Overall good experience. Needed to get my card for PTSD and to help with my chronic pain. I didnt have my medical records with my for the pain but was able to get it for my PTSD. The staff was friendly and process was quick. Got my card in about 3 weeks.

I got my card in one month. I went in as a walk in and was seen right away. My process was quick and easy. I’m greatful to have my med card and I have recommended this place to a few people.. If you want good, quick, accurate service, I’d go here.

There onyl goal in mind felt like it was my health and they were very quick yet thorough in their appointment this is a serious review this place gets a 10 out of 10 I would 100% recommend this to anyone with social anxiety as well I was really concerned before going in and as I went in it was all very smooth process and not anxiety provoking at all

In-and-out in less than a 1/2 an hour!

Felt nervous going in but all was good after I went in and started my application. Process was fast and easy, was in and out in 20 mins, staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a bad experience at first but I really appreciated the owners (Ed) help and dedication to make sure I got my card.

Stop spamming craiglist free section. Your services are not free. Its unscrupulous to try and get new customers by spamming the free section of Craigslist.

Very easy to work with. I got my appointment one week later, and did not have a long wait time upon arrival. I was in at 12:30, and walking out with my approval packet at 1:15. They also gave me a military discount! The Dr was very informative and listened to my questions and concerns. I will def come back, and yes I recommend this place!

Staff is really sweet,but if they tell you theyre going to mail in your paperwork dont expect it to ACTUALLY be sent for a couple weeks. I have been waiting on my card for almost 2 months.

Zia health is not a dispensary, they do not have flower! But the staff is very helpful and can walk you through the process and answer any questions you have for the process! Their prices are very reasonable and they also have great CBD products!

These are not reputable doctors, nor do they have any patient-doctor relationship with clients - its a one time scam to get a medical card that is grossly overpriced. First place I went to for my medical card and worst place in town. Before my appointment, the person before me came out of the Dr.s office into the waiting room and tells his friend how easy it was to get the card and he did what he read on google...Makes one wonder if they certify anyone. After my appointment I was charged $75 more than two other people I talked to 3 weeks later and each of them had been charged different rates.

Came in last week with my lady to sign up and get evaluated for my ptsd from the military and was approved for my medical card. The whole process was relatively quick and the girl at the front desk was helpful and explained everything very well. Overall a good experience, only thing I was bummed about was seeing the military discount offered but didn’t get one when we paid, other then that very happy and looking forward to gettin my medical card in the mall soon.

Place started my bday right. Came out on top with some beautiful smelling flower with a discount for being a new patient. Friendly folks had me smiling when i departed.

The staff was respectful and the PTSD evaluation was thorough, and was excicuted very well and fair will be coming back to recertify. The Dr was the best part because she follows up with you and makes you understand why you feel how you do and how it will help. Thank you so much Zia Health and Wellness! The facility was also roomy and comfortable :-)

Very unprofessional! Paid them to handle our paperwork only to get a letter from the Department of Health stating paperwork was missing. Called back to Zia and was told by Phyllis that I needed to contact the pain doctor who left out the paperwork, then she hung up on me after I told her thats what we paid them for. Called the owner Ed, who said it wasnt their fault that Dr. Reeve forgot to sign the paperwork on lots of people and that it is the Dept. Of Healths fault because they changed the paperwork. I pointed out to him that Zia advertize that they will handle all the paperwork. They checked it and made a mistake. Theyll snail mail it. Should have stayed on top of this when they knew it was a problem.

I dont ever write reviews on anything but i am livid with this place. I brought my girl in to get her MMJ card and when she came back to the car she was in tears, my girl has been through alot in her life and opened herself up to this complete stranger and this doctor was just unempathetic, she didnt listen to what she had to say, she asked her questions and just pushed her through the system... Im livid with this place my girl had a full breakdown because of this lady. never doing my business here again and I DO NOT reccomend this place to anyone!!!

I was diagnosed with RA and applied with the blessings of my dr. in lieu of the standard treatment for the disease. Everything went as expected and they were able to answer all my questions.

What DON says is true they seem to hire PTSD patients with problems communicating and specifically listening. They dont understand what we tell them we are not DRs we dont know how medical records work. and why dont you take dvds? the pictures in those are digital, you would think dvd would be the best media but no they want paper which printers can not print xrays that well. the Girls their seem to think guys are yelling at them when I have seen guys their confused as to why the girls are getting defensive. I was calm collected the whole time, and in the end I left more confused than I was when I came in and I paid $25 for medical release. which they could not get my records for. They give bad advice such as UNM all having their records in the same place this is not even close to the case. I left 3 places to get records from and only one was contacted I had to go manually get my records from 3 different places, 3 different specialist who recommend I get on the cannabis program but cant sign, then I go to the cannabis drs at ZIA (which I have never seen a ZIA dr yet)for them to tell me im not eligible when I have 2 different diagnosed aliments on the list. They dont diagnose they dont assimilate the information to correctly apply it to each case. I am now a expert in this because it has taken me 2 years to get a card that I was eligible for 10 years ago but because they dont tell you exactly what I needed it has been 11 visits now. If I could go else where I would but their the only cannabis DRs in NM which is crime in itself. they always recommend seeing the psychologist to every one, I have actual aliments on the list I dont have to go to the psychologist to tell me that. I have 3 different specialists and they dont even acknowledge any of their diagnosis. My drs dont know what to tell them or send them because they (zia) dont say what to send them. My drs gave me their records that they have. Zia looked at them and said no summaries. my drs are confused and they look at me like im trying to deceive them. horrible thing happening in this state it doesnt help allot of patients I see why legal cannabis is so important now. The people at ZIA are not trained or educated in a form to help they are like robots educated like programing and if you dont answer like they need you too the cant help you. I have 2 aliments on the list and the paper work said as such, but that wasnt enough the person at zia looked at my paper work once and it was from the wrong specialist, when it was them that got the paper work. this place is a nightmare joke that the whole state has to rely on. ZIA you need a staff that is educated in such things all your staff is so light voiced and bed mannered like walking on egg shells. 3 different times I have seen guys and girls been told not to get mad or their is nothing more they can do because they dont like they way the patient is talking. Yet I have never seen one of these patients actually raise their voice or say anything deragotive their confused not mad. your staff always talks as if at a wake or funeral, were not dead yet thats why were here trying to get medicine that helps us. were fighting but when we get to your shop the fight is all up hill. Your staff is not helpful they seem to only do things one way and when things get complicated they dont know how to solve anything. I hate to say it but its like all the staff are so high they are just passive and soft voiced. We need nice and direct so if we do have to make multiple visits which everyone does we can have the information you need. my dr was about to sign my papers when he said I will lose my license because im a state employed dr, he was confused about what you guys need and why you wont sign my papers. after all the bs probing and prodding and proof and history and not to mention being sick now dealing with you guys has been the worst. And any one in the state legislature reading this. It is a big problem having only one dr/organization that can sign off on the card papers/application.

Kind of a shady place. The front desk lady Phyllis is very unfriendly, told us one thing a week ago, I researched myself and found the opposite of what she said and she got very defensive when I called her out. Decided to not go with zia cause they seemed to not have it together and Phyllis got very condescending and made it sound like they were the only place to get a card. Do your research people! This place is a rip off. They tell you your card is included with what you pay them but the. Hand you the packet to mail yourself and tell you to send a check to the state for 30 bucks for your card. I went to Abq intergrated medical and they are extremely friendly, professional and actually spent over an hour explaining everything. They are cheaper too!
