Visited 9-20-21 - The staff was super. My Tech was a really awesome person and I had total confidence in her. I was a new patient with some issues they had not been informed of, so I required extra time and tests and resources. They were all wonderful and positive. Dr. Billingsley was great. I really liked and appreciated him. He was thorough, explained everything, set up a plan to be sure my issues were addressed. I appreciated him as an experienced and super knowledgeable MD, but also really liked him as a person.

This was my first appointment at Carolina Eye Associates. Dr. Billingsley took time to answer all my questions. Everyone there made me feel comfortable. I was especially pleased that my exam for prescription lens was unhurried.

The Best eye Doctor, they give you a complete eye examination and explain what is going on with your eyes, Theyre not just trying to sell you a new pair of glasses, They are trying to fix what is causing the problem. I highly recommend this Doctor for your eye needs.

I really liked Dr Billingsley.

My experience at Carolina Eye was so pleasant and my surgery was very successful. This was my second time to have eye lid procedure by Dr. White. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is excellent.

Dr B is a very unpleasant Dr. He talked down on the doctor who referred us (in front of us and the nurse) then he proceeds to talk non stop and says he has not magical wand he can shake to give my kid glasses because he thinks that’s the only reason she’s complained about her vision going blurry. Rude!!!! I do NOT recommend him at all!

The wait time was very short and most of the staff were very friendly, especially the nurse. The doctor was the only member of the staff who was unpleasant. Dr. B talked at great length, without pausing for breath, and was the most patronizing doctor Ive ever encountered. He talked down to me about migraines (which were not relevant to my appointment and which Ive had for seven years, yet he saw fit to explain how they worked to me and tell me to see a neurologist, which I have done for years), and he explained how milk curdles and how egg whites work (for no apparent reason). He did not listen to anything I said. It was a very unpleasant appointment. I will never return to this practice or recommend it to anyone.

The wait time is over 3 hours for the general public for inmates they can have them in and out in under a hour
