This place is embarrassing to the medical field the people are irasponsbile they have no work ethic at all I have been waiting on results to a test and blood work since May every time I call to get the results there on break, they cant read there sick what what an embarrassment

You people are absolutely useless. I drove all the way down there only to find out your credit card machine isnt working. You couldnt jave mentioned that over the phone when I called? Then you try it online and say my card my declined. But yet it just worked at Dr. Uffords other office in Crossville. Surprise. Dont waste peoples time, it is absolutely unacceptable. Dont bother coming here. The Crossville branch is WAY better and the people are more kind and attentive.
