Very disappointed in this company. They were supposed to have been at NM Workforce connections for a Job fair. Nobody from the company showed up. very unprofessional. I was hoping to talk to a representative. But No such luck.

So far so good. Very nice people who seem ready to help. This may seem odd to say, but the office is really nice. Some temp agencies have a almost dark seedy feel. Here everything seemed modern, cheerful and bright. I felt at ease very quickly.

I have nothing bad to say about Aerotek. I have been kept in the loop about everything. Tracy and Ruthie are very communicative throughout the whole process, I have never had an issue getting in touch with them. Tracy has worked very hard to make sure she found the right fit for me and made sure it was a place where my skills and experience would be beneficial for myself. I feel like everyone at Aerotek is on my team and truly has my best interests in mind.

When a friend of mine forwarded my resume to Aerotek, Luke contracted me quickly and also got me in touch with a company that was looking for my qualification. Luke met me at the business at the time of my interview. After I was offered the position, he was very good about keeping me up-to-date about the details of my contract and start date. He also met me at the office again on my first day. Ive been with the new company for almost three months now. I am very pleased with the job Aerotek has placed me in. Luke is still involved in my progress here. I know when I call or e-mail him with a question, he is very responsive. I also heard from other folks here that is typical of all of the recruiters at the local Aerotek organization.The reason I only gave four stars is because I was not informed at the time of my in-processing that I did not receive holiday pay until after the first 30-days from my start date and I dont accrue PTO/sick hours while I work as a temp-for-hire with Aerotek. It wouldnt have been a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice to know that information upfront.

Aerotek is absolutely the best staffing agency I have had the pleasure to work with for job opportunities. I am fortunate in having been assigned to Jacob Gandarilla. As a recruiter, he is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my skills and what I am looking for in finding the right job fit. I cant say enough about Jacob. Working for Aerotek was a very positive experience for me. Lucas Cocain recruited me and made the process very seamless. I wasnt even actually looking for work at the time, I was happily employed and he presented this opportunity to me for a contract to hire position. It was pain free and I didnt even have to negotiate salary, Lucas did all the leg work. I did the contract to hire portion working for Aerotek and then was hired on by the employer. It was a smooth experience and i would definitely recommend Aerotek.

I went to Aerotek because, yes, I was unemployed. I was greeted with a young associate named Jacob G. He was very attentive and I went on two interviews. He called before and after each interview. I needed a clearance for one. He said he would help me. I did not hear from him again. I did not get any calls or emails. I called after a couple of weeks of looking on my own. I left messages with my phone number. I needed a job. I called the main office and they transferred me. Again, I left a message with no number. I got a call back right away. Jacob said he must not have had my correct number. This is after numerous calls in the beginning and messages with my name and number, weird. He said, you do not have the experience for that position. I have been drafting and designing for over 10 yrs. Really, no experience or did he have better things to do. At least call me and tell me that you do not have any jobs available. I guess ghosting is what people do now, even job placement companies. I do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience working with the people at Aerotek! They got me an interview and helped me feel more confident in what I had to offer. I had two phone interviews and an in person interview and Luke helped me every step of the way. I got the job and it was a perfect match with my experience and the pay was excellent!I hope I dont need them again but if i do, I know Ill have a better chance of finding a great job.Thanks Luke!!

My requiter Lucas Cocaine has been nothing but consisant when it comes to questions I might have about jobs or any questions I might have about up coming jobs or what jobs might consist of beforehand.. he as always been really helpful and motivated to get me work or explain to me whats expected to come.....Aerotek pays there employees on time every time and I would recommend anyone in the trades to give Aerotek a call if there looking for a company that cares if you got work or not.........and doesnt give you a run around and that is responsible and reliable........

Aerotek is a great company for anyone who is looking for a job. Within a week of meeting Lucas Cocain he found me a job in the field I was looking for. He worked with me to find my interests in a job, then came back to me with a few different opinions that he thought suited me and what I was looking for. He spoke with the company prior to my interview to get an idea of what that would look like and guided me from there. After I got the job he continued to follow up with me. The entire process was very easy and enjoyable.

I worked with Aerotek with my first job after graduating from UNM, and it was a great experience. If you want to make the job search easier I highly recommend contacting them to see what positions they have, and if you get your information in their database theyll contact you if something youre looking for shows up. Tracy Chamberlin very rude person. She talks down to you like if you have no knowledge. She isnt any help and was very rude to me. I was nothing but nice to her. Also hung up on me while i was talking to her.

Be extremely wary when a recruiting company tells you that their company stands out above the rest. You either know what youre doing or you dont and you either treat people well or you dont. Other than that, what other way is there to stand out? Ive dealt with a lot of different recruiting companies. Ive had a lot of opportunites presented to me by Aerotek but nothing has ever come up which was just a matter circumstances. Sometimes I found something else or their client hired somebody else, etc. This company treats their prospective recruits like children. Im not only talking about this Albuquerque office but their other national offices follow the model of making their recruits jump thru hoops and hurdles like a show dog. For example, another office emailed me and asked me to set up a time where we could talk about a new opportunity. I said I have a lot going on now, knowing full well how they think, so just call when you can. I can either take the call or I cant. Wouldnt you know it, he called me at a bad time and asked me for a specific time that he could call back. I said, Im sorry I cant and that was that. Every other good and reputable companies are not like this. Most understand that life gets hectic and will try to work around you. Aerotek does not believe in working around you. Their thinking is that you have to work around Aerotek. This is just one of other examples Ive had dealing with this company. I can understand them treating somebody fresh out of school with no experience like this but I am rather seasoned and experienced and I have an advanced degree. I would be very happy to give Aerotek my full name and number so that they can black list me.

I really appreciate what Aerotek has done for me, specifically Lucas Cocain. From the very start, he treated me like a human being, as opposed to just another body in a body-shop, which I have experienced with every other recruiting agency throughout my career. Luke arranged an interview for one position for which I was not hired. But he discerned that my skills and personality would make a good match for a different position at the same employer, and he actively pushed them to interview me for that different position. I was hired, and have been busily and happily working away at my new job for seven months now. The contract will roll over soon to a new contractor, and the new contractor intends to hire me permanently.One minor complaint. All of Aeroteks benefits are competitive except their basic medical plan. Its so minimal in coverage and maximal in cost, its more expensive to take the plan than to pay the doctor directly. If not for the repeal of the ACA individual mandate, I would dock them a star. But since they offer a hospital-only policy to cover major expenses, and I am allowed to decline the basic coverage, they still get five stars. One review on here said I dont accrue PTO/sick hours while I work as a temp-for-hire with Aerotek - I did have to wait 30 days for Holiday pay, that seems reasonable, but I started accruing PTO immediately, so either their policy has changed, there was a misunderstanding, or it was a different type of contract.During my term here, Luke has continued to look out after me, checking in periodically to see how I am doing, and working with the contractor to keep me employed as the current contract winds down. Its really nice and refreshing to have someone who cares about you as a person. Besides human decency, it only makes good business sense to treat people right. Very few companies seem to realize that.Five Stars. Yeah. Five Stars +, even.

Aerotek in general, and my recruiter Jake Geary in particular, have been very responsive and helpful during my 6-month contract work through them.

Terrible experience. Applied a month ago with Miguel Garcia and havent heard back from him going on a month now despite the effort of communication Ive been putting in by calling and emailing every week. Ive been given a run around story every time i make contact with the company. The worst part that lead me to write this review is that my fiance applied 2 days ago and he already has a job Im suspecting Im being discriminated. If youre in desperate need for a job this is not a reliable company.

For any companies thinking about using this company for employment verification, just save yourself some headache.They have a crazy idea that if they dont like a state issued birth certificate its not real. Since she hadnt seen a Florida certificate before it couldnt be verified authentic.Crazy thought, run the serial / birth number and simply verify it. Not rocket science.

I worked with Luke here primarily and he was an absolute pro. He worked very hard to find a fit for me and is a very genial person.

They do not return calls, do not return emails, and do not answer the phone at the main number. Empty promises - would not even follow-up with a call or email to say yes or no as to the job availability. They just left things up in the air.

Went in for a welding job got the interview with welding company. Its been 4 days and nothing from aerotek. I have called everyday and left messages very poor professionalism.

This place is highly unprofessional. I was hung up on they were not attentive to anything I had to say. I guess when they dont want to work with you anymore they just stop talking to you all together dont even give you the courtesy of saying goodbye. If I could leave a negative rating I would but sadly one star is all there is. One individual that I would steer clear from is Michael Perez. He is as unprofessional as they come.

I have worked with several recruiters ..and their managers such as kyle and taylor also kelsey ..and terri i have not been help at all. This is ridiculous they treat me like i have no existence. They are completely unprofessional, or like a number in their system they do not care about their clients. I have no idea how they are still in business.
