THIS PLACE IS JUST HORRIBLE!!! IF ONLY I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!! THE DENTIST ACTS LIKE SHE IS THE ONLY DENTIST IN THE WORLD.SHE SENDS ME BILL CLOSE TO$200 AFTER RUSHING ME TO MAKE DECISIONS AND WHEN I CALL THE FRONT DESK LADY SHE SAYS IT’S FOR “THE DENTIST’S TIME”ARE YOU KIDDING ME NOW?????? WHAT TIME????SHE WAS LIKE OH I’M SORRY BUT I DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME!!!!!!IT WAS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT MY TEMPORARY TOOTH BROKE BUT THE DENTIST DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT FOR FINDING WAYS TO CHARGE ME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT HER PATIENT AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS INTACT, SHE WAS ROLLING HER EYES AND RUSHING ME TO MAKE BIG DECISIONS.THEY ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY CHARGE FOR AN XRAY AFTER SOMETHING UNFORTUNATE LIKE THIS THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HAPPENS!!! WHILE THEY JUDGE YOU!!!!!GUESS WHAT NO OTHER PLACE DOES THIS!!!!WHEN YOU CALL THE FRONT DESK ALL YOU WILL HEAR IS HOW BUSY SHE IS. I DON’T CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE!!!!! DON’T ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING IT!!!!! CLEARLY IT IS TOO MUCH FOR YOUR UNQUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO HANDLE !!!!! OR FIRE THEM !!!!! MAYBE YOU SOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE POLITE ON THE PHONE. INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING HOW BUSY THEY ARE. JUST WOWWWWIT’S JUST A CHEAP BUSINESS THAT IS KINDA LOOKING SKETCHY ALSO!!!!!!!!THE CERTIFICATES ON THE WALLS FOR HYGIENIST AND XRAY ARE ALSO OUTDATED. I’M SURE THEY WILL PRINT NEW ONES AFTER READING THIS.NOT TO MENTION THE DENTIST OFFICE IS VERY DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AFTER SEEING THE NICE OFFICES, BETTER DENTISTS AND COMPARED THE PRICES AND QUALITY I WAS SOOOOO STUPID TO GO HERE. I WAS LITERALLY RIPPED OFF!!!!!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ALEXANDRIA ADVANCED DENTISTRY!!!!!!!!THERE ARE BETTER, CLEANER, AND MORE PROFESSIONAL DENTIST OFFICES IN THE DMV.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET QUOTES FROM OTHER PLACES BEFORE TRUSTING THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!!ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRETS IN LIFE IS GOING TO THIS DENTISTRY!!!!!!DON’T BE LIKE ME!!!!!! YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS NASTY PLACE.

I have been seeing Dr. B and staff for over 7 years now. I am picky about my dental services and super sensitive when it comes to mouth, teeth and gum care. This Dr. and office staff have wonderful with communication, patient service and also provide progressive options when need be. I have recommended many friends and coworkers to this Dr and they all come back saying amazing things about their experience. It’s a joy to go to this dentist!

Review by Mark Scheland: Under the care of Dr. Beyene I used Invisilign aligners during 2017 and 2018 to correct crowding of my front, bottom teeth that, due to their positions, were causing chipping of the upper teeth. The process was successful and with the addition of a wire behind my six bottom teeth now I have no concern of the teeth migrating and misalignment recurring. Dr. Beyene and her dental and office staff are very communicative, professional, and caring. I highly recommend this practice for adult and child patients.

I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Beyene and the team are so gentle and caring, I’m no longer as terrified 😄. Dr. Beyene is not only talented and extremely knowledgeable she truly cares about the comfort and well-being of her patients which comes through in the treatment. Her team are equally as dedIcated and skilled! Our whole family comes here and I recommend them anytime someone mentions needing a dentist!

Super nice, very professional. Went with an emergency sore tooth--they got me in to see an endodontist immediately for emergency root canal--no waiting! They were great. Found Dr Beyene by word of mouth referral--so glad I found her!
