Ive been there a few times but there isnt a whirpool and steam room. The gym is nice and modern but Im not going to flip tires or do group classes. The hydro massage tables are not cleaned often enough.

Julian was an amazing host! I stopped in to get a little bit of information about the gym and learn about what kind of services defined fitness provides, and Julian helped me out with a tour. He made me feel really comfortable in the environment even though I wasnt a member yet, gave just enough information in a way that was understandable and memorable, and I can tell that he loves being here and helping people in the gym (which is always welcoming). Not only that but this gym has an outstanding devotion to athletes of all ages, sizes, and interests and Im shocked it took me so long to stop by. Thank you for all your help Julian, and keep up the fantastic work youre doing!

Pleasant staff, clean place, follow safety protocol.

There is not a scale available for customers who want to check their weight. The place is clean and big but there are not enough free weights. The free weights are in a corner where not a lot of people can be at a time. I would recommend putting a second place for free weights.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the building looks clean all the time.

Love the Group Fitness Classes and Instructors. This is a newly built gym. Very nice. Smart bars are completely amazing and so easy to use.

The worst gym in abq, poor NEW management. All the managers are so rude to clients and employees. Always feel like we are being spied on. Makes you feel so unsafe. The place you go to work out should be a safe/happy place to be. NEVER again I will go. At it it really sad, it’s 2 miles away from my home. Guess. I will be switching to sports and wellness. 😌

Great new gym! Every machine you can think of. A tin of classes to choose from. Personal trainers. Locker rooms are spectacular. Daycare can be a little difficult to get your children into, more times than not there is a wait, as they are at capacity. Maybe hire more staff? Could also be that they legally cant have more than x amount of children in the room at a time. Love the new hydro massage chairs.

I love that this gym is finally closer to home!Lots of class options that cater to our SW community. I have no issue with the no paper towels thing - if I know Ill be sweaty, I bring a workout towel. New equipment and still adding more.

Watch out for the bald heavy set guy he is the mask police ... I had my mask under my nose to catch my breath with mouth still covered and social distant from anyone while on a cardio machine when a mask cop approached me coming all the way from the front desk and only to approach me even though others had their masks in the same poistion and singled me out very unproffesionally... I Cancelled my membership. I love Defined and have for years but I will never go back to the Mesa location. Dude needs to worry about cleaning and customer service not mask policing people catching their breath. Probably an ex cop who got fired or couldnt make the academy. Either way learn how to approach people instead of puffing your chest pal.

Great class schedule options. Lots of stair climber machines!! The stairs are always full at all the other locations so it’s awesome that they invested in so many here! Great kids care included in your membership.

New location. New equipment with excellent variety outside traditional weight machines.The downside is absence of paper towels to wipe of a paddle of sweat after each exercise. Wet disinfecting towels are too wet to pick up any sweat and leave way too much soapy cleaner on the surface. And since no towels provided people end up dripping the sweat all over the place. Gross.

Nice and new with a few things missing. The free weight area is pretty cramped, it almost feels like an after thought rather then a planned space. Lots of cardio machines and open area between weight machines. No overhead fans to move air around, it was very warm in there. Also, I really hope there are adding blinds to the windows, the super small mat area was in full sun!

The pool used to be so clean when they opened and now there is green stuff growing on the bottom. They say they scrub it clean everyday but obviously they dont. People dont even wash themselves before they enter the pool, which is also gross.

It’s a good gym but the communication between management and members is very poor. Apparently you cant keep your stuff in a locker unless you are working out and i’ve had multiple locks cut off of my locker without any warnings and without even knowing I couldn’t keep my stuff overnight. Managers are rude most of the time and don’t help when you need it.

Very nice modern gym. Has a lot of variety of equipment and 4 chairs of hydro message. But doesn’t have a steam room, jacuzzi and is on the smaller side so less group classes. But really clean and friendly staff.

Great gym, poor custimer service my management. Said it was my fault people cut in front of, we were all signing up as I should have said something. Should staff be trained to say whos next? No apology i waited close to 30 to begin signing up. Bad first impression.

First time in a gym in years. Very nice an helpful people, clean and following covid guidelines.

Lots of great equipment, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool & a Rest & Recovery room with hydro massage chairs.

No towel hooks in the shower and pool area, and no paper towel dispenser in rhe locker room??? Minor issue, but would be nice to have.....

There is no steam room or jacuzzi so looks like they are a bigger planet fitness just more expensive. Disappointed waited so long for this facility and it fell short.
