Run !!! don’t walk ! run away ! The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ashley talked on top of me, pretty much called me a liar, and refused to listen to me at all. I tried it explain my concerns and she had no interest in what I was saying. I guess she doesn’t like being wrong. When I complained about not wanting a “red” walker. I was told that is what they have, so that is what I would get. No trying to get me something else, just didn’t care. I will do without one before I spend 1penny with this company!

I’ve been waiting all day here at home, putting off errands etc, as I was told the Apria folks would be by btwn 1115a-315p to swap out my defective machine. So I call and ask when they’ll be by and was now told btwn 4-8p this evening. Thanks for the no notice, Apria. Now there’s another four hours I need to stay home, waiting. They’re usually pretty helpful but this gives them a definite mark in the negative column. Yes, it would be nice if they had some competition for Kaiser’s business.—UPDATE—okay, so they redeemed themselves. Rather, the lovely gentleman who arrived short of 5p to make the equipment exchange. He was kind and knowledgeable and exchange completed quickly. Rest of the customer service has still been lacking. Oh, well.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. Horrible company. Kaiser needs to re-evaluate their contract with them. Was supposed to have oxygen delivered. Order was placed at 1:30pm and as URGENT. They NEVER showed. Called and spoke to two different representatives after being on hold FOREVER and both times they said driver is on the way and that we were the next delivery. BS. Horrible company to work with. I can’t even believe the disregard. So frustrating.

I give no stars,one of the worst companies of all times. No customer service, very unorganized and defiantly long response times. Had to fax documents to them 4 times and they still said they had not received the information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>>>>

Totally agree this is the worst health care company. Now giving me a duplicate charge that i can see on the website with confirmation number. The representative telling me they cant see the charge. Now having to dispute the charge with the credit card company. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Will not give any stars! Only giving one because the post will not post without it. I have been calling the company for four days straight leaving messages with no call back when the answering machine says they return calls within Two hours. I have been chasing my wifes medication to over three weeks to find out that Apria is not contracted with my insurance. Instead of calling me to let me know, they simply said nothing. When i called the customer rep and nothing in her files and had to chase this down. Once i took over and called my physician, i had it done and the medication within 2 hours. As an owner of a healthcare practice, i am disgusted with this level of care and service.

Extremely disorganized & clearly there is no management/guidance/direction at this location; expect to receive different answers to the same questions and that is if you are able to get thru to someone who actually can answer any questions related to DME or orders in process - shame because Apria generally is a good company but this office needs to be reviewed by corporate

I have been calling and calling to get an epap machine. There records are all messed up. I never receive follow-up phone calls. My doctors office has called with no help. They sent me supplies for the epap machine and charging hundreds of dollars for them. Items that I cannot use without the epap machine. If you have to get medical supplies do not use Apria Healthcare.

This office messed up my order so badly, took forever to send my devices, never calls back. It is sad this is Kaiser’s only option for the DMV.
