I have been a client here since June 2018 and its now February 2019. I am pleased with how nice the staff are here. Theyre highly skilled at what they do. The services they offer are phenomenal. Not only that, the facility is clean and tidy. Dr. Dunn is also a great guy. Dr. Dunn will give you good criticism on your teeth and what you need done. Overall, this facility works with your schedule and will listen to your needs. In my opinion, this place is top notch.

Dr. Hurt left a bleeding root exposed over the weekend. I was left in horrible pain. When he did the root canal I could smell bleach the whole time and when the tooth had to be removed, it caused my jaw to be broken. I was paying out of pocket and paid up front but because of my dental anxieties he refused to see me for any off my other dental issues. I was fine with this after the three days of trauma I experienced. I do not recommend Dr. Ken Hurt for patients who suffer dental anxiety or dental related stress.

Dr. Dunn and all of the staff make everyone feel welcome and comfortable! The office is beautiful and clean, and everyone is enthusiastic and helpful. Id tried to get consults for my kiddos at a few other places, but the wait time was at least 2 months out. Dr. Dunn was able to see us within a week, and by the following week, both kiddos were in braces! Its been about a month and the visible progression of their teeth straightening is amazing! We couldnt be happier with our choice of DUNN ORTHODONTICS! Thank you!

The attention to detail of the staff is phenomenal! Upon entering for my initial consultation, I was welcomed with my name written on the board. The front desk courteously and professionally checked me in. My wait time was very minimal! I was given a tour and I was shocked how happy the staff were towards me, a new patient. Even Dr. Dunn looked up while doing a procedure to say hi! All options were explained thoroughly towards me and Dr. Dunn was accommodating to my needs (which was to straighten my front teeth only). Upon my second visit, the orthodontist assistant explained every detail to me while placing my braces. Dr. Dunn was happy and full of energy, like always. It was quick and easy! Oh yeah, payment plans are super flexible! I am glad my dentist referred me here. I know Im getting high quality orthodontics care! One of my friends is considering braces and I told her to get them at DUNN ORTHODONTICS! :)

My daughter just got her braces put on today and I cant thank the staff at Dunn Orthodontics enough for their friendliness. Everyone was very kind and full of information. I just recently started my treatment with Dr.Dunn and so far I’m pleased with the process. He’s very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients. Aside from the that the payment plans are quite reasonable (I’m a college student). I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic care.

Came into them with a bad case of 12 missing teeth. Had a very weird set of front teeth and felt really uncomfortable with smiling. After a few years of being in braces and a few procedures from an oral surgeon, i finally have a smile I am proud to show. He and his staff were warm, friendly and hospitable. At no time did Dr. Dunn, nor his staff, feel like our questions were an affront to their knowledge or expertise. Not only did they happily answer any and all questions we had but Dr. Dunn and his staff thoroughly explained all procedures prior to them being started. Words cannot explain the night and day difference from one orthodontist to the next. I would trust Dr. Dunn hands down over ANYONE else in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho.
