These negative reviewes are obviously just people who had a bad day or something because the staff are caring and COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE who love what they do the doctor is a very good doctor caring for each one of her patients as if they were family if you have a bad experience at this place I assure you it is completely your own fault and I still find even that highly unlikely the doctor and staff are very caring compassionate and professional people who enjoy helping others these frivolous allegations ie reviewes cannot be substantiated. If you truly are seeking help this is the place to go do not listen to the negative reviews as they are complete B.S pardon my french.

I went to my appointment last week at this office and it was very clear professionalism is not a priority when it comes to the staff. I have been seeing behavioral heath professional for many years now and there is something just not right about this office. They refused to charge me my behavioral health co pay and instead charged me the specialist co pay on my insurance card. The lady at the window said, “I always charge people the specialist co pay, that’s the way I do it!” If you have seen behavioral health doctor in the past you know that the co pay for this type of doctor is different from a regular specialist. I brought my benefits up on my phone to show them and instead of adjusting the cost they argued with me and saw that it said a visit over an hour would need authorization and said that this visit will be over an hour so “you need to get us authorized.” Another reason that told me that I am not so sure their office even deals with insurance. They are the ones to authorize a visit. They should have done this and known the details of my insurance BEFORE my visit even happened. They had a week to call and authorize. This instance confirmed that they have no interest in even dealing with insurance. There was another lady in the office with me as well, a mother and her son. She also stated to me that there was something fishy about the office and she thought they were wrong about the insurance. They were pulling numbers out of thin air, disregarding how insurance really works.BEWARE of this office. I have reported the office to the Better Business Bureau and to the insurance company itself.I would stay far away from the office. Not only did they argue with me, they were wrong on the insurance process and was overcharging people. This is an unprofessional office with an attitude. I am convinced that they rip people off and do not even file with the insurance.
