My stylist was Shawna. Very friendly and personable. My cut was exactly what I asked for. She was very patient while I chose my new hair color. The color turned out beautifully. Shawna will be mu stylist moving forward.

I have tried to get a haircut for the past month. I only need a simple haircut nothing special, or time intensive. I also do not have the ability to run around all day, or wait 2 hours its when I am able to get out to here. I have run across either they closed early 3 different times, or being told there is a 3 plus hour wait. I tried calling their customer service number, and complained told I would be contacted by their regional manager, and they never bothered to contact me in any way. E-mail or Phone.

Workers were very loud and complaining about personal things the whole time. Not clean. Workers were constantly touching their faces and mouths. Do not get your hair done here especially dyed.

I was so happy with my new do! I got color and a cut for a very reasonable price. The stylist, Angel, listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the highlight colors and told me what style was right for my hair and face shape. She did not push products and most places do, but used products that would support my style. I did observe the other stylists during my time there and they took their time with their customers. It seemed that customer service was more important than getting so many cuts done in an hour. I am definitely a happy customer.

A wonderful stylist Hannah done the best hair washing and head message I even fell asleep while she done it and she gave me the best hairstyle I have ever asked for all.i done was tell here what I liked and shes the first stylist to be about to understand me and do it. Ive been going to different smartstyles for over a year now because they are convenient because of being in a Walmart. But I finally found the one worth driving from Knoxville to Alcoa for the new manager Ms.Lawson was great she knew exactly what I wanted and plan on going back in 4 weeks for my next haircut

She didnt pay attention to what I wanted done. I wanted an asymmetrical bob and to leave the front alone do not cut She gave me a straight bob every layer cut the same length including the front. She rushed through it because a friend came in wanted his hair touched up. I will never go into this Salon again.

We just wanted to get my hair trimmed and layered, but Joy ended up cutting it crooked, so in order to even it out she had to cut it much shorter than we wanted. She did not put any layers in it like we asked. We will not be coming back here again.

I dont expect much from chain hair salons, but I hoped I wouldnt want to shave all my hair off after getting a trim! My stylist left my praying for her to hurry so I could run home and cry. You know its a real bad haircut when your husband says, itll grow back in a week.

I went in and showed pictures of what I wanted and even clearly stated many times I did not want short hair. (Ps my hair was down past the middle of my back) I wanted a medium haircut.. cutting it right about the top of my bust line ... the hair stylist took clippers and chopped my hair off to my shoulders! Horrible horrible and then asked me “what’s wrong, is it to short” when I was clearly displeased! I will never return or recommend.

They messed my color up so bad!!!! It was suppose to be red highlights but the top of my hair is red with huge patches of blond in the back.

I arriv3d at 2:15. At 3:45 I left, having been ignored while the stylists chatted to each other, played on their phones, and took customers who arrived after I did. Ive never returned.

Need to go back to school .my hair was chopped.
