Slow to fill prescriptions, prescriptions not ready when youre told theyre going to be ready, slow drive-thru, same line handles prescription pickups/drop-offs and COVID tests so you can spend up to 30 minutes waiting in line when there were only two cars ahead of you. Takes the staff several minutes to acknowledge your presence even if there were cars in front of you that they just served. Issues are never addressed. Go somewhere else if you can.

I have had the absolute BEST experience with their pharmacy. Highly recommend this location at Algonquin and Square Barn Rd.

Connor in the Walgreens pharmacy was absolutely fantastic. They were out of a certain medication and he called 4 to 5 different locations to Find me a location that had it, all while dealing with a very busy drive-through.

Love this Walgreens. It is definitely not the closest to my home but we go out of our way to utilize your services. From prescriptions to every day items they bend over backwards to assist us in obtaining what we need. And always with a cheerful attitude and a smile. Thank you!!

Great Customer Service. Had an issue with Western Union order and Doug Machaski was very helpful. He was on the phone with Wester Union for almost an hour and resolve the issue. Great Service..

Always say it’s 30min to get your meds filled but it never is can’t even get it the same day most of the time

I frequently visit this walgreens after work and am extremely disappointed that each visit I notice the same employee (I saw her name badge, her name is Amy) not wearing a mask when on the sales floor. This has been noticed several trips in a row- not just once. As a pharmacy that is administering COVID19 vaccines- it is upsetting that you aren’t holding your employees up to the guidelines set fourth by the CDC.

Horrible customer service. Never stop here in the morning because they have one old lady working who doesn’t even know how to use the cashier!! She took forever.

This Walgreens location is the best pharmacy! They always go out of their way to make sure my prescription is filled on time as I have a med they have to order as they dont always have it in stock. They are professional as well as having a smile with their service. During the early part of the pandemic we didnt want to come into the store so they would hold some necessities and let us pick them up at the drive through. They are not the closest Walgreens, but are my go to.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is just a JOY! Everyone that works in here is very happy to help me, they are efficient and they know what they are doing. They NEVER miss a beat. My husband and I are glad to do business with this Pharmacy. The pharmacists are very helpful and go out of their way to make it a JOY to use their Pharmacy. This means the world to us knowing that we can count on these special people knowing how sick my husband is. Knowing my orders are filled properly and efficiently. Thank to everyone who works in this Pharmacy, all of you have made it a JOY to come there.

Pathetic slow Pharamacy. Only 1 line for both drop off and pick up. So you wait 30 minutes for Rx to get filled. Then when it’s ready, you have to go to the back of the line and wait 1+ hr for your turn to pay for it. All the while 4 people are trying to work on 1 order and only 1 order at a time, before they can handle the next drop Rx drop of from the next person Iine. What a circus act!
