I have been using this dentist for 3-4 years. The dentists have always been decent. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that I was cancelled just because I didnt confirm the appointment. I was, then, told that I couldnt get a reschedule date until May 2022 due to how booked up they are. Thats ridiculous that a paying customer that has never missed an appointment before gets cancelled and has to wait another half of a year to get an appointment. Ill be finding a new dental office that cares about loyal customers.

I never leave reviews or care to leave them but I went with my girlfriend to her appointment and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous, honest and funny the entire staff was! They genuinely care about you. Very rare to find. I will most definitely tell people about this place! Good job guys!

Dr. Bear and her staff treat their patients with such care, and always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I know that it sounds crazy but I love going to THIS Dentistry. Everyone there is excited and happy. Each person spends quality time with you even if it means slowing down to explain the process or procedure. I have received numerous advance notices leading up to my appointments and was greeted by name once I arrived. Thats was true exceptional service feels like and is suppose to be about. Although I am numb when I leave and know that I am about to invest a lot of money with these people; I WANT to with these people. Thanks to all of the staff at Bears Family Dentistry

Terrific service and care. Came in unscheduled with a toothache. They kindly fit me in their schedule in a more than reasonable timeframe. I was examined and advised that due to complications associated with my problem I must return a few days later after a regimen of antibiotics. The Doctor was very attentive and responsive to my concerns and made sure I was provided adequate medication to manage my condition until my tooth could be safely extracted. When the actual extraction occurred, I could not have had a better experience. After I was prepared for the procedure, the Doctor and her assistant began in a very relaxing environment. They were very calm and proceeded in a manner that promoted confidence. Before I knew it the procedure was painlessly completed. The aftercare was outstanding and they even called me the next day to check on me. Just over 24 hours after my extraction, I am doing exceptionally well. Many thanks to Doctor Bear and her very professional staff.

Absolutely positively the friendliest dental group ever! Professional yet down to earth, very detailed on what they need to do and costs associated with the treatment. They listen to your concerns and take that all into account. I love them and will use them always!

I was a patient at this dental practice for almost 20 years before it began the transition from Dr. Benjamin (retired) to Dr. Bear. Dr. Bear, her associates, and staff have been great, and she has made major upgrades to the equipment and interior of the facility. A nice job transitioning from a retiring practice to a new practice. I remain a satisfied patient. Wouldnt think of changing to another dentist !!!

If you have a fear of going to the dentist you dont have to when you go see Dr. Bear and her staff. They all make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Dr. Bear to anyone looking for a dentist that has care and compassion for her patients.

Dr. Bear is a great dentist with an awesome staff. She and the staff listened to my issues and concerns then gave me options to need my needs. It was helpful that I knew the cost of the procedure before instead of after.

Yesterday was Karson’s very first dentist appointment. The service from the time we stepped through the door until we exited was absolutely amazing. The dental assistant made Karson feel so comfortable and Dr Bear was so down to earth truly felt like a family vibe in the office...the assistant even went the extra mile with printing out xrays and help with the referral...all and all Karson hasn’t stop talking about his dentist visit and reminds me that he needs to brush his teeth at night lol
