I went for my first visit, Mid October. The entire process was smooth. From setting up my initial new patient consult to walking into the office. The staff was professional and walked me through all the steps of the appointment. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Amanda Law is very informed on my particular health concern. Yesterday with a couple of tests she diagnosed my problem and prescribed the drugs and a couple of shots including a flu shot that will get me back onto the road to good health. Very appreciative of her expertise.

The staff is always welcoming and polite. Kelly checked my vitals and listened to the issues I had with my CPAP mask. She came back with a new mask and helped me fit it. The new mask doesnt irritate me like the original one did. Amanda is attentive and have me other options, should the new mask not work out. Overall, all my visits have been excellent. I will recommend this practice to ask my friends!

It feels good to have a specialist on the case. Dr Kellar seems confident that he can fix my issues that have been ongoing for 5 months. Family Practice can (understandably) only get you so far and I now feel that a cure is coming in short order.

Amanda is great with her patients! She listens to your concerns and helps you figure out ways to get better... and she does it all without ever making you feel like youre impeding on her time.Some doctors and nurses can sometimes give you a brush off when you ask questions. She does not do this.She truly listens and cares about her patients!

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient during my visit today. From the initial appointment call ..Lisa was so awesome, and accommodating. Dr. Kellar spoke to me in great length and had someone else taking information in computer. Unlike so many doctors today he examined me, explained, detailed a plan and looked at me face to face rather than at his computer the entire visit. That impressed me and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Ms. Law, was very helpful and listened to what I had to say regarding my treatment. I felt much better shortly after seeing her.The whole office was very helpful.

A little over a year ago I started having problems with my asthma Ive never had before. I was referred to NW Pulmonary by my doctor. The doctors were great listening to my concerns. After numerous attempts with different medications and regimens, we finally came up with the right combination and Ive been doing better now for the last 2 months. They understood my problems and we worked as a team to find me relief.

They have helped me navigate through my transition with new insurance too, which is much appreciated. Whenever I have appointments with Ms. Law, she is very thorough and answers all my questions.

Wow! Dr. Kellar was an amazing experience! First appointment for me, I have to say I was extremely satisfied. He actually sat and talked for a good half hour to 40 minutes trying to gather more information about my previous treatments! All of my testing was done right in their building I did not have to travel to any other location to have testing. Although the results of my testing aren’t what I wanted them to be, he has a very reasonable plan for my future treatment. I’m glad I chose to go there, I didn’t leave there thinking I was in limbo as I have felt leaving other doctor’s offices. Excellent staff everyone has a job and they all know what they’re doing!

Doctor was very thorough asking questions about recent health issues that may have caused problem. Only short term medications prescribed.

First time here and I had a great experience. The front desk staff and back office staff are great. They are very friendly, provided good customer service and Dr. Keller answered my questions thoroughly. He also went over the treatment in detail. I would recommend them! They are following CDC guidelines for Covid-19.

I had no trouble getting an appointment at Northwest Pulmonary & Sleep. The staff made check-in so easy and there was virtually “no wait” time. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were all very nice to work with. Dr. Kellar saw me right away and got me on the path to “getting well” with the correct action plan and treatment plan. He is a very knowledgeable doctor at treating people with difficulty breathing. I would recommend him to anyone with breathing and sleeping issues. I give Dr. Kellar and his staff 5 stars!

Most of other doctors were very busy and you can feel the rush. Being a New patient to this new facility, the experience was quick & painless. I was in need of a new pulmonologist after my previous one decided to up & leave my medical group.After a little bit of research for a new local specialist, I was able to find this location & began the process of setting up an appointment with them. After some insurance information exchange & speaking with a schedule planner, I was able to set my appointment within my needed timeframe.Finally on the day of my appointment, safety & cleanliness was still paramount due to the current pandemic, which allowed me to feel at ease. All equipment was wiped down after use.The staff was very kind & courteous, providing me the needed documents I required for my occupation as well as providing me with information for alternative cpap masks types that I was not familiar with should I wish to choose something more comfortable.And Finally I was able to speak with the specialist. Discuss my experience with my Cpap machine, any needed adjustment to the equipment & any problems if any. All in all, a quick/painless experience as stated.

Other than the wait period in our car and the entrance due to Covid cautiousness, the visit went well. Bill received all his testing and both he and I, Carol, his wife were able to see and speak with Dr. Kellar. Hes always so thorough and interested in us. He has a very pleasing personality and manner. Great guy.

My husband just had his first appointment with Dr. Keller. He came home with nothing but praise for him! My husband said that he liked Dr. Keller right from the start, he’s very down to earth, easygoing, didn’t rush through the appointment & has a great sense of humor! Dr. Keller is unable to help my husband’s breathing issue & surprisingly didn’t do any unnecessary tests on him. He instead referred him to an excellent Dr. who will be able to help him! Very smooth check in (during current pandemic). All staff were very thoughtful and considerate. Dr. Kellar’s “bedside manner” is impeccable. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us.

Very professional and nice group. Appointment was scheduled at 8 am and they were right on time. Doctor let me fully explain my sleep problems and clearly indicated what the next steps would be in determining my sleep issues and the possible treatment options.

Staff and nurses responds to left messages very quickly. They get you in quickly to see the doctor if its urgent. Friendly staff and helpful. Accurate diagnoses. Nursing staff is fantastic and very nice too. Dr. Dennis Keller is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions and gets me to feel better. Sleep staff people are nice too.

Dr Kellar is outstanding. Techs and nurses are great. BUT—-COVID protocols are a pain made worse by slow communications with staff upon arrival. Arrival patients have to go through same office phone system as used for daily business. Why? “Smart phone “ can’t communicate speedily with the arrival system. Why?Get a door bell. It will be answered more swiftly.

It was so gratifying, and Im so grateful, that Dr. Kellar agreed with my view that it was ridiculous for Dr. Wool to ask for yet more tests to prove my readiness for anesthesia during surgery,when as I said to Dr. Kellar, Ive been put out with anesthesia four times in the last 2 years, two of those within the last couple of months, with no problems.

Not happy with the staff, they do not return calls, website appointment does not work. In the office for an hour & half and told to come back because they did not have my supplies.

I liked Dr. Kellar but I waited a long time (over an hour) to get to see him.In all fairness, I did need to be tested first but I waited 25 min. from my appt. time to even get in to take the test. Then waited another 20 min. in a room before seeing the Dr.
