My wife needs lab results and they wont release them to her. And very disrespectful when she calls ; they pick up the phone and they just hang the phone on her without saying a word. I know nobody wants to work anymore, but at least do the job you signed up for.

Ive been seeing the doctors here for a while, and I love the doctors!My absolute favorite is Dr. Eric!!!!He treats and talks to you as a person and not a number! He listens and gives beneficial feedback. He is amazing and I just absolutely LOVE HIM!

They do not care about patients. Stay far away from this clinc. The doctor does not want to see you and sends in rude Nurse Practioners. All they want is $. Stay far away!

This office is by far the best place I have ever been to for having everything together.The wait is never long because I always make it a point to schedule my appointments..just because it says rapid care I dont expect them to be an ER like at a hospital where the wait is actually longer.The service they provide is exact in every way a rapid care should provide!

Went in for a psyc recommendation and ended up being referred to the same place three times after I asked not to be sent there. Then after two months of trying and failing to get in contact with “the woman who does referrals” I have decided to change GPs and leave rapid care behind. This place is horribly out of professional order.

The Staff and Doctors are very friendly. There may be a little wait sometimes, but I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend

This place is a joke! My husband went in for ear problems. First the girl checking bp checked both his arms, said someone would be back in 10 mins to re check his bo, which didnt happen, the kid named Eric which looked every bit of 16 came in smacking his chewing gum, ummm really not professional at all. You couldnt understand a word he was saying because he couldnt quit smacking his gum. Lol will not be going back. Oh and he told my husband he would put in a referral to another Dr but yet that didnt happen either.

The doctor is great. I dont have insurance. They charge me every month for a drug test I never receive. I also paid a extra $100 for lab work my first visit and got a $700 bill from labcorp. They never once said that was going to happen. Also be prepared to wait about 2 hours past your appointment time. This place is extremely disorganized nobody up here will help you with anything.

I had to get covid 19 tested and they were amazing through out the entire process and I work for Amazon who is strict on the wording to pay! And Angela bonds ensured that I was taking the correct health measures for myself, and did whatever she could to ensure I didn’t miss a beat for being out for a covid test! They were all super respectful and sweet! I hate that I relocated to Birmingham, because I won’t be able to see them often! Heaven sent all of them! Austin green is amazing at what he does as well!

I was going for treatment to come off of drugs. I had postpartum depression. I was at a very vulnerable state at my last appt. I was on my 4th antidepressant, which was making me sleep walk and do random off the wall things. Which happened at that appt, unfortunately. They didnt even take 2 minutes to decide to just kick me out. You cant get a doctor based off of insurance with this treatment program easily. So now Im on the verge of ruining everything I was working hard on fixing in my life. Because they have no since of a bed side manner. I didnt even see the doc when being kicked out. It was the manager. If youre going for the right reasons, I would highly recommend choosing a place elsewhere!

I have bcbs the lady at the front desk said that they couldnt see me because I havent chosen a primary care doctor,Wouldnt give me much information on What I needed to do Just told me that I couldnt see a doctor. So I drove down the road to doctor Go Who saw me within 20 minutes...Please people dont waste your time Going to this Place.

Been sitting here for an hour waiting. Checked in before other people, watching them get called back,here I still sit. Prices keep going up, service keeps declining at this place. Do yourself a favor and dont come here.

Be prepared to wait 3 or more hours. Terrible bedside manner. They do unnecessary test just to bill insurance. Very unfriendly people. Not deserving of 1 star, but you have no option to put negative 20 stars!

Well my last visit to this clinic was this past Wednesday as I won’t be going back! Dr. Austin James MD was such a disappointment. He barely even stayed in the room for less than 60 seconds. Dr. Austin pulled out his stethoscope and didn’t even check he just tapped it on my chest once asked me how I’ve been since my cervical cancer... that I’ve never had. After I told him he had the wrong patient he then said said no it was the hysterectomy right? Also No. I get that doctors make mistake but this man did not even try to hide the fact that he did not want to be in that room! I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask him but he never even gave me the chance he spat those two questions at me as he was literally backing for the door. It was sad! I felt ignored and rushed.This is a Suboxone clinic also so I guess the doctors treat most people like they are ex addicts even though one that’s judgmental and two I wasn’t there for that either and have never been an addict. It was a really horrible experience after waiting 2 hours to be seen. They weren’t even all that busy as it was the end of the day and I was one of the last patients.

Prepare to spend the day 4 hour minimum wait with an appointment. The staff is nice but unknowledgeable on any thing medical or office related issues, with the exception of scheduling appointments. All calls will be returned within 5 to 15 business days. Referrals will be established 1 to 3 months after your initial diagnosis thats no more than an educated guess. If this sounds right head on down to Rapid care where the care is any thing but !

Home sick. I spent 6 hours this morning at a local ER being tested for covid-19. Im extremely ill and awaiting test result. I ran out of a 2 maintenance drugs last night. Called to see if I could get refills called in to local pharmacy. I was told by the receptionist that the nurse that handles that is not on staff today and would return on Monday. I asked if the doctor could not handle that for me and was told that Dr Austin was on staff today but he could not do it. Hmmmmm I was also told by the receptionist that I would need to come in today and be seen to get refills. Did I mention that Im waiting covid-19 test results?

If you want the new pill mill experience (suboxone) this is the place to go. If you need a doctor for other health reasons go literally anywhere else. If you choose to go anyway be prepared to sit and wait for hours while they churn out suboxone patients by the dozen... because apparently thats where they make their money. Do not expect them to return your phone calls for days IF at all. Anything they tell you at one visit or over the phone you should take with a grain of salt because it wont be how it goes at your next visit. If I could give them one star I would but thats not an option. Seriously... there are plenty of doctors in the area, go somewhere else.

Great place for Family Medical Care! MyWhole family goes here. Dr. Austin is GREAT at his job and all of the nurses are VERY NICE & know me by name without looking at my records. I’ve. been with them a year straight and they are great!Also, they helped me get my blood pressure under control along with some other issues I’m currently having at the moment. They have been very supportive and informative. Without all of their help, I would prob be dead by now.Once again I would like to say Thanks to Dr. Gina’s, Dr. Austin, and CRNP Eric and all of the nurses who makes it feels like family when I’m there. Every one of them above are great with patients and definitely care about any issues you come in with. I have my appointment today around 10am-ish and I hope 🤞 it goes quickly this time and it’s a great feeling when the Doctor can look you into the eyes(and to not see you as a paycheck) and tell you the truth with a caring heart to get you Any other help you might need that is out of their range.Keep up the great work and thanks to each and every one there who does their best to provide quality care for their patients.Thank you all Once Again from myself;Ashley (Addie) Grace and my family.

Nicole, Haley, Carrie andPatrick are my favorite nurses. Dr. Genus is my favorite Dr. Dr. Austin is alright as well. As far as I am concerned they treat me about as well as you could expect to be treated at a Drs office, maybe even better. I have been going here a long time. They seem to have their stuff in order... God love them

Have gone twice and waited over threr hours just for them to tell us they could not help my dad with his toenails.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a patient at rapid care for over three years. I have monthly appointments and pay them hundreds of dollars every month. Today, for the first time, I was $15 short of what they wanted me to pay on my balance...They wouldn’t see me. I pay hundreds to wait HOURS AND HOURS and they didn’t even offer to make me another appointment or help at all. In fact, when I asked to be connected over the phone with someone who could help, they let it go to voicemail. Needless to say I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Terrible time management in this facility. There really is no reason a visit should take 3 hours. Especially when no test where involved. I had an appointment at 1:15, I signed in at 1:00 it try and get paperwork handled. I got in a room at 1:38, after about 45 minutes the doctor came in and did a look over. Said he was giving me a shot and some scripts, fairly routine stuff. At 3:00 nobody had came back in to give me the shot so I walked out and found someone working there and got her to check on things for me. At 3:08 she came in the room and told me they was just about to come give me the shot and stuff. At 3:40 still no one so I just left cause I had to get back to work. While I feel as if I received no service they still filed a claim to my insurance.

My baby ran a fever all night this was the second place I came to be seen on a Saturday trying to avoid the emergency room. Told no at the door their doctor doesn’t see babies .... it’s really sad you can’t walk in a medical establishment and be seen with a sick child. Last time I was here I also waited a very very very long time in my room to be seen by the doctor. 👎🏻

Everyone is nice and polite. Sometimes you have to wait a little while before your called back, but I really dont mind because of how I am treated once I am called back. Just be patient.

I love this place. My whole family uses this facility. My 2 year little boy actually loves coming to the doctor because the nurses play with him. The Doctors and the CRNPs are absolutely wonderful. Everyoneis always so nice and friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone!!!

Was better before. Only took a hour and half to two tops to do a sick visit . Now its gotten worse it takes 3 to 4 hours just to talk to a doc n get script. Ridiculous..Good DOCTORS THOUGH.

Horrible experience!! If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would ! I came all the way from Gadsden to see Dr. Genis who Ive heard great things about as I was New to Alabama due to an emergency situation and had been asking around as to who to see about a place that would prescribe me my anxiety and seizure medication that I would soon be out of . I drove all the way to albertville AFTER speaking to the lady who had originally sat up my appointment whom after explaining the entire situation had told me she didnt see any reason why I wouldnt be able to get my medication. Totally not her fault but after I got there , paid and sat a few hours it wasnt Dr.Genis I got to see but Eric Hagood, CRNP who treated me as if I were a drug addict from off the street , wouldnt even look at my bottles of medication to see I had a weeks worth of medication left , instead he absolutely humiliated me not only in front of all of his staff but also the other patients that were out in the waiting area as he went on to literally Scream st me and tell me how its not his fault that I didnt get my affairs in order before I got here . Which would make total sense if I had planned on coming here to stay but I hadnt, he would not listen to the reason why me and my 7 children had gotten stuck here and I was gonna be in dire need of having my medication , I didnt have insurance I paid cash for this visit.A week in a half later I ended up in the hospital as I had went into a seizure and fell back flat on q concrete tile surface. The entire experience was horrible. He was rude , very unprofessional and downright no good beside manners

Its not the place its the people that work in the place. My friend went too the doctor all depress and she was trying to explain her self and the doctor didnt even take out time with his patient to hear her out . Hes very rude . Hes heartless . He need to be turn in too someone. If I find out his information Im calling some over his head and tell them how hes treating his patients. Its sad.

The staff was nice and helpful as was the doctor. Only problem is I had a appointment for 5:00 and didn’t see a doctor / nurse until around 6:30.

Dr. Austin James M.D. of Rapid Care Albertville spoke with me less than 60 seconds. I came in with symptoms of strep throat, and two other medical related questions. All documented by the intake staff. He addressed two of 3 concerns and out the door he went. He said he would refer me to an ENT and failed to do so. He over prescribed medicine such as cough syrup when I gave zero indication of a cough nor did I suggest I had been coughing. I called today to follow up, get my referral, and had zero luck. His response was if he didnt do it then, I would have to come back. The Albertville Rapid Care Staff is extremely professional with the exception of Dr. Austin James M.D. who was unprofessional and not concerned. I am very Disappointed in a medical professional. I would have rated higher however Dr. Austin James M.D. Was in charge of the floor and his service reluctantly wasnt of 0 quality.

Told me I needed a pre authorization for a medicine its been six weeks they still have not bothered to send it in...my insurance company even has to call to ask what the problem is ...how hard is it to send a faxwhen I have asked four times in 6 weeks to please send it ...time for a new doctor even tho I know its not the Drs fault its the staff

This place takes forever, you literally sit there for 2 hours or more to just get a prescription filled it’s ridiculous.

Waited in a room for more then 2 hours for a sports physical.

I have come about 4 times and each time they take longer and longer. Well today i had to pay $55 to sit in a room for 3.5 hrs for the doctor to sign a stupid form for work. Will not be coming back

The past two times I took my sister to this place we get there at the appointment time then wait an hour to be seen and not leave for 2-3 hours after that. This place needs to get it together.

SLOW!!! I had an appointment at 9 didnt leave till after 11. 2 weeks ago got there at 8 didnt leave till 12. My brother goes to a clinic in hartselle and is always in and out in 30 min. If you have an appointment at a certain time then it should be for that time and not run 2-4 hours.

Everyone that I encountered was very nice and caring. They actually have doctors too. Dr. Ginas is very sweet, caring, and he put up with my tears and goofiness. He is working to get to the root of all my pain. I highly recommend these wonderful people.

I am here at this moment, I have been waiting in the room for an hour and it has not passed yet, lousy service, I still do not understand why wait so long, I had to put a star to write my comment I would like to be able to take a photograph so that you can see not there is reason to wait so long there are only 5 people with me ... years ago there was better service and better doctors ... I do not recommend this place
