Went to the ER 3 times in one month with no answers to my neck pain. Came here and within 24 hours felt relief! Everyone should see a chiropractor if possible. With insurance I only pay $15 a visit. So thankful I found this place.

Dr. Bodnar is the best. He’s caring and compassionate. Works with you on ergonomics of your work space, will suggest helpful ideas on other minor injuries. Most importantly, he has helped my neck and spine so that I live more comfortably. I go to see him regularly. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Ive been seeing Dr. Bodnar for years and have recommended him to a number of friends and family. He has helped me through several injuries, always addresses my concerns, and has good suggestions about how I can improve my ergonomics in my daily life. The front desk personnel are always pleasant and they accept several forms of insurance. If youre having any kind of back or neck pain this is the place to go!

I’ve been to several Chiropractors but specifically Dr. Yi is different. The first visit I explained where the pain was and the causes than X-rays. The next visit she explained what she was going to do to alleviate my pain. On the table I went 20 minutes later I felt like a new man. So much pain gone and I could actually move without any tension or pain in my neck and lower back. Highly recommended. The location has plenty of parking and is not over crowded, staff is phenomenal. I’m glad I have Dr. Yi as my chiropractor, again highly recommended.

When I moved to Alexandria in 2018, I chose to work with Dr. Bodnar after reading his impressive credentials. On my first visit, Dr. Bodnar took x-rays. At that time, I showed him my DEXA report because of my concern that I have osteoporosis in my spine and said I was confused when my endocrinologist advised me not to see a chiropractor. Dr. Bodnar respectfully explained that even well-educated people have the misconception that chiropractors crack bones.Dr. Bodnar relieves my neck and shoulder pain with adjustments/manipulations and the exercise he showed me to do at home helps my adjustments go smoother. His fees are reasonable and his office managers are always helpful. They promptly return my calls and give accurate insurance information.I have been getting regular treatments from Dr. Bodnar for the past eleven months. I trust him and enjoy pain relief without medications.

So I call Bodnar Chiropractic because I need an adjustment. They put me off for the day and schedule me the next day. However they dont tell you till you are at expensive intake that you cant get adjustment till your next appointment. Awful experience . They dont care about you. See someone else to get help

He found my fathers gallstone, which required a major operation, when his other doctors said he had a pulled muscle and didnt even offer to do one xray. Dr. Bodnar treats the entire person throughout lifes stages with up-to-date methods and compassion. He ensures the other professionals in the office treat all patients with the same degree of respect and detail, which makes paying the bill, scheduling appointments, and other clerical tasks as stress free as possible.

I met with Dr. Brown.The first session included x-rays and a treatment plan. I felt pain relief immediately after my first treatment! Dr. Brown has magic hands - I had no idea how much tension I was holding in my neck and back. Sometimes Id come with a headache and hed show me natural ways to get rid of it. My back pain is gone, and Ive learn some tricks on how to make sure it doesnt come back. Now, I pop in once every month or so to get an adjustment, or as needed. Couldnt be happier with the results!Also, I love Michaeleen, the massage therapist. She is amazing - best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. Really. Your muscles will thank you.Finally, the front desk staff are incredible. Very easy to work with - helping you navigate the chiropractic benefits you have through your insurance policy. Scheduling is easy too. Initially I called into schedule appointments, but now I email. I love the email reminders.In sum, Bodnar Chiropractic Center is the way a doctors office should run - talented doctors and staff with a client-centered approach and great personalities to boot! I highly recommend!The only drawback is the awkward parking lot. During peak times, it can get a bit hectic as space is tight.

Ive been going to a chiropractor for roughly 25 years due to a back injury I suffered in college. Dr. Bodnar is one of the best chiropractors Ive ever been to. I was having severe back issues about two years ago and was referred to Dr. Bodnar by a colleague from work who highly recommended the practice. When I began my treatment, my back was considered Phase 3 (with Phase 4 being the worst) and very close to being Phase 4 which would have meant surgery. We came up with an aggressive treatment plan and I would say within 6 months my back pain had been reduced by 80% and by the first year, 100% pain free. I have continued to see Dr. Bodnar for my monthly maintenance/tune-up visits but since completing the treatment program over a year ago, I have had not one relapse or episode of back pain.It is not an understatement to say that Dr. Bodnar literally saved my life and got me back (no pun intended) to doing everything (golf, running, skiing etc..) I use to do when I was in my 20s and 30s. It was a complete game changer for me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bodnar for a few months and what a fabulous break through with my balance. Two years ago I had a bicycle accident which resulted in a TBI head injury, whiplash, and walking imbalance. Dr. Bodnar, did various adjustments and then a specialized technique which slightly realigned the atlas and axis. Almost immediately I noticed the difference and the next day I was able to walk straight once again – something I have not been able to do since my bicycle accident two years ago! Also, I can now walk down ramps and downstairs without touching the railing, and my thinking is much clearer! My head injury resulted in brain/neck/neural kinked pathways, like a kinked hose. Now things are flowing – my thinking, walking and coordination. Dr. Bodnar’s chiropractic techniques significantly improved my balance -- and I am very very grateful!

My wife found Dr. Bodnar for me when I hurt my back lifting a few 5 gallon buckets of paint. I had been in bed for about 3 days on a Percocet holiday and my wife had enough and forced me to go. I had considered Chiropractors witch doctors or voodoo science, until I visited Dr. Bodnar. Dr. Bodnar is simply amazing. I knew I was in the right place when I saw pictures of Dr. Bodnar working on several Pittsburg Steelers. No kidding, this guy actually works on pro football players. Anyway, I felt a little better about his practice and at that point I was just desperate for some sort of pain relief. Dr. Bodnar took an X-Ray and found out my spine was pinching my sciatic nerve/cord. At least thats what I think he said???? Moments later he laid me on my side and did some sort of forceful push on my chest and hips and then told me to get up to see if I felt any better. When I got up I couldnt F---in believe it, the pain was gone! I could walk normally, and, the PAIN WAS GONE! This is a completely true story. This guy is a genius. I pull my back out at least once a year and the first place I go to when that happens is Bondar Chiropractic. If youre in pain, just do yourself a favor go see the guy. Hes a miracle worker.
