Justin is fabulous! We hit off from the beginning and he put me at ease! He completed my booked service and was able to get two smaller services worked in before our time was up. He, also, explained a couple of more services to me that I asked about. Hes very professional and welcoming!!!Loved him!!!

I get my waxing done by Justin and he is amazing! My hair gets done by Tina and she does a great job! The whole atmosphere is so friendly. I wish their products werent so expensive though.

I got a free consultation with Troy and booked a 4 hour appointment with him. He was nice, professional and did an amazing job. He listened and advised me and I’m so happy with my results. I got highlights and lowlights to make my hair more natural with my gray, blonde and brown roots. I definitely will recommend Troy and be back.

My wife went in yesterday and had her hair colored by Troy. The results were phenomenal! It took much longer than expected due to how much hair my wife has and Troy never rushed! He took his time and the results show. He even multitasked to take care of others yet my wife never felt neglected. Fun atmosphere! Talkative and engaging! Great price too! She will be back.

I haven’t had a haircut that I have liked, personally, on my head, in almost a decade. Koral worked some crazy magic using clips to hold my hair in place whilst trimming each section of hair a little at a time. She spent the better part of an hour on my hair. I’m a guy, with an admittedly receding hairline, and she cut my hair in such a way that I don’t even feel like I have that problem anymore! I told her “no pressure” and to go with what she wants. My hair was super long from quarantine, and she told me that she “had an idea”. I trusted her, and it was well worth it! Everyone has been complimenting my new hair cut, and more importantly, I love it! And that’s not something I’ve been able to say about my hair in YEARS. Thank you, Koral! You rock!

Troy at the Alcoa salon is MAGNIFICENT! He is a true professional. His attention to detail and perfectionism is what keeps me in his chair. I love how he creates dimension and frames my face using a combo of high and low lights. As for the salon itself I would rate 3 stars because of the difficulty of online scheduling (description of coloring options on website dont match color options during scheduling). Also I filled out their online contact us form last week on September 16th asking for instructions for the next time I schedule online. Still havent received a response back.

Ive been to see Troy a couple of times now for a color correction and then for highlights. He did a great job both times. Anytime I need color, Ill definitely go to him! Tytina is great with cuts also!

I really love this place. Their stylists are very professional. Im currently letting my grey or should I say white out.. lol.. I am an impatient person. I go ask their opinion if we can strip my color out.. their suggestion was wait.. I like that.. she said I could add lowlights if I wanted to blend in or just cut my hair so it liked more ombre.. But she was honest. She could have just taken my money and not told me of the dangers of making my hair brittle or damaged. Also I didnt realize they arent just a hair salon. They do it all!! Nails, hair, skin, massages!! Love it!

First time getting my hair cut here, and totally worth it! I scheduled a cut online, which is super convenient, with Jordan. She was wonderful, and excited to give me a new look. We did a pretty big chop, and I love my bob cut! It was great having a scalp massage and relaxing wash with the salon assistant, who was also lovely. I already scheduled to get my next cut there, with Jordan again. Definitely exceeded my expectations for salon experience.

Paul was my hairstylists and i couldnt ask for a better haircut!!! I highly recommend him.

I love coming here. The front staff is inviting. Always offers something to drink. My wait is short. I always arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of time. I am seen on time if not before. Yesterday I was seen before.Bryan who cut my hair yesterday is extremely professional and did a great job. Another thing I loved about him is he didn’t offer any nonsense chit chat. I really appreciated. It is not that expensive for what you get. Also the scalp massage is another reason I come here. To die for.

I love this salon so much. All the people there are amazing. I just did not have a good experience with someone that I normally dont use to cut my hair. He was way to expensive and he cut my hair three times and it was still uneven when I went t home! I was upset about paying $75.00 for something I had to fix. Lesson learned Ill stick with my girl Camry.

I have been having my hair cut and styled at the Alcoa location for about 5 years. Paul is an absolute wizard in cutting, thinning, shaping my hair. No one else I have ever used is able to give me as good a haircut. Wake up in the morning, run a comb through it and it just hangs beautifully!! Nice salon...convenient location.

I had a deep tissue massage recently at Salon Azure in Alcoa which was excellent. I feel much better and I highly recommend Salon Azure. Soon after the massage, I made an appointment to color my hair which turned out great.

THIS SALON IS ONE IN A MILLION!!! My daughter has VERY thick, long hair and we didnt want any wild coloring because shes only 15. With the help of the AWESOME staff we decided on highlighting the ends of her hair blonde... IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL!!! Not to mention, although her appointment ran over due to the amount of hair she has, we NEVER felt as if we were being ushered out the door to put another client in her seat. Not, did we feel like we were just another hair cut... The stylist, forgive me for not remembering her name, Katie I believe, even stayed overnight in order to curl my daughters hair just the way she wanted it!!! This is a memory I know the will cherish FOREVER!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS MEMORY SO WONDERFUL FOR BOTH OF US❣️❣️❣️ THIS SALON TRULY IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!

Friendly people that do a great job. Only complaint was when we called to make an appointment they didnt ask us any questions so when my daughter went in to get her hair dyed they had to reschedule because of her hair length, I could have told them that over the phone.

I have been getting weekly massages from Rachael for almost 3 months now. She shared that she worked in a medical setting for almost five years before joining the Salon Azure Spa Team. I was having serious range of motion issues, which she has helped me to get back. Not only does she respond to what I am having difficulty with at the time, but always listens when I ask her for more pressure or less. I was surprised that someone her size (petite) could give such a deep tissue massage, but dont let her size fool you! Loved it! I will certainly continue my treatments. S. Riggs, Maryville

Great Folks over at Salon Azure. Paul has cut mine and my wifes hair for some time now and always does a great job. Everyone there has always made us feel welcome and treat us like royalty while we are there.

They use Aveda products at Salon Azure and in my opinion it doesnt work as well as it should for highlighting darker hair. I highly recommend Whitney Evans Beauty in Knoxville! She is awesome at cuts & especially coloring! If youre going to spend a lot of money on your hair, you might as well go to an expert & get it done right the first time! Whitney Evans Beauty is on Facebook and requires an appointment. Shes awesome & you wont be disappointed!

I moved recently from Connecticut to Tennessee. I was looking online for a decent hair salon around the Maryville area, so I dont have to travel as far to Knoxvilles Tn, where in my opinion you can find better knowledgeable hair salon staff, specially if you have short hair. I paid 40 dollars for a hair and I wasnt very impressed, I told him what I want, and thankfully I was paying attention to his work, because if not I will be crying by now. Bryan, you need to listen to your customers!

I had to cut my hair short for several reasons. Paul was so patient with me as we tried different cuts from bob to pixie-ish. He did an amazing job, improvising as needed considering my hair and growth patterns. Everyone, especially Paul, made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend!!

Just walking in is relaxing. While it is hard to get a massage appointment if not a good bit in advance, it is well worth the wait.

I came in with darker brown hair and left with blonde highlights and balayage. It looks so good, I almost cried! Forever customer, this place is so wonderful.

Tara Ricks does my eyebrows here. She is the only person I will allow to do my brows within East Tennessee. Everywhere else I go, they always end up looking different each time. Not exactly bad, but different. Tara gets it right, every time. She also applies the products that Azure uses, very neatly and nicely. The whole experience is painless, so much that I almost fall asleep during the process. I have heard she is on maternity leave, and I wish her and her babies the best. I only hope that she returns, because everywhere else I go to, I leave with red skin, and I cant really go out for 24 hours in order to heal lol. With Tara, I never have that problem. I always leave feeling refreshed and clean. No burning sensations, and no red skin! Tara deserves some recognition here, and I wanted to thank you publicly, because you are a really good Esthetician!

Chrissy was nice and gave me a good pedicure. This was my first visit. The only deal breaker for me is instead of a nice comfy massage chair, they have you sitting on a raised wooden bench set into the wall.There was a cushion on it, which I had to move to give me a little more leg room. ( Im tall). It was hard for me to get down and out of it when I was done. There was also a glare in the room due to celing to floor windows, I really wished I had my sunglasses with me.I just didnt feel comfortable and relaxed like you should during a $50.00 pedicure.

Ashley was able to match the loreal color perfectly and took her time rather than rushing to get the next customer in. Very friendly and professional staff. The price was very reasonable as well considering the amount of product and the fact that I was there almost 3 hours. ( cost $75 before tip). I will definitely go back. I highly recommend Ashley.
