rude pharmacy worker. After running out of my med and being told it was on backorder, I had to request loaners. When those ran out and they STILL didnt have my med, a worker called and asked me to call back. I get this girl who seemed super annoyed to be helping me. I asked, is there anything you all can do. And she flat out said no. So, thank you, I am now using Walgreens.

Here they actually respect the Republic and all it stands for. Great fast service. I don’t see that cockroach Dooku or any of his Separatists there. This gets a 5/5 stars out of me it’s a great place.

Rude employees, consistently attempt to overcharge for RX, very disorganized.

This is the most unorganized drive they pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. 20 minutes in the drive through lane waiting to pick up a prescription!!! As I sat waiting, people casualty drove up. The lane marked DROP OFF ONLY and were receiving prescriptions !!!!There was ONE attendant during rush hour and she was extremely rude.I’m taking my prescriptions to Walgreens

This is my go to location. Everyone at the pharmacy - including the pharmacists knows me by name. They are ALWAYS super friendly and weve developed such a great report. They bend over backwards for me no matter what situation may pop up (insurance, med availability, super quick fills while I wait, prescription transfers, calling doctors, etc). I love these guys!!

I am at a loss for words for how amazing this CVS Pharmacy is. We have used Walgreens for many years for my sons many medications to treat his brain injury and have had to wait days for refills that we have reordered every month for the last 10 years. They always had some problem with getting his much needed seizure meds and telling me it was a hard to get medication. I called CVS, they transferred the prescription and had it ready within hours. It was a seamless process. Gregory the Pharmacy Manager and his entire staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and hard workers. Thank you guys for all you do! CVS MAIN STREET AND JUPITER IN ALLEN TEXAS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THERE IS!!!!

They recently remodeled this store but didnt redo the bathrooms. Pretty nasty. Also the cosmetic area looks like a lot of items are out of stock.

Awful. Will not go back into this store.Some punk kid who I believe was 25 years old said he was not only the store manager but the store owner. So I did not leave a complaint. I was shorted two pills.Dalihia in pharmacy told me when I got shorted a pill that I would have to drive five hours to Wharton to pick up the pill. She filled the one pill that they had filled. She acted like it was my fault, Unbelievable. I also came in one time to pick up my pills to find out they were not ready. When I asked why her response was you needed to tell me they needed to be activated. I told her I had been there a week before to find out if I could pick them up I guess that was not enough information for her. She also is one of these people who loves to say no. If you are not a people person you need not be working for the public.

Best pharmacy staff of any drug store. They are fast, friendly, and professional. I will drive further just to go to this pharmacy.

The customer service is good. But the general manager at that store she was unprofessional don’t respect, stereotype. I will not come to this store as long as she is there.

Their staff pretends to help you, but they make you drive all over town, to never achieve getting the correct size of medication. Then they argue with you, dont want to help you once youve let their store. My family does a few thousand dollars of business at CVS a month. No longer because of the way they treated our son, not to mention the way they talked over me. NO MORE CVS, customer service isnt there.

Longtime customer. I find this store to be a pis sty, the parking lot and entryway is always filthy. Understaffed to be sure. If I ran this store you would never step through trash or weeks and weeks of leaves and debris. Store management is never around to talk to or help the kids they have running the place.Simple solution: we moved our business next door to Walgreens, Joel is a hands on manager.
