I understand that due to the virus there are restrictions on how many people can be in an area at one time. I never would I have thought that a worker would suggest that I leave my 3 year old and 9 year old outside of the vision center unsupervised. I can trust my 9 year old to stay where I can see him but I couldnt just leave my 3 year old out there. So I sent my oldest son in to pick out and order his glasses while I waited outside. Then, when I got out my phone, I was told to leave, while my 11 year old was in there trying to pick out glasses. When it came time to pay, a different worker told me that it was fine for me to come in as long as I continued to hold my youngest in my arms. I asked why I wasnt told that before and she couldnt answer. I have been getting my glasses there for years and have never had a problem. They have always been super great and I have recommended them to anyone with kids who wear glasses. Im highly disappointed that anyone would suggest leaving a small child unsupervised. And now, unfortunately, I do not recommend going there if you have children.

I went in 1/26/18 around 6pm and received excellent help from what may have been the only woman working tonight. The place was busy and it was probably close to closing time but she still made me feel welcome. She replaced the nose pads on one pair glasses and helped me tighten another pair.

Dr K is very helpful. Great with kids as well!!Jama is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed.

Dr. A is great he cares for his patients genuinely. He will make sure your eyes are well cared for and happy to explain anything you might want to know about any condition you have.

Wont answer phone to make appointments. When they do they ask you to hold and leave you there waiting. Been on hold for 30+ minutes every time I call, when they decide to answer the phone that is.
