Even though all the work thus far is entry level pay, hovering maybe 1.50 above min. wage, the work they have available to us workers is CONSTANT and literally every day.Ive yet to report here early resulting in no work for the day. Great service and friendly staff for sure.Would recommend. 10/10

Monday filled out papers. And showed up Wednesday at6 a.m. Crown Plaza Inn. Was hand given to me and I LOVED IT SO MUCH THE STAFF THERE VERY RESPECTFUL!!!24 rooms was great.Cant wait to keep going !!!!:)

We was good got a job at roses paper thur them. Roses laid me off went back to labormax/red cap and worked all yr. Until some1 in there office tried to adjust my paycheck twice. I dont care about whoever done it

The staff never called me back. Great attitude from the one guy there but no follow through on the part of the place overall. I wouldve appreciated at least a call back at least to verify information. I felt as if I just gave away my personal information.

Worst place to work. Prejudiced, mean, unprofessional and uneducated staff. Dont go there!

If u are temporary service u are post help works find jobs that is why u called temporary service right ? So if place workwonts hire any of workers they welcome to better there self ?

Over the last couple of days this agency has gone out of their way to help me an accomadate my particular needs and it was reassuring to see someone with almost as many visible tats working in the office.. the fact shes a beautiful, self respecting, female was a nice plus..I visited a total of four day labor places before chowing thos one..an i highly recommend it to anyone

I work for them and im ugly... They still give me jobs! Maybe they need a little work with professionalism, but they get their job done. Plus they go out of their way to expand and find new clients.

I filled out their 50 page application because they said they had plenty of work. Then I found out real fast they have you call in by 3pm the night before and by 6am the next day to see if they have any work.All they kept telling me was theyd put me on a list. I found out they only give the work to their favorites that kiss their asses. Had I known all this I wouldnt have wasted my time and gave them all my personal information!!! I feel screwed over and violated. Went to Resource Mfg. and they put me to work on a full time temp to hire position immediately. Trust me and dont waste your time with these fools!!! I wouldnt have given them any stars but you have to put 1 on and not by choice.

Gaby, Kamerin and Denise are easy to work with and very professional and will take care of my business need when ever i call them. I have worked with them staffing my business for almost 2 years. i have had nothing but a good experience with this company!

Only putting one star because I have to; they do not deserve a single star. Very unprofessional, my pay checks were always wrong and I would get paid less until I brought it to their attention. After arguing with one of the ladies that works there I finally got through to them that they were wrong with how they were paying me. When they say they will get back to me with something very important like my work hours, pay, etc. I dont receive a response back unless I make contact again. overall, dont try to be employed by them. Its not worth the time.

The manager is the highly unprofessional.The company needs to replace her with a person who can actually manage an office. I loved reading everyone’s comments about her. It goes to show you how pathetic she is.Someone take her some water or something because she’s thirsty.

Labormax staffing goes the extra mile to help people find work. Friendly staff always says hello as soon as I walk into the office. I give Labor max a grade of A+.

They get work but as soon as u get a job somewhere else n u can work that day for them man they hold it against you big time no joke

Was told they didnt have info on a buffet . Asked on the day of event the details and still nothing . They didnt know the type of event , what to expect, where exactly to meet and the paper that I needed signed to get paid had the wrong contact. When I called to bring the issue up it was nothing but a finger towards me and ended with her hanging up on me even when she admitted that her significant other couldnt find the location. Unfortunately this was not a good first experience

Was an ok experience until I realized the young and very inexperienced branch manager was more worried about looking good to certain day laborers she has crushes on than actually running the company like a business. She allows employees to curse out site supervisors as well as the staff at labormax and she continues to give them jobs although she speaks about how they are a known woman beater... She plays the staff against 1 another... Overall if you are looking for an immature office to work at or a staffing company who will not place you unless she thinks you are cute just stay away....

The staff are smug and arrogant. Their elitist way of offering you work is deplorable. If you fawn over the managers looks, you get work. Gabi couldnt manage a trash collection detail properly. The way she deals with men puts womens rights back 50 years. I reck thats how ahe perpetutes her career. If you want good work, bring a case of chapstick, as you will be kissing her ass, and as she is a complete ass, youll be kissing her from head to toe. Best of luck.

The ladies at LaborMax are amazing! Some of the guys that stroll in looking for work (and probably some who left those bad reviews) I would bet were looking for something they could make easy money from. What they fail to understand is temps represent LaborMax when we go to work for them - when they show up drunk or come back from lunch high, or dont show up at all when they said they would - its no wonder they never call. These ladies arent stupid. If youre looking for somewhere you can be lazy or do the bare minimum for a check, LaborMax isnt your place. Communicate what you need and listen to what they say, ask questions when you have them and this whole process is a breeze. They arent babysitters, anyone wanting to work will have to prove it. Theyll get you somewhere good once you show that youre worth a damn. Gaby, Kamerin, and Denise are good at what they do.

Front desk dark haired girl was extremely rude and rolled her eyes laughed and made faces when my husband asked questions about the 50 page application that needed to be filled for a day labor job. Extremely unprofessional.

They never call you and you call in everyday at 7:00 am and if they do have something its really a hard job or way too hot.

They only give jobs to people they know. Called me down twice only to find they gave my job away. The only day I did work my check wasnt ready until a week after I was told I was gonna get paid. Pathetic.....
