I love the doctor. He was so kind and funny. Also, it was a quick process and was able to give me a prescription. Will definitely come back again.

I dont normally go out of my way to post, but minute clinic has been a life saver in multiple situations where myself or one of my family members couldnt quickly be seen by their provider or the urgent Care. The cost is comparable if not let expensive ( actually, all around its been less expensive!!) Than seeing our own provider, and much less the UC. 2 thumbs up, 100% endorsed, Ill probably look to them first next time if care within their scope is needed. Thank you for providing your services!!

I was seen quickly (I scheduled myself online), and the nurse practitioner was awesome. It was also considered an office visit instead of an urgent care, so it wasnt expensive to be seen. I highly recommend them!

Best healthcare Ive received in a long time. Practitioner Ross was excellent. Much better than a UC, million Xs better than ER.

Convenient and helpful. My throat was throbbing and Kendall, the NP on duty, was very thoughtful and thorough. He took the fast and the long versions of a strep test and prescribed lidocaine as a gargle to numb my throat before eating. I was the only patient there on a Thursday at 8:30:am.

The nurse practitioner over there right now has lack of empathy.I have many experiences in Albuquerque with health workers but this one was the worst experience I had so far.

0 stars. Went to the Minute Clinic December 2018. The physician that saw me ended up billing my insurance through the UNM Hospital System. I paid what was billed through my HRA account. WEEKS later UNM Hospital realized they billed incorrectly & refunded my HRA. Then minute clinic began sending me bills in the mail. After SIX months of explaining to minute clinic that it was their Physicians billing mistake they are still sending me bills. Additionally I cannot pay a 2018 claim VIA my HRA because we are now in 2019.EVEN WORSE minute clinic insists this entire dispute is my fault... Terrible customer service - via their 1-800 number.To be honest the bill isnt enough to even fight me on this. I shouldnt have to come out of pocket on something that I had HRA funds for, and since they made the billing error, it is on them.Make sure they bill your insurance correctly. You might be caught in a collections nightmare like I am. If any other industry operated like this they would be out of business....

Ive only had incredible experiences at this MinuteClinic and the same for my husband. Our friend recomended it to us and weve sent our friends as well. The service has always been quick, EXTREMELY helpful and really very pleasent. It is so worth it!!

Took my wife to CVS MInute clinic usually she has good luck there , she got signed in screen time said 36 minute wait time , the door opens and the man who shes assuming is the NP tells her after he sees the women who by the way came in 10 minutes after my wife with her bratty kid coughing all over the place the mom never told him to cover his mouth its no wonder other ppl get sick !! hes then going on a thirty minute lunch break !! So lets gets this straight , my wife already sat waiting patiently for 36 minutes gets to now wait an extra fing hour , since when do ppl who come in behind the ppl who have already been waiting get to jump ahead . ? This is total BS , please explain the ignorance of this screwed up system !?!!!

Was not helpful at all! Also the Nurse or whatever her credentials were was super rude and oblivious when it came to helping.

Quick, no wait, got Rx for bronchitis.

Dont bother coming if you want to be helped quickly. Not sure if I was seen by an actual medical professional or some random stock clerk.
