Being in her care nearly brought me to tears as the Gua Sha facial she provided for me left me feeling nourished and nurtured in ways I truly needed and deserved. Coming from me, a person with extremely high standards who is not easily impressed, is a very sincere compliment indeed and well deserved. I doubt you will find this kind of talent anywhere else in New Mexico. This experience was one of the kindest things I have ever done for myself and it left me inspired to purchase a Gua Sha facial for both my mother and my son. I had the most amazing Gua Sha facial with Larissa. I had never had a facial before and it changed my life. She is so talented and used so many techniques to give me an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. She uses the right pressure and also included an amazing face, neck, and arm massage along with it. Thank you Larissa and thank you Botanica! My first time going but definitely not the last!

Today I got my eyebrows laminated and tinted. I couldnt be more happier!!! My brows are hard to work with especially since I was bitten by a dog when I was two and a piece of my brow was sewed on crooked,my professionalism listened to my concerns and did an amazing job with what she had to work with. Also, the conversation was pleasant too. I wish I could post pics, because I took some just for this purpose lol. Thank you so much, I WILL be back.

Apparently I made a mistake when attempting to schedule an appointment through the online services. When I showed up today thinking I had an appointment Kristin verified that I did not.After showing her screen shots I left. I returned to prove to her the fact that I went through the online waiver. Thats when I overheard her and a fellow employee speaking of me in a very degrading manner. Implying that apparently I didnt know what I was doing and that she basically didnt have time for it!! I confronted her and made her aware that I had heard everything. This woman is unprofessional and rude!!! If I could give herno stars I would!!

The best place in town for all skin care services. They are all so friendly, professional, on time, and practice all COVID-19 safety guidelines for the health and safety. I get all my skin care services there since they opened in 2014.

Erin always does a great job with tinting and shaping my eyebrows. I’m a redhead and it’s difficult to find a eyebrow tint that matches my hair, but luckily they mix a tint that matches them perfectly. I’ve been to many places to have my eyebrows done and Botanica is by far the best. I always receive exceptional service. I wish I found them sooner, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
