Dr. Keats is a wonderful dentist and if I were just reviewing her, this would definitely be a 5 star rating. The office staff is very nice as well but seems to struggle with simple things like having consistent phone service, phone manners, and voice mail. Sometimes Ive called the office and heard annoying fax signals and other times the voice mail is impossible to understand and doesnt even state the business name. I thought I had the wrong number because the voice mail didnt sound like a business voice mail at all! And when I bring these facts to the office staffs attention, Ive received dismissive and short responses, and the problems never get fixed.

At every appointment, I am greeted with a warm, friendly reception upon my arrival. My appointments are always on time; I never have to wait in the reception area. Dr. Keat and her staff are professional and do a thorough job of my semi-annual dental cleanings. And toothpaste flavor options like chocolate and cookie dough are fun and whimsical!

Great visit, really nice ladies at Totally Dental. I usually dont like to visit the dentist, but in this case I look forward to going back. I was treated so very well with great attention to my needs. I highly recommend Totally Dental.

I go to Dr Keats for all my dental care. That also includes braces to correct some issues that resulted from not using my retainer as an adult. The practice is a professional and friendly place I would gladly recommend to my friends.

My experiences with Totally Dental have always been positive. The entire staff is very nice and accomodating. Dr. Keats is a true professional and listens to my concerns/wants. She provides postive feedback and recommendations on how to address them. I received a teeth whitening procedure a year and half ago. My teeth still look like they were just done. I am a bit of chickent at the dentist, but they take good care of me! It is always a pleasure to work with Dr. Keats and her team.

Dr Keat used to be our dentist and we were always very happy with her. Then we moved back to California and had to switch dentists. However, my son has had a lot of anxiety with dentists and we couldnt get his two cavities fixed. On a layover in DC I gave it another try with Dr Keat. Her office is very friendly starting with the receptionist and her dental assistant. Dr Keat was very patient and listened to my sons worries and managed to get his teeth fixed. While only one cavity could be done that day she squeezed us in the next day before our flight to get the second one done! She and her assistant Cecilia, who is also extremely pleasant to work with and helped calm my son down, took a huge burden off our shoulders. Thank you!! We very much appreciate your help!
