This place sucks I went there for a ear infection was giving antibiotics but no ear drops. Finished the antibiotics cycle and surprise ear is still messed up, so I call up to ask for a script for ear drops which I should have got the first time. Said I have to come see dr again so I have to drop another $100 dollars for horrible service on top of the first $100 that didn’t get any results? Na I’m good guess I’ll just suffer and hope it don’t spread to my brain

Me and my kids have been coming here to be treated for over 20+ years when weve been sick with all types of emergencies like ear infections, colds, flu etc. and never had any complaints or problems.. in my opinion, there have always been excellent Dr.s and medical staff that work here.. its the only urgent care that I feel comfortable with and trust to bring my family to be seen.. excellent place here!

My husband went here last night. Staff rushed him out saying he only had tendinitis. Then they closed early. What if someone else had to been seen? Then the doctor was supposed to write a prescription and instead walked right out the door to go home. I went to use the bathroom and it was filthy. Then I was told to leave out the back door because the main door was locked (20 minutes early, as I stated before. ) then when I came and knocked on the door then called at 8:52 (closes at 9), I was ignored.My husband better get his copay back . How rude and ridiculous. 😑

Whenever we have a health issue that doesn’t require a doctor visit this is our go to. The staff island doctors are great never had a bad experience. The fact that they also have a X-ray machine is a plus. Wait is never to long even when they are super busy.

Called and asked if there was a wait. I was told there was no wait. I walk in 2 minutes later (I live very close) and waited 45 minutes after checking in before walking out. Youre better off going to beaumont urgent care across the street.

My 5 year old daughter was running a high fever so I brought her here and they did nothing but look in her ears And mouth, later that day her fever was over 103.7 so I take her to the hospital to find out something actually was wrong with daughter and she needed antibiotics, this urgent care didnt even bother to asking about covid not even asked for a urine sample for further testing and totally neglected to my daughters needs.

Most docs only seem to give you the bare minimum treatment/information and anything beyond that is like pulling teeth...NOT THIS PLACE!Had pulled a muscle. Went in towards closing but was seen very quickly. Even though it was the end of the day the doctor was extremly personable and happy to help!!Felt he did everything he could to assist in my care. Examoination, xrays, ect. 👏👏👏2 out of 3 of the staff was very friendly and polite too.

Don’t go for the COVID test. $100 fee when you get it free at other places. Waited over an hour and they kept saying, “you’re next” but we never were. Waited another half hour and then just called around and found other local urgent cares that were doing free testing with shorter wait times. Asked the lady nicely to take us off the list and she was rude and basically tossed the clip board at us to sign out. Yikes.

Worst urgent Care Ive ever been to wasted an hour of my time and then they try to tell me on my insurance is inactive, when 5 minutes later I call my insurance and they told me I am still active I think the lady at the front desk just didnt know what the hell she was doing

I took my 23 year old daughter here on Friday evening. She explained to them that she has worked with someone this past week that was diagnosed with strep throat and she was feeling the same symptoms. The older man doctor was in the exam room 3 minutes and said that she has the common cold. Here it is Sunday, we are back with a throat full of strep! I will be calling HHS-OIG tomorrow morning. Misdiagnosis is too common these days. Not everyone is on drugs and wants pain scripts. Treat patients with dignity and respect. We know our own bodies and if the doctor had listened to her, she would have been halfway better by now.

Supposed to close at 5 pm. Locked doors at 4:25 pm. Wow.

I have been coming to Park in cases of minor emergencies and after hours health care for about 10 years. I have always had amazing service here. as all the doctors are amazing. Today I came in with a horrible UTI. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Melissa Hanna who was so kind, compassionate, thorough and genuine. She truly knew exactly what to do and how to help me feel better. She listened to me and gave me great medical advice. She truly went above and beyond. Even offering me her extra tea bag to make a cup of tea as I was feeling so bad today! She’s truly a ray of sunshine! I will definitely be back here! Thank you Dr. Hanna and all the other other great doctors at Park!

I had a great visit with Dr. Melissa Hana. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I didnt wait long, got right in. Wish I would use Melissa as my primary care physician. She always takes her time and is never in a rush. I love her shoes. She treats me like family.

The office staff are amazing!! Danielle, Heiam and Mary are very compassionate and friendly! They are one of the reasons we take our family to this urgent care when needed. My husband Jeff says that they are very quick with assisting him too! The doctors are great too! We really like Dr. Y and Dr. H!

I come here very often and everytime I come I can’t help but to notice that it is ALWAYS the same Mexican lady that is putting all the patients back , running around doing everything herself while the rest just sit at the front desk on their phones! I genuinely hope she doesn’t get paid the same as them! She is a very sweet lady.

They saved me from many ER visits!!!! It’s a one stop shop w X-ray, pharmacy, and doc visit... a must when your too sick to run around town! Melissa NP is outstanding! In and out... and on the mend!

Doctor misdiagnosis a broken toes even with a x-ray, went to my regular doctor still with pain to be taken care of. Horrible place, glad i was able to get to my doctor before it became worst.

Went there the other day, explained to the nurse that my brother spread the flu to the entire house & my sister was just diagnosed with Strep & the flu. The doctor literally took 5 minutes to tell me that I have the common cold, then when I mentioned once again that its most likely the flu, he said I had the flu, then proceeded to give me sinus medication & bronchitis/cough medication & Flu medication... Really????? The nurse was nice, the front desk was also accommodating, but the doctor will rush you out quicker than a pop tart popping out a toaster, needless to say I will not be coming back.

The staff was extremely personable and really made my mother feel comfortable. We were greeted by Amber and she truly cares about the well being of the patients and assured us that we would be taken care of. Doctor Melissa treated us with great respect and took her time explaining what our best options were. Thank you for the great care and service!

Any one that writes a good review about this place had to have been compensated! The staff that works the front desk are so rude! The doctors Come in and rush right out! The only good thing I can say is every time I have came here the medical assistants have been very nice! Also they will push you to use their pharmacy and if you want to use your own they will give you attitude and make it hard!!

My 7 year old son went into this urgent care with complaints and complications of leg pain and unable to walk. Mellisa, whom is one of the doctors there seen him and automatically directed me to take him to the hospital. I followed her instructions and took him to ER immediately where he was diagnosed for having septic arthritis in his right hip. My son was taken into surgery to release the fluid on his hip that was hindering him from walking. I appreciate Dr.Mellisa for quick thinking and attention for my son at that time because he could have been worse. Life or death played a factor. Once again, thank you Mellisa for being there when we needed you. For that i am extremely grateful.

Every single person that I encountered here was so pleasant and comforting. My doctor actually listened to what was going on and helped me with every issue. I was in and out within an hour, even had my scripts filled there. Thank you so much.

Took my 3 year old at 8:00 pm was in and out in 15 minutes. Gave him his meds he was sleeping with in an hour. So glad i went there great dr. Very happy. Thank you park urgent care.

I came here Friday night after I fell in an icy sidewalk. I was not greeted like the other patients and had to stand in front of the receptionist waiting awkwardly for her to ask what was wing. This was after two patients - one a 50+ white male, the other a 25 yr old white male - were greeted with a smile. Then, I got back to see the doctor. I have full coverage insurance with a $20 copay. My issued was a previously broken wrist that may be broken again The doctor GRABBED my arm asking if it hurt. I winced, cried out on pain and told him yes. He sent for x-rays. I got them with an exceptionally nice technician. She was very delicate and nice to me. After waiting 30 minutes for an x-ray read, the doctor came back confirming I had broken another bone in the wrist. He offered no assistance, no reassurance, and no help for what to do next. He told me to go back and see the specialist who did the surgery whenever I could. I asked for a pain prescription and he told me only my doctor would write that. What? I have never had a pain prescriptions other than my broken wrist. I didnt even fill the last one. Im obviously not an addict. With a clearly broken wrist this doctor offered no help and no relief. I thought doctors were supposedly there to help you. This Indian man was not there to help. I felt I was treated badly as the only person of color in the waiting room. This is ridiculous.

I have been bringing my kids here for years! Its a walk-in clinic so it gets busy sometimes, but I have never had a problem. They are always nice, helpful, and professional. I bring my kids here more than their doctor. I dont have to wait for an appointment and the doctors really know what theyre doing!

Every time I come, they listen to me and make sure I get whatever I need. Although it may be busy sometimes depending on the day/time, its a walk in clinic so considering that, their service is pretty efficient and enjoyable. I go here more than my own doctor!

Advertises open until 9pm, but called at 835pm for directions and was told they are done for the night. I explained child may need sutures, the woman said she would ask the doctor. She came back to the phone and said Dr. said no. WOW what a great way to serve the community.

This is a Allen park land mark it as an amazing clinic and pharmacy.. I have been going here for about 9 years and not once have I had a complaint. The doctors, MAs, and management are all awesome. The pharmacy is a major plus as well the techs are just phenomenal.

I went to take my daughter here and the time was 8:45 p.m. The office says that they close at 9. We walk to the front door and its locked so I call in the nurse says that the doctor has already seen his last patient for the night and he already left. As Im speaking with her I see the doctor getting his car and leave the parking lot very quickly. I understand that we got there shortly before closing time but my daughter was running a temperature of 102 and her throat was hurting her very badly. I was very disappointed that an office says they close at 9 but everyone is in such a hurry to go home that they dont take care of their patients.

I came in today for a couple of things I am currently 34 weeks pregnant mind you dr yazbek and fattal are absolutely amazing doctors I’ve had encounter with a new lady by name of mellisa Hana a couple times now. My experience with her today was just horrible she was insensitive no compassion for her job at seems whatsoever she tried to bash me about medicine anabiotic‘s to be specific in regards to my unborn child and first and foremost I did not know she was a fetal medicine doctor nor a OB/GYN I just feel she walks around with her little witch shoes on trying to be cute With no concerns for patients at all I’m just going to leave this post at that

They do not carry the influenza flu test.Came in complaining of symptoms and explained id been exposed, was seen and told they dont test for it after they took my copay.They dont listen to anything you say at all, this was my second attempt at going here hiping to get some answers, both times were the same and there will most certainty not be a third.

Dr. Naz is compassionate and thorough. He genuinely cares about patients and you can tell that as soon as he walks in the door. He is patient and listens keenly to what people are saying in order to come up with the best solution when you are ill. I had my ears cleaned here because the pressure build up from extra wax and he and his team were thorough and careful, explaining each step along the way.

I love this place. It is usually in and out. They make sure all of your needs are met. The Doctors are really nice. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Abdelfattah 👨‍⚕️ is the nicest Dr Ive ever had the pleasure to see Ive been going here since it was Lincoln Park urgent care over 15 years ago, he truly does care about your well-being, I had to bring my son🤕 in last Sunday for a cut eye and had to get stitches, Doc and nurses were so sweet and gentle working on my 5 year old. If you need to go there I truly hope you get Dr. Fattah🤒🤢🤧

Horrible. My daughter had a horrible nose bleed we could not stop so we decided to take her to urgent care. This one was closest to my house. It was 430 in a sunday. Sign on door said closes at 5. We went to go in and the doors were already locked. My father in law called them and they told us the doctor already left for the day. It was 440pm. I cant believe this place. Will never attempt to go here again.

I love this place. I have been going here for about 15 years. I have always been treated great! They are friendly and take the time to really listen to me. Ive gone there from colds to emergencies and have always been treated far better then at some ERs or primary doctors. The staff from MAs to Drs and pharmacist have always been wonderful! Ive been going to this urgent care for a while. There are two doctors, and both are attentive and patient while listening to my list of ailments. The absolute best part is the on-site pharmacy, my scripts are filled within 10 minutes after the doctor has evaluated me.

I have used Park Urgent Care for several years as my go-to for when I am unable to get into my primary care physicians office. I have rarely had to wait longer than fifteen minutes to get into a room, and once in the room, have had very little wait time until I see a doctor. There is an on-site pharmacy, and the pharmacist has been quick and efficient, usually 15 minutes or less to fill a prescription. The service has always been exceptional, the staff always courteous, and the doctors knowledgeable and friendly. I recently visited with a sinus infection, and Melissa was phenomenal. She wasted no time in diagnosing me and prescribing two medications to work together to resolve my issue. I felt very well taken care of by the staff in admitting, the nurse who took me into the room for triage, and especially by Melissa the care provider. I will continue to frequent Park Urgent Care when I need medical attention.

Doctors are very polite and respectful. The nurses always did there Job and got everyone in right away. My favorite thing about this urgent care was the fact that I didnt have to wait.

We dont need any more pregnant people around here. Actually, Im pregnant. Didnt know how to tell you guys. Im 3 months (Sarcastic tone). This guy got me pregnant. Knocked the birth control right out of me. Thought his name was Mike. I guess it was Miguel.This is extremely unprofessional.. on top of it, I happen to be pregnant and took offense to this.The doctor, Melissa Hana, was so great and kind and helpful, but the front desk employees are extremely unprofessional, loud, and should not be talking this way, especially in front of patients.

I was mistreated and lied to about billing practices which I believe was only because I am of color. They charged me up front for my visit knowing that I was insured, but didnt do so for any of the white patrons. They treated another black woman the same way. The staff is rude and seemingly racist and made very inappropriate comments about my personal life and reason for visit and the nurse who took my blood pressure smacked on her gum in my face and smelled VERY strongly of garlic with no regard. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning.

Park urgent care is the only place i will go for my family, as soon as u walk in you feel like your the only one there , they are fast very friendly and really care about you and your health. This place is awesome!!! The whole staff is verry caring!!

Took my daughter there to be evaluated for strep throat. The doctor would not even look at me, let alone listen to her complaints. They barely looked at her. They did a culture but didnt even wait the appropriate amount of time (5 min) to read the results before dismissing us. Will never go back again.

The professionalism of this place is very daunting. I went to this urgent care on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in the morning. The receptionist appeared to be friendly, but the nurse was horrible. She was aggressive, rude and outrageously unprofessional. She violated HIPPA by obtaining my medical information with the door cracked open. Also, it was very awkward to stand the entire time while she was in the room and when I asked her did she want me to sit, her response was I don’t care what you do. She took my blood pressure standing up. As a person that was seeking help because of a medical condition, I would expect that the people that are there to care for you would be caring. This was not the case. The doctor was okay, short and to the point but he also provided my test results with the door cracked open. Again...HIPPA violation. As a patient I am entitled to privacy and my information should not be accessible for others to hear or know. I will NEVER go back to this urgent care as they are not respectful of their patients.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The doctor has no clue what he’s talking about. I come in with a sore throat, cough, and terrible headache and he diagnosis me with a common cold. Mind you all he did is check my ears and tapped my throat and said oh it’s a cold! I leave with a prescription for claratin and Motrin (which I already had at home) I wasted 3 hours of my day to be misdiagnosed for the second time, I went a time before for the same symptoms. Me being dumb, went back for some reason. So today I went to the Taylor urgent care and was diagnosed with strep and the doctor there is more through and seems more concerned.

Well to say the least ive been to so many urgent cares and never ever received the hospitality that Park Urgent cares staff provided for me and my children. We went in there for my son and daughter having the flu, the nurses were amazing, the doctor was so nice and my kids werent scared of a doctor for once, and the pharmacy staff was amazing as soon as we walked out of the doctors office we waited about 5 minutes our medication was ready. The pharmacy staff explained how to give my kids the medication and anything else that I should be aware of. Honestly best clinic ive ever been to.

This place has gone downhill it used to be a good urgent care now they just push u out and bill ur insurance or pocket the copay I have pneumonia and when I went in there when I first got sick they told me upper respiratory infection which is what they tell me every single time I go in there I’ll never go here again seems like insurance scam!

Park Urgent Care literally saved my life. Dr. Fattah saw me when I came in thinking I had an upper respiratory problem. In just a few minutes Dr. Fattah said I need to go to ER immediately. I was having a heart attack. I had 2 major blockages and ended having a triple bypass. Thank you for your life saving diagnosis Dr. Fattah.

They close early beware ! ! ! I drove far to get here to be told the doctor is not taking any more patients. Didnt even have the nerve to lock the door. He we are open but We cant see you ? Who does that ? It is 8:30. I could see if it was later. Sick as ever. Thanks Doc.

Deffinately was not satisfied with my visit today. I have a major body cold and have been stuck in bed for two day from how bad my muscles hurt. I am also hacking up green flym & my nose has a constant run. So I go in today and they prescribe me a nasal spray for my congestion which isnt going to help out the green flym i am hacking up. Then for my body ach & fever they prescribe me a couch syrup that cost $45 that i could not afford to get. You would think they would give me something that my insurance can cover. So yea i pretty much wasted my time. And now i am at a different urgent care waiting to be seen.

Will not be going there again. I felt like I was rushed out of there and my problem was not solved. The medicine the doctor prescribed me did not help and when I asked if I can get something besides pill form he was VERY rude and told me I need to learn how to take pills. I would give them 0 stars if there was that choice!

Been there 3 times since 12/26/16 and was billed a $60 co pay each time which you have to pay before seeing the doctor. Turns out I should of been paying a $30 co pay, but they bill BCBS for seeing a specialist, which has a higher out of pocket co pay, so Im sure its a higher bill for BCBS as well. My visit 12/26/17 was diagnosed to my face as a cold go home and rest, but they billed BCBS for the flu, I had to see a specialist they told BCBS. No scripts were prescribed either. They do not like to write scripts, they want you to use their in house pharmacy which is usually more $. Will not be going there anymore.

My not quite 2 year old son fell today and cut his nose open and the cut was deep enough it needed to be glued back together. Facility hours say 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and the doors were locked. My sons nose was bleeding pretty badly at that point and the woman working would not let us in because they take their last patient at 8:30. If thats the case, put 8:30 on the sign, not 9. Had we known the facility locked up early we would have went straight to the ER instead of wasting time at this location. It saddens me that they would turn a child away prior to closing. I completely understand they wanted to get out of there but if you stop seeing patients at 8:30, the posted hours should say you close at 8:30. Waited several hours at the ER and hes now taken care of. We will not be returning to this location.

Nurse Rola Harb was such a breath of fresh air. She shows pride and excellent in her job. For her Ill always revisited this clinic. Ive been to many doctors and there are few and not many far between that make you feel welcome about your self when youre sick. Thank you so much nurse Rola

Something is not urgent at all about their Urgent care...hours of waiting...really ridiculous. The place wasnt that full even. They apparently juat have no respect for their clients. If you plan on going there pack a dinner and bring some books your in it for the long hall.

When they say a 30 minute wait and you ask them are you sure? And they respond in the affirmative, it then takes 2 hours to finally be seen. And your night is shot. And you just sat around with sick people all night. And your insurance doesnt cover it. Just do yourself a favor and wait a day and go to your primary cares office--itll be faster-- unless you are dying. Then go to an E.R. lolNice people all around though, and the doc got me the simple script I needed after about 2.5 hrs, so 2 stars

Long wait all to argue with clerk about a old bill that wasent paid when we know we paid it that day, then she went to the its part of your deductable scam, well guess what, we pay more and have no deductable! BUSTED SCAMING!! Stay away!

I could not get in to see my regular physican, and this office accommodated me the same day ! The doctor spent a great deal of time going over my medical history and asking me in depth about my problem. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving at the clinic.

I had started to have acute back pain, so I decided to goto Allen Park Urgent Care. Little did I know it was the worst choice I could have possibly chosen from.First off, this place is extremely filthy inside/waiting room. Finally saw the Dr. after over an HOUR wait. The Drs name was Dr Mohammed Yazbek. After examining me for a few minutes, he concluded my acute back pain were Pulled muscles.I received pain medication and was sent home with my pulled muscles.Well the next day, the pain was getting worse, even with the pain meds. My wife took me to an E.R where they diagnosed me with PNEUMONIA AND TWO COLLAPSED LUNGS!!Yes, you read that correctly, Dr Yazbek diagnosed two collapsed lungs and pneumonia as PULLED MUSCLESMy wife called back to let them know about the horrible mis-diagnosis, she spoke to Dr Yazbek and he just blew her off(Incoherent gibberish is how she described the conversation). She then spoke to the manager, who also blew her off!!Horrible Dr. Horrible place.If you value your loved ones, DO NOT take them here! Unless you want a life threatening condition to be misdiagnosed.

Told I had to pay $100 dollars for my copay for my insurance because it was late at night and then they would refund me my money back. It has now been over a month and I still have yet to receive the $95 dollars that they owe me.

Ive been bleeding for 15 days straight. I went in because I started to get dizziness and black spots in my vision. I spent 75 dollars for this doctor to look at my palms, did no other test and told me that I was fine and to go home. So, basically I shouldve went to a palm reader instead apparently.

Expect to never come out...we waited 3 hours
