Lynda is amazing. She listens and adjusts if needed. Has amazing skills and pleasant attitude. Always cheerful and never too chatty. Receptionists are always friendly and take you back to relax while you wait. Place is always clean. So glad I bought membership.

I’ve been a member for about 3 months, and they’ve had to cancel or reschedule nearly every appointment I’ve made, and it’s usually the day before. I will be cancelling my membership as soon as possible.

I’ve always been terrible about fitting in time to take a little extra care of myself, and now I’m glad that I’ve finally done so! Rachael C. is such a professional and knowledgeable person and I always feel significantly better about my skin when I leave. Walking in, staff was very attentive, and very helpful with it being my first visit at Massage Envy in Alcoa. Was walked back to the “relax room” where I was given water, and a heated neck wrap. My massage therapist came and greeted me, and walked me back to the room. She realized she hadn’t changed the bed sheets from her previous guest, and had me stand in the hallway and wait for her to switch it out. I went into the room, and we consulted about what I was hoping for out of my experience/massage. I told her my problem areas, and that this was only my 2nd time EVER getting a massage, so I was new to them and wasn’t ready for a ton of pressure. She CLEARLY did not hear me out on that. I was in TONS of pain the entire massage, to the point of almost being in tears and just wanting to get up and leave. She talked to me the whole entire time, which when I think of massages, I think of quiet and relaxing. I had neither of those.I am not slamming Massage Envy over all, I just think that my specific therapist I had was NOT for me. Definitely am willing to come back, just making sure next time that I don’t have that certain massage therapist!

Wow, I never thought I’d be the kind of person who splurged on “luxuries” like massages and facials, but after one session I realized how much more of a necessity it was for me! My massages here have been fantastic, but it wasn’t until I received my (first-ever) facial with Rachael that I knew I had to make taking care of myself more of a priority. It was so easy for me to always push back “me time” until it never happened. Now I see Rachael every month and she makes me feel like a new person. My skin has never looked better (and I really mean that, I’ve suffered with acne since middle school) and I’m able leave my stress at the door. Thanks, massage envy!

Lemme just start off by saying, the place is so peaceful! It smells so good. Everything is very very CLEAN. I felt so incredible welcomed and showered with so much attention by everyone. Lilly at the front desk was so great and so helpful, I had no idea that there was a difference between a normal massage and a maternal massage. She went into details about everything. The lady that massaged me had the most angelic hands ever. She added so many pillows to my body, I felt like I was cuddling someone. She did such a wonderful job that I almost fell asleep! Her voice was so gentle. This place is Heaven. Def recommend anyone to go if they are trying to escape reality and just be in heaven.

I have been to other spas and this one is hands down the best so far! It has a friendly professional staff that cares. If your looking for a massage therapist Stephanie and Valerie are amazing!!! I highly recommend coming here.

I had received a gift card for a free massage for my birthday. Checking in seemed painless and prompt. They asked me what style of massage I wanted I said deep tissue. The massage therapist was a very nice lady but in no way gave me a deep tissue massage. I even requested she use more . She did not seem to change the pressure at all and I wasted an hour of my time getting a back rub which did nothing for my achy back :-(

I just had my first ever microderm with Rachael C and let me just say, it is a must do!! I have been seeing Rachael for my skincare services for a couple months now and she is always the best. I always have a relaxing experience and she is always professional. I always leave with my skin glowing. My skin always begs me to come back but when that time comes my next appointment is already booked! I really love makeup, but after my microderm experience, I feel I can throw on mascara and feel confident in the way I look.

Had a much needed massage with Starla yesterday and left on cloud 9. Im going to stop putting myself on the back burner and get my massages regularly again. Loved my massage and adore the staff at the Hamilton Crossing location.

All of the staff is fantastic and welcoming! The facilities are really clean and I get quality treatments every time that I go! I have experienced multiple massages from different therapists ranging in technique and pressure and have been very satisfied with every session!

Rachael Carter is amazing, and it’s obvious upon meeting her that she loves what she does. She has a great personality and truly cares about treating your skin correctly to look and feel it’s best. In the past several months, I have seen her twice for the 60 minute facials, and was there this past Sunday for the microderm infusion. I have always struggled with break outs, cystic acne and oily skin, and Rachael is working with me to provide the best products and treatments for me. My skin looks and feels the best it has in 5+ years! The staff is super nice, and I have had nothing but a great experience there. I’m on the membership plan and will continue to get treatments every month. Thank you, Rachael!

The service was great! I purchased a monthly plan after almost a year I finally decided to cancel my monthly plan. THEY STILL CHARGE ME EVERY MONTH! I have asked them several times to stop my account and have faxed the cancellation form 5 TIMES!!!! They claim the dont receive it and charge me again! The service is fine BUT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY PLAN!!!! IF YOU MOVE....YOU GOT TO MOVE MOUNTAINS TO GET THEM TO STOP CHARGING YOU!!!!!

Ive switched from my regular facials to getting microderm and chemical peels and I absolutely LOVE it!! Im finally really seeing a big difference in my skin and my acne marks are going away. All of the estheticians are great and really helpful with my questions. Everyone is super nice and professional!!

Worst massage experience. I expected top quality for the money I paid. The massage was rushed to the point that I could not relax, and I left with even more pain and tension in my shoulders than when I arrived to have it taken care of. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I have always said that I wished I could schedule a regular day, regular time, regular appointment … But that does not work for my lifestyle… Im last-minute and sometimes sporadic about when my appointments can be… The beauty of this location is I have found a multiple therapist that meets different needs in different ways ... sure… I have a couple therapists who are my favorites, and I try to get on their schedule but that doesnt always work- so, I have found that if I vocalize my concerns to any of them they find a way to address my needs… anxious for my next appointment ;)

I have been to this location before and had a fantastic experience with Chasity. However this time I had a different massage therapist and she was terrible. I purchased a 60minute full body massage and this therapist stopped at 50minutes. She was not very personable and she seemed to be in a big hurry while doing my massage which was annoying and a bit stressful. My dad has also had this massage therapist before and he had the exact same experience. Overall extremely disappointing and a waste of money! I wouldnt recommend this location right now. From my understanding the business owner and the manager are very sweet people... perhaps it might be time to re-evaluate some employees that could be bringing the business down.

They have amazing massage therapist and esthetician’s! Almost a year ago I had an injury and I has been struggling with muscle tension. The therapist took the time to listen to me and even suggested stretches and different massages to release the tension. I loved my first experience so much that I signed up for the membership and go weekly. Every week the therapiss ask how I am and continue to suggest different massage approaches. I would highly suggest using massage evny they have a passion for helping others.

I am giving this review from being a recent employee as an Esthetician and also just from seeing what they are about. I accepted a job here as an Esthetician and long story short I resigned. In my OPNION they only care about protocols they dont necessarily care about what they are putting on your skin. When I was in training the women I did a facial on said that the product started burning her face.. this was from HER own review she gave after I performed a facial using THEIR products. Thats when I knew I couldnt have a clean conscience giving facials using these products let alone trying to sell them. As far as the Massage Envy franchise in general in my OPNION its not a place to go to if you truly want that spa treatment. I am not sure how the massage therapist work however knowing how much of a corporate franchise it is I wouldnt be surprised if they followed book instructions verses being a actual therapist as well but thats my OPNION. In all I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone to go to especially for facials. Being an Esthetician to me means taking care of my guest individually not just throwing something on their face and following a robotic protocol. Take it from me and STAY AWAY.
