I have been bringing my kids to route 66 denistry for 8 years. This group is friendly, professional. They truly care about my families dental health. The girls up front are very helpful from helping you make appointments that work for you, to rescheduling an appointment that you cant make. The girls in the back are friendly, and courteous.....the Dentist is knowledgeable, and very patient with my children....we love Route 66.

We had the best experience here. My 6 year old needed 2 teeth pulled and it was so painless that she thanked the Dentist after her appointment. The dental assistant was also fantastic, explaining cleaning to my 4 year old as she cleaned her teeth. Everyone was friendly and the place is spotless.

This place was above my expectations they are great and quick! Merylind /Maryann ( I forgot her name ) the dental assistant was terrific she was sweet and outgoing. My daughter really enjoyed her experience here , dr wells was amazing also thank you all❤️🥰

The stop was friendly got all through my children and at the same time the dentist was very knowledgeable and helpful and explain things so that I can understand I would definitely recommend route 66 childrens dentistry!

If you value consent- you won’t take your child here. My 9 year old daughter and I just left here after having the absolute worst experience. The dentist was rude and cold. Continually telling my daughter “you’re fine.” In a rude tone and basically yelling at her. I had enough and asked her to stop after finishing the bottom tooth. The top tooth needed to be pulled and I told them I would take her to the other office and do it at another time. She then pulled her tooth anyway even though I told her not to. She said she was going to push on it (to my daughter) so I thought she was just checking to make sure it was ok to leave and then suddenly she’s pulling it out, despite me asking her not to. My daughter and I both left upset. I called the Smiles for Kids Eubank office and they were able to take care of it and get her in right away and put a note in her file that she will not see that dentist ever again.

Quick, efficient, & doesnt cost an arm & a leg for treatments. I can only hope the experience where we move next is like this location. Amazing staff!!

Great new location next to great places to eat. Receptionists were very nice at check-in. Parking lot is small but not a problem finding a spot for the business.

I saw the review on Google and based my judgment on my decision to take my 19th month old to his first dentist appointment. Staff was patient and very friendly to both my son and I. Very caring and professional individuals with the right mindset and knowledge in dealing with childrens dental care. Highly recommend it.

I love this place! They are always so friendly and my kids feel comfortable which is so important! They are so quick were always in and out super fast but I never feel rushed. They always hear my concerns and make sure questions are answered.

The office was clean the staff was very polite and very professional explained every process as we were going through it made my granddaughter feel very comfortable being there I did notice that they had taken extra care in making sure to go behind patients and sanitize door handles countertops they even when as far as throwing away the pens once you use them so noone else would touch them. thats going above and beyond thank you for such professional service glad we chose you

My daughter has been frighting by the dentist but now that we go with Route 66 she’s been getting the confidence and liking the dentist more and more. Hands down the best dentistry that I have ever gone, that they actually work with kids that are afraid of the dentist couldn’t be more happy with them. They aren’t out to wreck a child’s mouth for a dime.I feel safe,we’ll provided for, informed and confident.I can sit with my child, the other place bound the child and wouldn’t let parents near there kids.I have never once seen a child cry here, and it was the absolute norm at our never go back to place. A continuous flow a children entering scared and leaving crying.Thank you for treating people like they have value. Our teeth are the first thing people look at.

In and out in less than 30 for a cleaning/checkup. Allowed me to pass up xrays until dentist checked for cavities. Everyone is personable from front desk to tech and dentist. Fun decor. Fun movie in huge waiting room. Fun take home bag of dental supplies and coupons to zoo and amusement park. Even my 15 year old hasn’t outgrown that! :)

Covid has changed a lot of how businesses operate. However my two sons last visit was still comfortable, fast and easy. The staff make all the difference! Thank you for continuingly giving amazing service over years and now through these Covid times.

Very great staff. They care and are very patient with the kiddos my kids really enjoy how nice the staff is. I have taken my kids to other dentists but they are always scared. Here they feel at ease and safe and that to me is what is most important.

Update!!! Dr. Chavez and the tech were great. The tech was able to interact with us in a way that was age appropriate for my kids, since theyre not little anymore. The doctor was great and remembered. Y kiddos. He is even going to give me a follow up call in a week, so that is even better!!!Diana, the tech, was absolutely wondeful. If I would be rating just her, it would be a perfect 5. Other than Diana, things could be a little more thorough, all the way around .

My daughter has been a patient for years...even prior to the name change. They are always efficient and courteous, especially being that my daughter had a traumatic experience when she was 3. Shes 18! And theyve always been really great! Thank you Route 66 Dentistry!

Used to like this place. They would do a good job until they tried to scam us. The front desk was inconsiderate. I had a bad tooth pain and went to comfort dental for an emergency check up at night in which they told me I needed a root canal. I called route 66 the next day and asked specifically of they did root canals and they would take me. They then told me they did not do root canals when I got there. I asked them why did they schedule me an appointment in the first place. They had this dumb look on there face. I went to route 66 because it was my primary and I had to see if they did it but then comfort scheduled me an appointment immediately. Shame because I was in serious pain for 3 days longer than expected because of that stupid appointment. I will be making sure to switch to comfort dental, they are professional.

I brought my 9 month old to do a check up on his new baby teeth even though it was a quick and easy appointment i did not feel rushed and felt like the dental assistant and dentist were very patient, helpful and answered any questions i had. The ladies at the front desk were amazing when i walked in i was greeted right away with a friendly and welcoming smile. Will be bringing my son back in 6 months for another check up and cleaning. I highly recommend.

I love Route 66 Childrens Dentist. My kids feel safe and have fun while getting their teeth cleaned,. They love it so much they actually fight over who gets to go first. The staff are always friendly and so organized. They give you detailed information about your kids thats understandable and they get thing done correctly and in good time, so the little ones dont go crazy.

Always in & out quick here. They see all 4 of our kids. Update. 6/23/21.Absolutely love the new location! Like i said, theyve taken care of all 4 of our children. 3 of them since birth. They have some of the best hygienists in the 505. The dentist here is AMAZING!!!

My kids have been here for a few years. Darr is great and she really follows my jokes on my kids, which I love. Dr. Chavez is awesome. He really explains things to be sure all possible avenues are looked into.

This is by far the worst dental clinic in AlbuquerqueThe office staff dont care about the needs of the patient or providing any kind of customer service.The office staff will cancel appointments whenever they feel like it without notifying the parents.Our family will never use this dental clinic ever again.

I have been with this same dentistry for many years. My 3 children come to this same location and I would not change them for anybody. Dr Lily Cha is our dentist and she is absolutely knowledgeable, caring and absolutely nice. All of the staff are always very nice they are quick to solve any issues. I absolutely appreciate each and everyone person of the staff!

So far you have prescribed my son the wrong medication. That you knew he was extremly allergic too and sent my daughter to not 1 but 2 butcher shops as a result she is now missing a tooth. Which I have to pay to out of pocket for an implant. Then add in todays expierance and I am done. I would never recomend you.

So sad at how bad this location has gotten. As soon as we parked the place looked run down and closed. When we went inside, they had some weird tarps up that were decorated but looked like it was hiding something. The ladies at the front desk had food all over their desks and paperwork and were laughing and giggling as I stood there signing my kids in. The dental assistant who came out to get us looked like she had literally just rolled out of bed and through her hair up and went to work. The lady who helped with xrays kept giving me dirty looks and looked like she hated her job. No kind of warmness to her tone or anything to make the kids feel comfortable. The doctor himself....yawning and yawning at almost noon, running into things, had to ask the dental assistant over and over for reassurance. I will not be returning my kids to this location anymore.

They were great with both of my daughters! Very professional and also friendly.

The front desk workers are horrible, very rude and just straight up liars. They scheduled us for an appointment @ 10 and didnt open the door till 10:15 we were there since 9:45. Then when we got inside we checked in and they told us to sit down after waiting 20 minutes I heard them saying that we walked out. I went up to tell them we were still there and asked why she hadnt gotten us yet she said we left. I asked her if she even checked if we were there she said yes but I know she lied cuz we were there the whole time. Then when we got in the dentist was picking her nose and then ate it, just disgusting. They later referred us to get my daughters wisdom teeth out and when I asked them to send the referral they said they had but when we got to that doctors office they told me they never sent it. So that office called for it and blamed it on me then said they had never seen her then 2mins later sent it. Horrible business I recommend never going here I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible practices they do. They dont even deserve 1star
