I am not good with needles or blood but the lady was extremely nice and calm and patient. I almost passed out and she gave me water and fanned me. Had to return the next day. No appointment needed. Good experience with a stressful situation.

Always very friendly staff! They are very busy and sometimes we all need to be a little patient. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes rather they are on the phone or with another patient. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Entrance signage was unclear until you turned into the complex but staff was great and place was nice.

The phlebotomist that works here is the best, most professional stick I have ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick service.

Rude staff. Acted as if they were doing me a favor. Three staff stared at me when I entered the building but did not say anything to me at all. The receptionist took an approx. 5 min. phone call and made me wait. I was supposed to be helped 1st as I arrived before the phone rang! The corporate office should have an office retreat to train the staff of Alexandria La (Jackson Street). I’m a military veteran and I don’t plan to seek services from this company anywhere in the country!
