After being brushed off by the front office, again, I decided to change doctors. And guess what? The front office won’t send records with a referral, NOR will they call you to let you know as much. So I have been waiting for an appointment it’s a new doctor, because the front office is atrocious. Dr Watts is awesome, the office is the worst. So now I will go in and sign for it all myself. If they will acknowledge me. Dr Watts deserves 4-5 stars, but the front office drags it down.

A very good doctor. He has a good bedside manner with a lot of empathy. Staff is caring and curteous. Not a long waiting time.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was treated with lots of drugs for headaches, when the issue was bulging discs in my neck. I told the doctor I felt it was my neck but he refused to look into my complaint. Another doctor ordered cervical epidurals & the pain alleviated.

My insurance company (United Healthcare) told the office worker I was expired. She(office)failed at any other attempts of calling to clarify the issue, which I did on my own. Once that was done I was asked to accept an appointment two weeks later.

I have nerve damage and the nurses made me feal guilty about not being able to control my arm movement...and didnt want to finish the test cause my palms kept sweating..

Love my doctor!!
