Patient loosing Patience... While the doctor is excellent and this would be my 2nd time seeking care, I cant get the scheduler to set a date for my procedure. Ive left 3 voice messages, called at different times, no one follows up and its been a month already... what a disappointment!!

I felt disappointed, and uncomfortable after seen the doctor today. I felt no understanding or compassion. After I told him my mother had Covid two months ago, but that had recently tested negative. He changed his approach towards us, he started opening windows and doors and told me that my mom could still be spreading the virus. My mom has seen about 6 different doctors in the last 2-3 weeks and no one has treated us differently. My mother was required to test negative before attending all her recent appointments. Which we did comply with having her get tested. If doctors offices are going to feel this uncomfortable with people who have had Covid, and do not want to see them, they should ask before the patient comes in, this way no one feels hurt or uncomfortable.

One of the best doctors around who wouldnt rush and listen to everything one has to say regarding his/her medical issues/condition. I have been seeing him since 2014 and will continue to see him for my digestive related issues as long as I am residing in DMV area.
