Jack Raby is the best! Ever get a pair of glasses that didnt work out perfectly? Not here! They are so professional and know what they are doing! I think I have bought 6 or 7 pair of glasses from them (some readers) and have been so pleased with them all! I broke a frame last week, and even though they didnt have it in stock, I was able to pick up the replacement in 1 week! So kind, professional and friendly. Very nice staff. I used them because its a local business. I felt the prices was higher than I normally pay and the wait time was a lot longer than I am use to, almost 4 weeks.

Highly recommend! The staff was professional, courteous and so very helpful. The speed in which I received my safety glasses was amazing. I came in to see if I could possibly get safety glasses for a travel nurse assignment in Alaska. I only had 1 week to get my supplies together and they jumped right in to help me. They did their part to help me do my part.

What a great experience. These folks are professional, yet very friendly. They have a nice assortment of frames, reasonably priced, and my glasses were ready in five days. Danielle was great in understanding what I wanted and helping me choose. She was very patient and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend them, and will be a repeat customer.

Kelsey was so helpful! I bought my glasses through another business in town. The arm fell off one side before the 2 year mark. The other business said that I could get 30% off a new frame for $130. Kelsey at Jack Raby suggested two options for me while I waited for my new glasses: find a frame that my lenses could fit or for her to check to see if they had a spare part to use to fix it for free. She was able to repair them. They will be perfect as a spare when emergencies arise. It will only be a week before my new glasses come. Also, the whole staff was very friendly.

I took my glasses to Jack Raby to see if they could repair them. I did not buy the glasses from them but Kelsey was so sweet and said she would do her best to fix them. I am very thankful that she was able to repair them AND they did not charge me to do it. She said they just ask that the next time I consider using them for my next pair of glasses. This is one of the best places in the South for prescription eyewear!!Even though we moved to metro Atlanta 8 years ago, we still return to Jack Raby Optical to get our new prescriptions. A few months ago we purchased exams and glasses from another store for our 3 year old. She accidentally broke them and that store said they cant do anything about it. Suggested bring her in for a new exam, new prescription, and new frames. Sweet staff at Jack Raby Optical immediately gave us 2 free options to repair and also informed us that the frames we had comes with a 1 year manu. warranty. That other store has no honor left to our family.

They have a great selection of glasses and will order something if they don’t have it!! I wish I could remember the girls name who worked with me. Maybe Katy?? Not sure but she worked with me for an hour trying to find the right glasses for my face, complexion etc. I will never go any place else!!

Jack Raby Optical has gone above and beyond expectations for us on several occasions. The latest involved an accident that twisted my frames (Titanium, which I highly recommend) and damaged one of the lenses. Danielle was able to repair my mangled frames and replace the lens.
