Has always been very helpful and good to me. I have 2 main Doctors that I see here. Everyone has always been very pleasant and friendly. They also have a tri-core lab there.

I made my first visit here today and I had a great experience. The Drs and staff are all superb, they made the appointment almost enjoyable. Almost. Presbyterian overall have wonderful Drs and just may be worth it to check it out.

Okay Ive been coming to this hospital for a long time. I never had any issues with this hospital. My doctor shes really kind and sweet listens to all my problems. But shes not there at the moment and I cant wait till she gets back. I needed to go in there to get my allergy shot before it started really bad due to going around a cat. I call them up the reception understood what I was going through. When the nurse called me back she was very very rude to me on the phone. I told her that Im having trouble with my allergy. And this is what she told me I do not have an opening till Thursday all rude! I go well Im having trouble with my allergies bad I need to get in there as soon as possible. Then she said I told you I dont have any opening till Thursday!So I hung up on her. She didnt even say her name. If you dont like your job then go somewhere else. I will not be coming back to this hospital until my doctor gets back. Or get rid of that nurse on the phone she sounds like an African-American but Im not sure. And you dont talk to anybody like that on the phone which they taught me that medical school

Absolutely love this place. Dr. Aguayo Rico is legit the best doctor Ive ever been to. Dr. Chapla is amazing too and the girls up front are so nice!

Everybody was so welcoming and nice at this location! From the entrance to the Labs, they were so patient and friendly! AND FAST!

They are pretty quick, mostly because they are so busy they cant see straight.

Dr. Devon is wonderful. She is caring and extremely thorough. She is always on time but always seems to have time for me. She makes sure all bases are covered. I appreciate her. Everyone at this Pres is pleasant.

Ive never had an issue at this location. Their staff is always friendly. I have more of an issue with some of the patients who are flat out rude to the staff and cause scenes. As long as you arrive 15 minutes early as they ask I am never there too long. Highly recommend this location.

They only care about one thing their paycheck. I went in there with the same problem more than one time. If they really cared about their patient they will give them the right medication the first or Second time.

I no longer live in ABQ but I love my time with my OB Patty was just the best her MA was the best they were so great throughout my pregnancies and then right around the corner my kids saw Debra and even she is great. Miss this place and the team what sucks is now Im searching for a place equal to this

I thought my ER visit was bad a couple of years ago, but this visit proved to me that the doctors do not listen, and only care about getting you out so the next person can come in. I was trying to get back on a medication I got off of just 2 years ago. First he said he couldnt write the prescription because the diagnosis being by another doctor, then he said he could write a prescription for a different new drug that did the same thing for the same diagnosis. When I explained my concerns over the new unproven drug, he said that was the only solution for me and that I had to see another doctor to get the prescription I had before. I know there are at least 4 different drugs on the market for this problem. They should have told me right away on the phone that he wouldnt write that prescription, I wasted a lot of time and precious money and got nowhere. Makes no sense unless youre being paid by a pharmaceutical company to push a certain drug. Also, the receptionist messed up my insurance information twice, with insurance card in hand. Spent a half hour sorting that out after seeing the doctor. I will never go back to any Presbyterian facility.

Horrible service these are dr.s who are in position to help but instead there rude they rush you and dont listen and God forbid if u need them to call you back
