The staff is super friendly and they make me feel welcome. Dr Hill gave me a very thorough consult and gave me options. I didnt feel like I was just a number. Dr Hill has an awesome bedside manner and makes me very very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Hill and her staff!

Doctor Smith is excellent doctor, friendly, very profesional, helpful and she makes you feel welcome and provides a lot of information to her patients. I really recommend her very highly. I will go back to see her anytime.

I went in to set up an appointment and they took me in right away. The front office staff was nice and helpful, as was the x-ray technician.

If you carry any extra weight, do NOT go to Dr. Smith. I am a healthcare professional myself and I have never met someone who is as openly fatphobic as she is. I went to her three days after bilateral breast biopsies for a follow up, and I expressed concern about one of the incisions. She glanced at my breasts, said, You look like youve been dragged through a hedge backwards! and yet still did not actually assess my concerns. Later in the appointment, she told me, Your new goal in life is to get SKINNY. SKINNY SKINNY SKINNY. That alone will save you. I was stunned, I have never been met with such an unprofessional attitude. I immediately made an appointment with my primary care to have my wounds properly examined, and was diagnosed with a hematoma and a skin infection. If I had trusted Dr. Smith, I could have gone septic from ignoring what I knew to be an infection. I am leaving this group and moving to NM Cancer Center. Shame on you.

UPDATED REVIEW from four to five stars. I was contacted and appreciate the feedback and concern ❤️thank you. I love Dr. Smith shes such a sweet doctor. Ive had issues with scheduling like others. Ive been told several different times for my appointments and am hoping I dont get charged for a late fee like others because I missed one due to miscommunication on their end. I plan to record all calls from their office just in case. I really wish they would consider peoples jobs and lives when rescheduling more than once. I understand that things can change on a dime so Im not too worried about it. I just hope that there is a change for the better in scheduling. Otherwise Ive had a great experience and everyone has been so kind to me.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a physician/surgeon. I went in for a lumpectomy and left with the lump still in my body and half my breast tissue missing. I have a scar that looks like she cut me open with a hot hanger. I have a divot in my breast and an $8k deductible. Keep in mind she billed over $43,000. I was given a 94% chance of removal, then was told she didnt have success because it was like digging through tapioca pudding MAYBE she USED to be a good Surgeon but I wouldnt trust Linda Smith with a butter knife. GET A SECOND OPINION!

Bedside manner is like a cardboard box but shes a good surgeon who found her passion. However, if you are in need of surgery resulting to a painful recovery process, dont expect to see any prescriptions for pain from her as she has no mercy for people recovering in pain. Youll need to find another physician as she is VERY cold hearted about it. If I wouldve known this prior to surgery, I would have found another surgeon.

Linda Smith is a great doctor, however, the office organization is TERRIBLE. She is popular to be sure, because she is a great surgeon. This means her office is very busy--and completely chaotic. Dont go to her if you expect a smooth experience in the office. The employees are highly unprofessional, inexperienced, and they have high turnaround (I wonder why). It is near impossible to get someone on the phone to assist you, unless you want to schedule or pay your bill. If you leave a message, dont expect a phone call back. I have been charged incorrectly for my service, and 18 months and umpteen number of conversations with various employees later, the issue is still not fixed. I have spoken to the office over ten times and gone in person twice to resolve the problem. I will be sent to collections soon, due to a problem on their end. Naturally, I am becoming a bit irate and conveyed this to the office manager. Again, she is going to have to call me back...which may or may not happen. I informed her I would call the Better Business Bureau, and she hung up on me because I was threatening her. So, again, if you value your time--DONT go here.

Highly recommend Dr. Smith. She is the best Breast Cancer surgeon in the country. Even 2 doctors I know have said this. So dedicated to helping her patients. I feel secure in the knowledge that I have Dr. Smith over seeing my care.

After dealing with a doctor who disregarded all my concerns and took 5 months to diagnose and treat my breast cancer I sought out a second opinion by Dr Smith. She was very knowledgeable, considerate, took time to listen to my concerns, and presented a very thorough follow up plan. Every person I talked to recommended seeing her and they were right. She is worth it.

I feel so grateful to have been directed to Dr. Smith following my breast cancer diagnosis in 2011. She is a highly competent surgeon who makes sure you fully understand what is going to transpire and she always treats you with the upmost compassion and respect. I cant imagine seeing any other doctor for any breast related issues I may have in the future. I highly recommend her. She truly is the best.

Dr. Smith called my cancer the killer kind and rushed to surgery. Then she said she wasnt comfortable operating on me. Im transgender. Her office never return calls & created a traumatic experience. I regret having to give even one star in this review. She made my diagnosis even more difficult with her negative, nasty energy.I see others have reviewed her as respectful and a doctor who gives you all information, compassion, etc. When my partner asked her what kind of cancer I have, she said Lobular. That was the end of that conversation. I already knew more than that. I guess shes respectful, compassionate and all the rest as long as youre not transgender.I have found another surgeon and am receiving great care and respect. Dr. Smith never even examined me. The nurse said she would, but in both visits, she neglected to do so. She said she was uncomfortable with me. I supposed her comfort is very important to her - more important than my health. She made a traumatic diagnosis more traumatic and wasted my time.

When you see Dr. Smith, you are seeing one of the best Breast Cancer Doctors in the world. You may have to put up with some Office issues, but she is well worth it. Saved my wifes life, and my wife still sees her since 2010. World Class Doctor...what else can I say!

Dr. Smith and her staff are terrible, unprofessional and, unethical. Not only did she try to push me into getting unnecessary surgery for a benign papilloma in my breast and make me feel uncomfortable and about asking questions about other possible options than surgery, but her staff tried to bully me into paying a $500 fine for canceling my surgery date even though I cancelled in the time frame based on their requirements. When I initially called to cancel my surgery, Dr. Smiths scheduler would not call me back and I ended up having to go down to the office and give them an official letter for cancellation . They continued to threaten me that I owed them the $500 fine until I said I was going to get my attorney involved. Please get a second option from a more ethical and compassionate doctor and please do not let the staff bully you into paying money you dont actually owe them!!

Dr Linda Smith is the best. I have been under her care for 6 years. I have no scares the operation site is great. She is on top of everything nothing passes her. Because of her great care and quick diagnosis, and God Im still here.

Excellent and very thorough. Dr. Smith gives you the straight story of the situation and also takes the time to explain anything and everything you ask about. She is an excellent surgeon. I have been a patient of hers since 2002 for four surgeries. I saw her in March 2013 for a callback on her part, after she reviewed some lab results from a previous visit. She remarked that she spends most of her time on a patients case when the patient is not there, reviewing results, consulting and deliberating. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who is in need of a breast surgeon.

Dr. Linda Smith was compassionate, thorough, nonjudgmental, and expressed caring concern. I give her 5 stars and I give her office manager 5 stars and 5 stars for follow up appointment calls. Her front line is lousy, I give them 2.5. I feel bad because good workers are hard to find. Employers have slim pickins when it comes to quality staff. I had to wait over 2.5 hours for my appointment. In this day and age Dr.s dont get to be disrespectful with your time. If your appointment is at 10, YOu should be seen at 10 or withing 30 minutes. Waiting for hours in a small room filled with people who smell like an ash trey sucks. Dr. Linda Smith is one of the most amazing drs Ive ever met but getting to her without losing your mind was a struggle. Im sorry.

Please...Please ladies get a second opioion!!! This ladys answer to everything is surgery!!! Trust me she always wants to do surgery. And if you disagree with her, she quickly becomes angry or upset with her patients! Cuz she profits more! She is the MOST uncaring doctor i have ever come across! And 2 staff that work directally with pts in particular are just awful people!!! I would challenge anyone to check out how many surgerys this so called doctor has performed. Just to fill her pockets!

If youre having issues after surgery, dont let the Dr. blow you off. It could affect your life even longer than cancer, outside of death. My health will forever be affected and I didnt have Cancer to begin with. Get a second opinion, read reviews, ask about their infection rates~

This surgeon is an awseome woman and Doctor . She saved my life with her prompt care and competent surgery , She is involved in new approachs to care and is up on new radiation and care techniques. Such a nice nursing and office staff as well .

I had a benign fibroadenoma and my doctor was recommending me a site. Linda was the first doctor my immediate doctor recommended me not to go to, because Linda has been in the busy for ahile she no longer has her heart in the work. She informed me she has received a lot of her patients unhappy with the service and out of the surgery. I highly recommend Anna Voltura in Santa Fe!!!!
