Went for an anniversary massage. First question from massage therapist was are you vaccinated? ...umm 8 mos Prego and no I havent taken the experimental vaccine. So they made us wear masks the whole time, during the massage.... Not very relaxing. Okay, whatever this is a rare time for us to get out for a special date, I just try to go with it. My Husbands lady did a wonderful job, mine proceeded to spout fear propaganda the whole massage. Really? I didnt pay for an hour of fear, I wanted to relax. Will not be going back and would not recommend a place that has such blatant discrimination. Ill get better about walking away at the beginning. I recommend going elsewhere unless you just like fear propaganda with your massage.Update: was called by the manager and assured this wouldnt happen again. They took measures to change the situation. I will give them another chance in the future and wish them the best.

Truly loved my massage experience at Head to Toe. Booking was amazingly easy and flexible. When I go there, reception was friendly and welcoming they made sure I felt safe with their covid policies.My deep tissue massage is definitely one of the best I have ever had so far. My Massage Therapist adjusted perfectly to my areas of tension and her method was outstanding varying from firm pressure to light pressure.Overall I felt a lot better than I ever had in a long time.I consider this to be a treat to myself and it was all worth it. I will return next week.

I booked online from their website and was pleased it worked out flawlessly. I arrived for my appointment and took care of things at their front desk. Noticed right away the place was nice and tidy. My therapist was very pleasant, asked about my preferences, then led me to the room which was setup very nicely, I felt at home.You can tell immediately this place hires professionals, as my therapist was methodical and great at explaining her techniques as she went through the massage. Actually I told her to explain the methods a little bit, as I was interested in understanding how I can improve my wellness. I felt fantastic after the massage, it was only an hour, but felt like she spent more time. I was very appreciative and left a generous tip. By far, this place has been the best I have been to this year.

Glad I found this spa browsing the internet and viewed their website and online booking service menu. I decided to give this massage spa a try. Not a fancy spa, but it was very clean, these days, its very important! My therapist was truly ad pro and amazing! We had light conversation, enjoyed her massage pointers. She gave great recommendations on what to do after my massage to keep in shape.I recommend and will be returning, main reason is I love a clean spa and the professional skills of my therapist!

I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years, but I don’t think she hit a single muscle in the entire hour I was in there. She rubbed my skin almost raw, and massaged the bones instead of muscle. I truly believe she has had little to no schooling in this field. Otherwise, they were nice, just wished I had gone anywhere else.

Due to my highly physical job, its been very stressful, considering the economic pressures we all have to deal with. This place is so great, I have been here many times, its here where I can at least feel better.I want deep tissue with harder pressure and I have to say my therapist is incredible at it. I walk out here feeling like I have a new body. I have to commend them here for keeping the spa spotless clean, considering whats happening now out there.I wholeheartedly recommend going here if youre looking for serious or relaxing massage from professionals.

Booked a massage with Alissa , Told her my problems..she suggested the Swedish massage. She was very good at finding sore and painful areas on my body that I ignore. This place is far for me but worth it. Book a massage with emily ! Im a professional dancer and a full-time personal trainer, so my muscles are sore and tight most of the time. Emily seriously gave me the best massage of my life! I asked for deep tissue and got exactly that, plus my body already felt better when I walked out. Definitely will be booking again.

When I visit maryville or alcoa ,this is my go to massage spa. Head to toe is always immaculate. clean.The staff is very friendly, like going to paradise for me. The massage is always catered to what I want that day. My back has always given me problems and after a visit to heat to toe Spa I feel I could take on the world. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD NO TROUBLE SELLING GIFT CARDS BUT CLOSED AND NEVER HAVE OPENED BACK UP TO HONOR THEM.

I had decided to try them one more time, terrible exp. Sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes, 2 employees were in lobby, not one word spoken to me. Didnt see therapist until 8 minutes past the hour of my scheduled massage time, then it ended at 3 minutes before the ending hour. Will not be back. Lobby is dirty and rough looking. Therapist had the sniffles and did so during the groom. Can hear the phone conversations over the walls. All in all, NOT worth it.
