This place is amazing! They have the greatest and quick service. The ladies are just so so nice and greet you and make you feel comfortable. It’s always nice coming here knowing you won’t be put into any difficulties and get helped quickly. I highly recommend! You will never be disappointed.

Brought my son in today for an earache and while they were in fact busy they were very efficient in bringing everyone back in a timely and organized way. The receptionist was sweet and was very concerned for us, the nurse was very nice and great with my son he loved her, I wish the doctor could be our primary care physician he is amazing. I will never stop referring this place to our friends and family. We were in and out in 15 minutes, wish I could give this place more than 5 stars

This place was absolutely amazing. I went in with a wound that was undeniably awful above my eye. The DR. Never blinked an eye while helping me I walked out with 5 stitches above my right eye and 2 years later I cant even see a scar and he promised me that. I will never go to a different urgent care. This one is top tier and will give you excellent quality. xoxo to the doctor who made sure I had no scar ♡ on my beautiful 23 year old self.

The staff is fantastic and makes you feel welcome. The Doctor is exceptional and very professional. This is an Urgent Care that is far better than any of the others I have ever been to. This is definitely my new go to center when Ill. He is even better than my own personal Doctor.

After being ignored at literally 4 other urgent cares trying to get my young daughter covid tested Acadian came to the rescue. The testing was quick and easy. Thank you for your help!

The worst clinic in the United States of America because it does not respect patients and does not appreciate their conditions, and the reception does not enter patients in order and there is no justice at all. If they know you, they will serve you as soon as possible or you have to wait.

Dr. Ali was exceptional today. I went in with such a bad back spasm, my chiropractor said there was nothing he could do for me, and I needed to seek medical attention. I could hardly walk, Dr. Ali gave me a shot in my back that had me up and walking within an hour. He also sent me home with a cream to help in the days to come. The whole time he was attentive to my pain and assured me he could make things better. I can say that I fully trust Dr. Ali to any of my future medical concerns.

Been there few times throughout the years most recently this Tuesday and every time without fail the old front desk receptionist lady with the glasses and gray hair is there and gives me and my family a hard time from the second she sees you she is quick to give us dirty looks and asks us questions in a very rude way. My family and me will not be returning anytime soon, we are upset because we really like the nurses and doctors there but if anyone is thinking about going call ahead and make sure an old lady doesn’t answer before going

The staff including the Dr. Were very nice and got me in quick, unfortunately the diagnosis was completely incorrect and I ended up in ER which treated me and told me urgent care should have handled this.I guess my case was a little tougher to handle.

I really like Dr. Eqdam Radhi. Hands down best urgent care physician I’ve ever been too. He’s knowledgeable and caring. I don’t normally have to wait too long to get in.However, the past two times I went to Acadian Urgent Care AP I have been seen by two different female nurse practitioners, they are okay but my insurance never covers the prescriptions they write.

I don’t know what I should rate this place. It used to be great but not anymore. The old lady at the front desk with white hair was VERY RUDE!! She doesn’t know how to speak properly to patients. You are working in healthcare and customer service you should treat all the patients that walk in politely and without an attitude, old lady. If you are having a bad day and feel like being a Karen find another job to suit your rudeness. I came today for a testing with two of my siblings and she kept on making rude comments about having parental agreement for a COVID test. I told her I didn’t know yet she proceeded talking about me and rolling her eyes and kept on making comments about my situation, don’t treat your customers in such way. The nurse was such a sweetheart though not the front desk clerk, actually both front desk clerks very rude. I work in healthcare but I don’t treat my patients in such rude way, always be nice no matter how bad your day is. Never coming back again!!!

Very bad costumer service, I have been asking them to email the results of the COVID test for the 2 days without success. Multiple calls and then they blocked my number. Definitely not a place that I recommend for health care services.

Surprised by some negative reviews on this urgent care i was here last week i have been here 2 times in the past month for COVID-19 testing and have been very pleased with the service. sadly i had to go in on the weekend because i was exposed to the virus and girls took me in without appointment and seated my instantly i was in and out of the building in less than ten minites. If you are like me and get scared of going to medical buildings this is the place for you, my sister and i were impressed with how clean and spotless it was. i will be coming here agin, acadian do you do the covid blood test though???????? what about the vaccine

I like this place and it’s right down the street from house in AP. Staff is nice and the doc is cool. One girl in the front is extremely stressed out by COVID but she’s ok. Understandable. All in all a solid little spot if you have to get in quick and can’t wait for your primary.

Fast and efficient. Very safe in regard to COVID-19 testing. We waited out in parking lot to be tested from our car. The rapid test is definitely rapid. The staff is efficient and caring as well.

Staff is great! Sadly, with work I always show up last minute and not one time has staff made me feel discouraged about keeping them open. They are very thorough. I did read a review about test results and I do know when I get lab work done they told me that it is sent out and that typical time waiting is indicative of the lab company. I never waited more than 48 hours. Covid a little longer because that seems more extensive.Staff is friendly, place is clean, everyone is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I never go anywhere else.

Trying to get in for two days. I swear, they are just picking up the phone and hanging up! You have to call to get in or even get an appointment, due to restrictions. Maybe an answering machine, or even a greeting, just to tell folks how to proceed. If you just need a minor visit, give em a shot. I cant trust em after the last two days, due to the fact that they dont have the whole reception thing hammered out. I did have an accepetable visit 2 months back.

Fantastic urgent care location! I went after work for a specific medical issue and it was discovered, and within a half hour or less I had a prescription sent out. The Doctor seemed concerned with my issue and the receptionist was pleasant. The building itself was clean as well as comfortable. This is my new go to for urgent care.

To start off , I went into Acadian Urgent Care with one of my family members to have a covid test done. The test was taking a long time they said they had two different labs and quest was behind. The antibody test came back next day but the swab was not back. I was not happy because we had plans and didnt know if my family member could join us. They called my brother to have him come back up to use a new lab. I did bring him up and the did a oral swab and said about 3-4 days. I went to Urgent care on fort and southfield after and they did a test in 20 min and told my brother was negative. So we enjoyed the weekend. That Tuesday he received a call that test was positive. We thought maybe this new lab Acadian used was not that good . Then we were called when quest lab test came back and was positive. They explained to me that rapid test can give false results, or maybe the swab done was not done properly. I told them I went to Get well in Lincoln Park , the manager said some good things about the Doctors there and said its not their fault as he mentioned could of been test or how or who performed it. He stated thats why they dont really use the rapid. I learned that sometimes you have to wait to get correct results. The doctors their and staff are amazing and seem to care about patients . The manager I think name Jim or John had nothing bad to say about other clinic , which shows me he cares about get practice.

I travel every week for work. I had just flown in and was felling terrible. This is one of the best Urgent Care centers that I’ve ever been to. The receptionist, nurse, and physician were great. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Good service. I experienced a very short wait with as good of an atmosphere as you could expect from an urgent care facility. Treatment was quick and effective.Had a billing issue and staff worked with me to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily. Very impressed on that side; however, be sure to pay the cash if you go in knowing you have a high-deductible insurance plan without coverage for this type of service.

I went here for the first time the other day and was treated with respect. After getting refused by a different urgent care this place helped me the most. You walk in and get seen right away with no wait. The doctor knows exactly what he is talking about and diagnosed me right away. They also have a pharmacy in there for convenience. The aide who saw me first before the doctor seemed very concerned for my well being. I will be back, this place is my new go to spot.

This place is amazing. In and out in under an hour! The doctors are very thorough and take them time to find out what is wrong. All of the staff members are super friendly and care. Very clean and nice facility. There is even a pharmacy on site. Highly recommend!

Extremely short wait. Front desk girl very kind. MA very helpful and kind. Dr came in right away. I was in and out within a half hour. Pharmacy was inside the building, made it much easier to get my antibiotic and be on my way to recovery. I will always go to this urgent care. I have never had an experience so good at an urgent care. I am very pleased.

I highly recommend this urgent care and I just dont recommend people or places easily .they even called to see how their patient was doing a couple days later ..i will be personally going there tomorrow. Have been wonderful both times we were there and were willing to stay after to help and took our info over the phone to get us in as soon as we got there. All the staff is kind and courteous and genuinely dedicated to helping you feel better and helping you anyway they can. Service is fast with almost no wait and all staff is wonderful. Definently the best urgent care Ive been at all the times Ive had to go.

The doctor does not give you your blood test results in a timely manner. I should have go e to the E R at Heritage Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan.

He was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to make sure I received quality treatment. He also gave me great advice on what treatment I should try in the future. Ive been here twice. First time I left a different urgent care because the wait was over an hour. Went to Acadian and got right in. Second trip I needed some stitches and an x ray. Everyone is very friendly with good sense of humor which keeps everyone relaxed. Ill always go back here when I need urgent care.

I go here all the time. There never a wait and your always in and out. They take Medicaid too which is great. The staff is nice and they take care of what ever you tell them is wrong.

Went to Acadian Urgent Care on Champaign in Allen Park. I was seen immediately by Dr Radhi. I am now 100% better. I have used them before and there is never a long wait and everyone is kind and considerate.

Just got home from here for me and my daughter and I love this place its clean friendly staff and professionalism of the doctors it top notch!!!

My mother in law swears by these doctors nurses and pharmacy. She says everyone there are helpful, kind, caring, clean, interested in what you have to say. She says the doctors have told her what is goin on with her health and what to do to take care of it. I would like to thank everyone for making her comfortable and really takung the TIME to listen to her Stephanie Woods really swears by this place and has told me and my children to come there.

Did not wait long to see a doctor, who was very nice, and there is a pharmacy right in the office so was super convenient. Will continue to use this location anytime the need arises, the staff and convenience were both on point.

I visited the place for my right shoulder pain, and what I found amazed me, the place was nice and clean, the staff were welcoming, understanding and professional, the service was really convincing, their x-ray was piece of art, I recommend the place for the friends and the family to consider.

Charged my daughter $218.92 to look down her throat...no labs...nothing. Insurance didnt even cover half. She had a minor flu and couldnt go back to work until she saw a doctor. The Only thing they did for her was write a note stating she did not have hepatitis...not even a blood test.

I was here a couple months ago and the wait time was minimal, the staff were all friendly and kind. The doctor did excellent work in diagnosing my issue, and the staff even relived my fears when I had follow up questions 10/10 would go back.

Go ANYWHERE else!!! I went here last weekend. The wait to get in was minimum which was great, people were friendly enough, but that is where the positives end. The nurse took my blood pressure on my elbow, she had no idea how to use let alone take an xray. I walked her through the xray and had to ask for the vest to cover myself. This took maybe 25 minutes. We left the door open and listened as the doctor said he had no idea if the xrays were normal or abnormal, which again is fine. He was an MD not a radiologist. However, they let us sit there and wait for another hour before coming in and telling us they had no idea and he is sending it out to get looked at. The next day I had to call them at 3pm to get my results and the man was so rude. I wouldnt go back here if I was paid to.

Went here to have a cyst removed. Got there at 3:00, was done and out the door in under an hour. Dr. And an assistant worked together. He numbed the area and verified that I couldnt feel; I looked away the whole time so I cant say what all he did, but the assistant told me when I asked: Cut, drain, remove cyst with forceps, clean, put in one stich, bandage and done. Paid $150 cash at the counter on my way out. He asked me where I wanted my scripts sent, told me I was getting an antibiotic (was filled with puss and inflamed, so infected), and Ibuprofin 800. Picked those up on my way home for about $77 at CVS (mostly the antibiotic). Was all very fast, convenient, and comfortable.
