This company has online pay stubs that have no details about your hours, pay scale, or withholdings. If you have a question good luck on ever getting an answer. I asked for a paper pay stub and that was over a month ago I still have not received it. I would not recommend.

Doesnt even have the courtesy to give me a proper number. Called in to the office to get hold of Courtney to let her know I would be late to my shift, since callout procedure was never discussed gone over, and the lady who answered hung up on me. Have the courtesy to at least tell me if I have the wrong number or at least transfer me to who Im trying to reach.

Poor communication and a waste of time. Will not be doing business with them in the future, and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

I started work on December 7th and got fired on December 12th, all because my trainer cussed me out and I reported it. Gear recruiting came the next day to escort me out the building then proceeded to tell me she would find me another assignment and not 30 minutes after that they email me a separation notice

Worked for a company through Gear for about a month until I realized they were beating me out my check. If you’re looking for a job get hired on by the company not Gear! They act like I can’t even get pay stubs showing what’s coming out my check.

They never answer their phones, or call back if you leave a message.
