Had a very good experience. Filled out paperwork requested prior to my appointment online. This made the check-in process very efficient. Staff professional and friendly. Dr. Adams, as usual, answered all my questions, didnt rush through the visit which I appreciated. Been getting emails regarding my upcoming colonoscopy next week....phone calls. Not looking forward to the prep but glad its Dr.Adams thats doing the procedure.

I was very happy with the whole experience. The prep, although long, worked perfectly, and did allow me to get some sleep the night before!The procedure was well-done. Dr. Adams is very good at it and is very comforting to her patients. Lots of information is provided before, during and after the visit. I didnt really appreciate how important this is.

Dr. Adams has taken care of me for 15 years. I feel so fortunate to have such a great Dr. She has always explained everything to me fully and has made sure to do what’s right for me. I feel so safe knowing she’s always there for me if I have any questions she gets back to me that same day. Dr. Adams is extremely reassuring making my kids feel all the more better knowing I am in good hands. I will always be thankful for all she has done and continues to do for me!

You truly do not get any better than Dr. Adams. She listens, she explains situations, she takes into account your concerns, takes everything into account and then explains in ways that are understandable. No other doctor makes me feel better and more knowledgeable than she does.

Dr. Adams is unprofessional and insensitive. Her office made a mistake by sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When the issue wasnt resolved, she raised he voice at me during a appointment. As a patient seeking care, and having dealt with GIs for more than 25 years, I was shocked at her response. I expect doctors to maintain professionalism at all times when dealing with reasonable patients. I do not recommend Dr. Adams.

I was very impressed! The office is nice. The Dr. took so much time with me. I didnt feel rushed at all! He walked through everything I needed and was both professional and friendly. Be careful!!!Be very careful with these people. This is a Business not a doctors office. You can only pay your bill online through a patient portal or communicate with a doctor, unless the doctor calls you. This saves the doctor and the business from ever having to follow up with you in person to review results etc. This made me feel like I was just a number in a long line of patients.In my case, I was not able to access the portal and the portal would not allow me to reset my password. I tried for several months to call their billing department, where no one answers the phone that continues to ring. I left several messages on an answering machine but no one ever tried to call me, nor was I able to get anyone to reply to me using email as I moved out of state within a week of having my procedure done.After a few months, they sent the remainder of my bill after insurance, (which was my co-pay) to a collection agency!!!!!!BEWARE! If you decide to be treated here make sure you understand how they operate ahead of time. I recommend finding a doctor who treats you like a human being instead of just another culled cow to run through the sale yard after a run of the mill colonoscopy.

What Shonna says is true. This business is just a clearing house for these types of procedures. The doctors may be ok but they are not patient- oriented because they rely on PAs, staff or technology to do much of their administrative work for them. These doctors OWN this organization which one would hope would promote exceptional care and service, rather than how many procedures can I do today to boost the bottom line. It is quite impossible to get a return phone call from anyone in any department, including Billing or Records, and you can expect your call to go to voicemail. There is one EXCEPTION to this statement, Irene, who handles patient medications. She is a very caring person who tries hard, does what she says she will do, and is an exception in every respect. She deserves five stars.The inefficiencies and deflective tactics of this organization are many, so be prepared for frustration. My guess is that most of the organization is understaffed, underpaid, and under-trained contributing to the attitude. I once heard a staff member at a front desk complaining bitterly to a colleague about the working conditions while patients were waiting at the desk. Not good business.If you only need a one-time procedure you might be fine as that area seems to work ok due to competent and caring nurses, but if your condition requires more than this do yourself a favor and move on.P.S. I just changed my star from ONE to TWO, only because Billing finally returned my call. Michelle was pleasant and helpful to resolve my questions and issues. Hopefully, she will follow-through.
