To my mind, dentists offices are not my favorite places, but ADC is the exception to that rule for me. Its beautifully organized and beautifully run. The personnel from top to bottom couldnt be warmer or more professional. The management is seamless, from the outstanding computer services to the front desk greeters. The building is beautiful and check-in is fast and simple, especially if you do your paperwork beforehand. Everyone who took care of me was lovely from beginning to end. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a place where lights were used to whiten teeth. The dental office I have used for 15 years doesnt provide this service. I sent out 4 inquiries to different practices in Albuquerque. Academy Dental Care was the only practice that answered my inquiry calling me within 24 hours. I believe Judy was the person who called me. She was so informative about the different whitening procedures available to me. Asking the right questions in order to help me decide what would work best for my desires and dental issues. Upon arriving at the practice I was greeted as if I had patronized the establishment for years. I believe Karla did my whitening and although my teeth are not as white as I had hoped; I was informed of other options. All in all, I was treated so well that I decided to switch practices. #1...I was in the mood for change and #2; did not relish the idea of having two different dental offices on opposite sides of town to go to. Their building is brand new and state of the art with lots of windows and bright lights. Very comforting.

This was one of the best customer experiences for a service that I have ever received in my entire life. I know its strange to think that about a Dental Clinic, but its true.Highlights1) I received a call a few days prior from Dr. Krohnfeldt introducing himself and asking if i had any questions. This is an incredibly sweet personal touch. In person he was just as professional as he was over the phone.2) Bethany, the dental hygienist was an absolute superstar. This was one of the most thorough appointments I’ve ever had. And yes, I’m including every single doctor, nurse, and midwife I’ve ever seen. This was my first visit to Dr. Gonzales and it was very good overall (for a dental procedure). I really appreciated that Dr. Gonzales gave periodic updates during the procedure. Jennifer was also skilled and admirable. It was expensive but seems very good quality work.

This place was too perfect for me. I needed a new dentist and the 5 star review made me try this one. It took 2 hours for my first appointment. Yeah I get it, you get an evaluation and they do x-rays and what not. Then every time I went after, there was always a cavity or some other issue. I spent more than $200 alone the first month I was here.After looking at my gums, the lady who did my teeth said Healthy gums dont bleed my other dentist never complained about my straight teeth and gums.I have great teeth and floss twice a day. Then the gossip while getting a filling was enough to turn me off and find someone else, which I did. Of course you wont find my name Lynn in your system. Not that I would use my full name for these reviews. Dont worry you will still have a great score.

First time ever stepping foot in a Dentist Office. It took me 27 years and finding the right woman to get me in here. She was extremely happy with their teeth whitening service and suggested that it’d be a good place to go for my first time. They were all extremely helpful and transparent with her, and she said they were almost “too” nice. lol but she convinced me and they were nothing but genuine, caring, and informative. Engagement on a personal level was on point and made it fun. So instead of dreading my next visit I had it set up and looking forward to coming in again in October. Just want to say thank you to the staff at Academy Dental Care for taking care of me, my fiancé, and our smiles.

Everyone Ive met here has been really kind and understanding. If you are transgender or non-binary, there are options to select your preferred title and pronouns. Everyone in the office uses my correct pronouns, and are just generally super kind.They also have procedures in place to deal with the spread of COVID-19, ones which will protect themselves and their patients.

I work in the aviation industry, and yes we do travel out of state frequently, we also get tested by our company, I was told I cant be seen because I need to be in town at least two weeks, which is impossible in my line of work, I am lucky if Im home for 4 days at a time, I asked if I can bring my most recent test results, maybe schedule something around it, I got the I am the middle man line, I am not sure from the person who answered the phone, she asked someone next to her, they didnt know the answer either! Frustrating when you have a tight window in your schedule and try to take care of important business, yet, a dental office with a 5 star rating cant seem to have any answers for potential clients. The person who answered the phone was polite to be honest, but, please, think of us aviation workers as people who matter too, we transport you to your destinations on your days off and treat you well, would be nice to feel appropriated a little, maybe have a solid policy in place for our kind of situation, I know for a fact you work on patients with different kinds of infectious diseases, I think your office should be ready for a healthy, recently Covid-tested Airline employee. From top to bottom, the staff of Academy Dental are wonderful. Im a huge baby when going to the dentist, even for just a cleaning. They are compassionate, gentle and explain everything theyre getting ready to do, before they do it. Then they continuously check to be sure youre ok with what theyre doing. They genuinely care about your comfort level, both physically, and mentally. Theyre very thorough, and are all extremely knowledgeable in whatever job they do.They approach each patient as a team. Theyre are a bit more expensive than other dental offices, but they have state of the art equipment, coupled with their superb patient care, making the prices worth it.

This is a very special practice. Kind, caring, competent. It’s rare when you can’t find one thing to fault, but I can honestly say that there is absolutely nothing I would change about this place.
