Dr Rooke is amazing but the front desk is rude and no help at all. They talk down to and make you feel that they could care less.

Receptionist is extremely RUDE!!! I couldn’t even get to the point to make an appointment because she was so hateful. In reading other reviews, I’m not the only one who has dealt with her. I never give bad reviews, but she obviously doesn’t need to be at a job where she has to deal with the public.

Dr Rooke is amazing and is one of the best docs in the area. I’m always in and out in around 20 minutes and that’s on a busy day! Couldn’t recommend more. Everyone is so sweet!

Unless its Dr. Rooke do NOT go. Heres why....-Visited 12/28/19, with extreme pain & massive swelling in my left leg. Saw nurse practitioner & she said it was a pulled hamstring then gave me steroids to take for 5 days.-After no improvement went to AFV on 1/2/20, doctor sent me immediately to get doppler on my leg. Got results right away then sent directly to Blount Memorial Emergency Room.-Admitted to hospital with major blood clot in my leg. After additional tests at hospital also had blood clots in my lungs.-In hospital 1/2/20 - 1/6/20, due to life threatening blood clots.*The nurse practitioner at this clinic refused to listen when telling her my hamstring couldnt possibly be injured. Thank God I went somewhere else. Who knows what couldve happened because of this womans decision to treat me like a liar simply looking for medicine.

We had to wait almost 2 hours with only a total of three people in the waiting room. The woman working closed the glass sliding window in my face twice while I was trying to talk to her. I was being pleasant!! I wouldn’t go here on a weekend. Very slow and rude service.

Someone take a midol drip to the receptionist since its her time of the month..... Thank you, Thank you very much!

I went to see the doctor with a migraine and I wanted to check some other symptoms while I was there. The receptionist was very rude and was not helpful at all. The nurse was equally dismissive and I never saw the doctor. Now, I had been to this clinic before, and was helped by the doctor without any issues. Not sure what happened with this office and it’s staff, but I will not return.

Great place they really care about your health and they have a real good staff they are nice friendly

Not recommended. Surprisingly expensive. I had to pay $500 out of pocket for just my exam fee! ($700 billed to my insurance). I was still sick after and went to Well Key Urgent Care on 411 and only had to pay $50 out of pocket and that included blood work. I tried to dispute my outrageously expensive exam fee and was told the fees are based on the diagnosis. My diagnosis was acute upper respiratory infection, unspecified aka the common cold. Will not be going back here.
